Just flew in from another state and was so excited for myself and my daughter to get pedis. Unfortunately we stopped in this place and were shocked to be treated so rudely. We were stared at (not sure why) and although there were only two clients getting pedis, we were told that they could not provide us with services since they were waiting on a scheduled client. From the time we walked in we felt racially profiled, which was sad to experience. We were very pleasant the entire time. When we turned to leave the guy up front said "ok, cool".... Not worth it!! I went in to this salon and got a pedicure and manicure. I asked for my toe polish to be gel and my nails to be painted with regular polish. Instead I get regular nail polish on my toes becuase I was under the assumption they ran out of the gel color I requested. But when I got to my manicure the man brings the woman who did my nails my gel color. I told the lady "oh I thought you guys didn't have that color becuase I wanted that on my feet" so instead of offering to do it on my toes she keeps trying to push me to get my nails gel because "everyone else does it that way" I was pretty annoyed with that. I decided to give them another chance and returned a few weeks later. I went in wanting just a manicure and the 3 people who work there each had a customer, and no one else was in the shop and I'm told it will be a 1 and a half hour wait. Like really? !? I go back a few days later with my boyfriend for pedicures. Once again they have no other customers besides the ones being worked on, and she tells me they are booked for the night. It was 5:30 and they close at 7. I left and went down the street to a shop called Color Salon and they took us right away and we're so friendly. I much rather give them my business. For a new place I'd imagine they would want to accommodate customers. There are WAY too many nice shops in Henderson to even bother with this place. I came here with my mother to get gel manicures and they accommodated us immediately. They were so nice and timely and our nails looked amazing. They took their time and paid extreme attention to detail. I love when the nail technicians take the time to talk and get to know you, and I just felt so welcome. This is by far my most favorite salon! Prior to removing my acrylics, I used to go to this salon for fills and they do an amazing job every time! Now, I go in every 2-3 weeks or so for an eyebrow and upper lip wax. The employees are extremely nice and welcoming. The overall appearance of the store is very sleek, clean, and minimal. Finally, a nail salon whose gel manicure lasts! The acrylic nail manicure was thin, lasted a very long time, and was the best I've ever had.

I did a walk-in regular Manu-pedi and was taken right away. Dien did my nails and I'll say he did a pretty good job... I'll definitely come back. Clean and I love that it is a "quiet" nail salon. I hope they keep it up. read more

Tiffany and her husband, Cody, are always accommodating and their staff always go above and beyond to give amazing services that are not overpriced. My daughter and I went for full sets and pedis. I wanted nails and toes to match with clear gel over my nails ( which I have had done at every other salon so the polish doesnt wear as fast. Nail tech argues with me saying it cant be done but they have gel polish thats the same color as my toes. They come out looking like cotton candy so she polishes over them with the nail polish I originally requested and still charges me for the gel I didnt want to begin with. My daughter asked for glitter on the underside of her nails (like she always gets) and is told that cant be done either. Famous nails on Boulder Hwy is worth waiting for. The first time I walked in and they were busy so they asked me if I could come back in 30 minutes, I came back exactly in 30 minutes and they were ready for me. I got a pedicure and manicure, the best pedicure I've ever had, Jasmine took her time and did a great job. At some point I thought about asking her if she was giving me an upgrade just because she was taking her time and doing an awesome job!. To be honest I stopped getting pedicures in Vegas just because I used to feel they were a waste of money, well not anymore at this place. My nails were clean and good looking. I came back a couple days later with my little sister in-law, she got a pedicure and a manicure, they did a great job.I just got a gel color ( I was thinking on getting a gel manicure) as soon as I told Jasmine, she saw my nails and told me I didn't need a manicure because they were still good from the last time she worked on me, she even joke about pretending to do it and charge me more! ( I love her being honest about what the client needs). I will be coming back as soon as I need my nails done again, this is my 10th day with my gel color and I've been doing a lot of cleaning and scrubbing and other than my nails growing too fast they still look amazing! read more

I received the best pedicure I've ever had at this salon! The technician spent a lot of time making my feet smooth (granted they had no other customers besides me, my sister and another woman). Although this was only my first visit, my pedicure experience definitely beats Nails R Us on Valle Verde; they barely scrub your feet and spend as little time as possible with every customer. The first time I had my nails done here, it was fine. The nails looked good, didn't chip and I was happy. Then I went back for a fill yesterday and today my nails are chipping and breaking for no reason!! They obviously shouldn't do that after just one day. I didn't do anything harsh to them so I know it's nothing I did. I think maybe something was off in their chemicals. Who knows. But also, while I was there, a woman came in to get a fill. She was told to wait. She sat there and waited for around an hour (I had a pedicure and a fill and she came in shortly after they started my pedicure). While she was waiting, there were two men basically doing nothing. One of them finished up my pedicure and literally just sat at his table the entire time I got my fill. The other one was mulling around watching tv and texting. The first one finally called her over to get her nails done shortly before I was done and I couldn't help but feel like he was being rude because she didn't have an appointment. read more

Got worse when 3 of us checked out and owner kept changing her prices, then once we finally left, we realized we were ripped off and paid an extra $30. Will never return. read more

I got there a few minutes early and they had not opened yet but finally showed up right at 10 o'clock. The girl that did my nails was not very friendly. I honestly didn't even catch her name but she didn't like the shape of my nails and made that known. She didn't want to use the polishes on my nails that they had used on one of their samples. Basically I felt like she was going to do my nails the way she wanted to do them. It was just not a friendly experience and I could not wait to get out of there. The girl who did my pedicure was wonderful. I'm not sure if I will go back. I guess I'm just used to being treated nicer and with more respect. My nails are stiletto shaped and I was told if I made them shorter they wouldn't look good. This is how I've been doing my nails for months and they look great even when they are shorter. Jasmine who I have seen regularly since December always makes sure my gel nails look perfect and she also waxes my eyebrows which I am always beyond happy with.
