I only needed one dress shirt to iron and fix the button which costed almost $10. Which wouldn't be a problem if people who work there haven't lied straight to my face and showed up to work on time. I notified that I will need the shirt ready for my job interview on the next day before 8am. They said "sure! We are open at 7am". I came back at 7:30am, the place was closed. I had to rush home and look for something else. That morning was already stressful and they made it disaster. When I have complained about it. I called in everyday asking if it was ready they kept delaying. finally by friday i called again they said "umm ya it's ready and can be picked up." **Disappointing Customer Service, but Potential is There** I don't like writing negative reviews, but I feel the owner (I believe the manager's uncle) needs to know what's happening at this location. The store is in an ideal, busy area, but the customer service has been consistently disappointing. The gentleman who manages the store rarely answers the phone, and the promised completion dates are almost always missed. For example, I'm told to pick up on Thursday, and it's now Monday night before I finally receive a notification. Additionally, although they offer pick-up and drop-off services, when I ask for drop-off, I often just get a text saying I need to pick up my items. It's frustrating. When I call for a drop off to be arranged no answer on the phone. However, I do want to point out that they are eco-friendly, which I appreciate. Also, the Spanish gentleman who works there is fantastic--he's hardworking, kind, and provides great service. It's unfortunate that the rest of the experience doesn't match his dedication. I had a really disappointing experience here. They lost my tote bag I needed stitched up and one of the employees assured me I would be compensated for it. It's been almost 2 months of calling and going into the store before I was told it was lost. Despite following up, I never received anything. When I first started going here, they did great work and had decent pricing. The last couple of visits have been extremely disappointing. Alterations have been sloppy or performed poorly. I brought a skirt back to be redone in May. I was given excuses until July, when they claimed to have found my skirt. Instead, it was somebody else's item. I brought a jacket here for a simple alteration almost a month ago. Every time I called there was an excuse for the jacket to not be ready. Yesterday the owner calls me and tells me the jacket was going to be ready today.
