I was involved in a hit and run rear-ender where my bumper was completely smashed off my car, and Global Collision made it seem like nothing happened at all. Global Collision will always make sure the job is done right even if take a couple extra days. They ensure that they use quality parts from the manufacturer. For example, when the part that they needed came from the supply shop damaged, they returned it and wouldn't use it for my car until they got the part in a better condition. They make sure that you are getting only the right parts that is needed as specified by your car's manufacturer, the parts for my car were totally new. Recently I had my car vandalized and the damage left the car undrivable. The dealership and my insurance company felt that the car should be sent to Global Collision in Garden Grove for evaluation. After the assessor and Zac from Global assessed the car, it was determined that the damage was internal, electrical, with no external damage. We had some problems with the white paint peeling off on our 2013 Toyota Highlander and took it to Elmore Toyota to be serviced. Toyota sent it to Global Collision, but were not the best communicators. I drove to Global Collision and met the owner, Erik who went above and beyond to get our car repaired and back in our hands much faster than if we waited for Toyota's help. My sons vehicle was in an accident that left the passenger side front of the vehicle seriously damaged. Throughout the repairs Zachary kept us informed and diligently worked with our Insurance adjusters. The cost to repair the vehicle was nearly 10k. We never knew that the customer does have a say when decisioning how to keep costs lower by using original and/or recycled parts vs new parts. This was amazing information. We want to recognize the Owner, Erik Sumen and his Team for what an extraordinary job they all did for us. Gilberto out did himself on putting the vehicle back together. It looks new. Daniel painted the vehicle flawlessly. While the vehicle was in the shop, we spoke with Erik on the back quarter of the vehicle that had damage. I'd rather have the Taliban work on my car than bring it back to Global Collision Center. These scam artists shouldn't be allowed to operate a business. A simple bumper repair that they said would take a few days ended up taking a month because the employees DON'T DO ANYTHING. We had to return the rental insurance provided us before they even started working on our car. They sit in the air conditioned office staring at their phones. We had to be their managers! They wouldn't get back to our insurance without us calling them first. They would let insurance paperwork sit on their desk for days until we would call them about it. We even had to call them to get them to order the parts once they were approved! When we did finally get the car back it was dirty and the interior was covered in motor oil. You're better off torching your car than letting these bozos work on it. Hopefully this place goes bankrupt soon and we can get a business that actually serves the community to take their place. read more

These people are crooks. As they've been described by outsiders of my personal situation, they are "predatory. They are "sharks". Keeping my truck for 3 weeks, having the at-fault party's insurance constantly trying to contact them for an estimate, which was never, ever done in 18 mother loving days. 18 DAYS! And they charge you $350 that includes an estimate. An estimate they didn't even provide that includes other bogus "fees". Such immoral and unethical scumbags. If your tow truck driver recommends this place, RUN. I was not at fault in a 3 car accident and all 3 tow truck drivers recommended taking our vehicles to this crappy, crooked place. We ended up using Diamond Collision Center and they had an estimate to me in less than 3 HOURS after receiving my truck. It didn't take them even ONE business day but it took Global Collision 18 DAYS to not do a damn thing except charge daily storage fees. THEY ARE SCUMBAGS!!! RUN AND RUN FAST!!! I wish I could could give them negative stars. Oh! And one thing I forgot to mention... they wouldn't release my truck to me unless I paid $2800 in CASH. They're so gross dude. read more

Global Collison has sat on my car for a month! Better yet, Victoria tells me it'll take another month and half. The management hides behind their staff and when asked to speak with them, their busy. They up the inspections two times and my insurance paid them. They still didn't order any parts. I called them today, of course it's them blame game! I'm a person of no excuses but get the work done. I will NEVER recommend this place to a stranger let alone a friend. They get over on insurance companies and I spoke with the inspector myself, after he left there. Tesla owners! Consider your search finished. This is a great place to take your vehicle if it was recently damaged. I purchased my Tesla June 2019 and it was rear ended in December 2019. I was so upset! Thankfully, the collision was contained to the bumper and didn't hit any sensors. DON'T TEXT AND DRIVE, people! Where to start after an accident, right? Thought I'd take it into Tesla and get it fixed but come to find out, they only do body work if it's complete replacement of parts. My car required replacement (of the valance) but repaint on the bumper (which Tesla doesn't do) so they sent me a list of Certified Tesla repair shops. Most of the are in downtown LA (I dislike LA traffic) and a few OC locations. I looked up all the locations in OC and I decided to go with this place. My biggest concern was the work taking a while to complete. If you have a Tesla, you know that they don't have too many parts readily available and a lot of those are back ordered. (Lucky us). Took my car in, they estimated it would take about a week to fix. They called Enterprise for me and had them pick me up at the Collision center. Immediately I saw a receipt from Tesla that the parts have been ordered. (Tesla sends the registered email updates with anything pertaining to the VIN number). I got emails through the whole process. My car took one week and half to get all the work done. **NOTE: Not all accidents are created equal. My car didn't need too much work. I'm sure worse accidents that require more replacement parts take longer than mine did** There was only one down side to this and why I'm not giving it 5 stars...after I drove away, I noticed a small and faint scratch near my driver door handle. I promise, I am meticulous when it comes to my car and it was not there when I dropped it off. I would have noticed. I didn't go back and tell them because I am almost certain it can be buffed out when I take my car for a wash. Fingers crossed. read more

PLEASE do your self a huge favor, stay away of this place. I would of gave zero star if I would of have the option. This center will get paid from the insurance, they get the money, the paycheck and after they don t care about your car being fixed. Going on 3 week and hearing the same story, we have ordered the parts but we don t have any control over, really? When I asked about the parts order number and the phone number where the parts have been ordered and called I was told that the part will be sent out the same day. Take some advice from a fellow human being, do not ever come here for repairs. My mother was involved in a serious rear end accident and mistakenly chose this place hoping they would take amazing care of her. They did not and the amount of disrespect they have shown boils my blood to this day. Initially they said they "would take care of it" which should have been the first red flag. 2 weeks turned into an additional 10 days, adding on more and more empty promises. The repair took a total of 2.5 MONTHS. It was absurd that we as the customers had to call for updates to be kept in the loop. During the duration of the repair, the shop stated they would reimburse my mother for a car rental. They failed to do so and when she inquired about it, they attacked her. My mother was verbally assaulted in front of customers in the main lobby by Mike who proceeded to accuse her of lying and "making noise". They thought because she appeared unable and fragile that they could pick on her and give her the run around. Wrong. This place has a terrible business practice that truly does not look after their customer after they've taken your money. The owner will likely respond to this review trying to justify actions. My car has been there since August of 2022 and it was not "complete" until Feb 2023. When I tried to pick up my car there was whole bunch of items on my car that were missing that should have been repaired beforehand and wasn't. All they can say was "We don't know why it wasn't completed." The manager Mike is probably the worst you can probably talk too. He kept on lying about sending paperwork to my insurance company for weeks! And never did! And this prolonged the status for weeks. I see there's been an issue with him with others in yelp in the same situation as me so at this point I'm surprised why he's still there. he wouldn't even show his face when I was telling his staff about the the issues I had found. Not sure what Nathan G down there is talking about. I was referred here by the head mechanic who's a personal friend of mine at OC inifiniti in HB. I have a 2022 Q60 RED SPORT. My car is like my son. Not jus gonna let anybody touch it. I know my buddy Kevin hall who's the head mechanic wouldn't refer me somewhere janky. After leaving it here a WEEK and a half. Because IM NOT THE ONLY CAR. They are mad busy as you can see. I'm very surprised by the repaint the did on my right side. Some hater out there scratched my beautiful car. I'm very OCD about shit and the fact that JOHNSON was so professional along with Victoria at front desk. Johnson is the manager. Reassured me it would be all good after some miscommunication. I would give them NO STARS to start! My car has been sitting there for nearly 2 years now and NOTHING has been done. Mike the "manager" is a joke, he is like the guy at the dealership trying to sell you a lemon. He has been dragging this thing on and on. It is NOT the body technician's that lack the work or effort to work or do everything in their power to fix a vehicle to it's precise condition when they have all the help from the people in the office working the telephones and working with the insurance companies. No, this is completely BS, there was people with my when they told me NO DEDUCTIBLE!!! I don't just make things up ? And if it your system showed paid in full ? Is that my mistake ? However I know this isn't the case because staff clearly said NO deductible I'm not the only individual that heard this .... No you guys want to lie , the money is not an issue ! The lies are the issue ! My daughter called week after week to be told "oh sorry next week !" Time and time again because it had to go to the dealer and then next week I would call and they had paint issues and then they didn't take it to the dealer ? Then the blah blah blahhh. I do recommend Global Collision Center. Loss of a star is due to poor communication in the beginning of the process, but once I pointed that out, communication was great with regular updates about next steps needed. And they fixed my car beautifully. I think the poorer reviews I am seeing are due to people not understanding the toll COVID and also the supply chain issues took on businesses--and those issues were completely out of their control. read more

I had to take my car twice because of the poor job they did and still didn't finish it. The clear coat is peeling but I'm not going in for a 3rd time.
