    Great Sales Service, I came to this dealership once I knew they were willing to accommodate me based on my situation (a tight budget). The internet saleswoman, Ms. Jessica S. and floor salesman, Mr. Duane went right to work. I discussed my parameters over the phone and they, without hesitation, stated they would honor their competitors sales deal only if I came in the same day. After work, I immediately responded to their dealership. Mr. Duane showed me the vehicle, a 2024 Nissan Z Nismo. He explained the various features and reassured me that our phone discussion would be honored if I was serious about the purchase. We walked inside and sat down and reviewed the numbers. In short, there were no "ADD ONs" like most dealerships sneak in on the price after the fact! The sales price, tax and license fees were within my budget. I was in the store and was out within 2 HOURS! Thank you for being transparent, respectful, and professional throughout the whole ordeal. Your customer service skills were excellent. I will definitely refer your dealership to my family and friends. Again, thank you Jessica and Duane. You guys were Awesome!

    Sales Tax Fraud

    I thought this is a legitimate Nissan dealer but it is nothing but a dishonest used car dealer. I saw a used vehicle online and I was about the strike it. I emailed the dealer asking for the final price with tax and license. This is a straight forward deal without any price negotiation or bargaining at all. I just want to pay for the price that the dealer listed plus tax and license. It should be simple, right? Not really! The dealer replied to me with a final figure that is $4000 on top of what they listed the vehicle for!!!??? They told me that they can explain why and sent me a sheet with the breakdown. It turned out that they want an extra $4000 for paint protection coating and door guards. It is laughable that they want an extra $4000 for things that cost pennies. On top of that, the add on items should be "optional" because the flyer on the window stated that it can be removed if the buyer wish to. However, the sales people insisted that they need to make a little money and wanted me to pay at least half of the money. Of course I refused and they never talked to me again while they were busy looking for other victims who don't understand what's going on and pay for the extra add on items. I've heard of some dishonest dealers adding on these extra fees at the end of the deal but I would never expect a genuine Nissan dealer doing such a thing. I would avoid dealing with a dealer that is so sneaky and dishonest. *In addition, the calculations in the break down is incorrect. The sales tax should be based on on the zip code where the new buyer register his / her vehicle and not the sales tax in Glendale. There is a discrepancy of 1.12% because the city where I reside has a lower tax rate than Glendale. The dealer knows this very well and they should submit the correct dollar amount (which is lower) to the State because the system automatically calculates the right amount. The dealer would end up pocketing the "overcharge" tax amount. For a $20,000 vehicle, that would be an extra $224. It would be a pretty substantial amount that the dealer cheated the State and the customers. I will notify the California State Board of Equalization about this practice.

    Looking for GT-R for a month's every one went crazy with the mark up situation I call Nissan in Glendale Alex bring me in I meet Shadi and gevork I got very good relationship with them and they help me out to get my dream car I really appreciate you guys and thank you very much I'm definitely gonna come back and I'm highly recommend everyone to stop by in this dealership better than a lot that I visit thank you guys .

    Brought my car in for service and ended up leaving with a brand new 2023 Pathfinder. Our salesperson Gaston was super helpful, answered every single question my wife and I had, not once did I feel like he was being pushy (which is rare in that line of work), he even took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for/ needed... In the end he worked us out an awesome deal we couldn't say no to, would highly recommend him to anyone! Thank you again Gaston!!

    BEST DEALER HANDS DOWN! Jesse & Shady are definitely your go to! After shopping around for days, hunting for the best deal out there, these 2 gentlemen did NOT disappoint, rather they EXCEEDED our expectations to the fullest! From the moment Jesse spotted us, he approached us very kindly and respectfully after a few words, he came back with Shady who then took our numbers and with a bit of magic BEAT EVERY DEAL WE HAD BEEN MADE!     I had a service appointment at 12:20pm. It was a regular oil change. It was 3pm and my car still wasn't ready. Horrible customer communication and service. They didn't even disinfect my car after it was done. The management prior to this one would do that as a precaution. Do not recommend waiting in the waiting area either. Unless you want to be bombarded with salesmen trying to get you to trade you card or buy a new one.

    I love this place it was one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had at a dealership. To be honest they made me feel like family. Brandon Batres was so helpful he knew everything there was about Nissan. I was at another Nissan dealership and they missed a couple of the safety features that I really was looking for in a new car. I was convinced after he mentioned all the safety features. !!! Love this place and will be recommending friends and family!!

Excellent customer service, service department made it easy to get an appointment, didn't have to wait around looking for help, prompt/easy shuttle service, timely delivery of car. This is how it should be everywhere!! Had some trouble with the tech connection for my phones - they resolved it for me. They were very kind, helpful and explained it to me with amazing patience. (Not the experience I had at Pasadena.) The only negative at New Century is their permanent building/location is under construction and the temp location is a bit dingy. Not a space you want to hang around and wait for your car. Despite this I would still highly recommend New Century Honda in Glendale and it where I'm going for my next service.
