When I checked in, I was told to go pick out a nail color for my pedicure. While looking at the colors, I picked up a couple bottles to compare the colors and a technician came over and said that they don't allow customers to touch the bottles of nail polish. This was my second time here and I've been to a few different salons and this is the first time I've been told that. The pedicure started 10 minutes late and the technician was rough and unfriendly. During the pedicure, she was aggressively picking at my cuticles with the trimmers leaving red spots around several toe nails for hours after my appointment. She was also rough with the filing, often catching other toes while filing the nail. During the leg and foot massage I continued to flinch and tense up but she did not change her pressure, instead telling me to relax. The following day I had a bruise on one shin and a line of soreness on the other. The nail polish on my toes turned out very nice, but the whole experience was unpleasant and left me sore and bruised.

The guy had no idea what he was doing my nails are huge lumpy and gaudy AND ALL DIFFERENT LENGTHS. I am embarrassed to show up at my family event tomorrow with these horrendous nails. I told the guy taking care of them I had an event and needed my nails to look nice. I said I wanted them narrow and natural looking-at first he did the acrylic so thin it was bending then when I said something he added a crap ton more acrylic and made them extremely thick. One extreme to the next. The length of them are all different none of them match. After he was done destroying my nails I was so upset any human being could tell from the look on my face I was absolutely not happy about the way these turned out at all but nope they had no awareness apparently to ask if I wanted them fixed. I literally told the man 15 times to file them and drill them better but he barely did anything. Then they swapped me to another guy to paint my nails, he rushed through so fast and slopped the polish all over and on my skin and cuticles. I will never go back here again. I paid 52$ for absolute garbage nails. I even tried to file them at home and fix them and I cannot fix these. Im extremely upset and didn't even want to pay for these. There is no way in hell someone would look at these and say "well they don't look too bad." No because they look absolutely horrible. One nice thing I will say is the guy was kinda polite BUT he barely did anything I requested-just half assed everything I asked him to fix-which I should not be asking him to fix nails he is supposed to be trained to do. I wish I would have read the reviews before using this place as a backup because mine was slammed and I didnt want to wait an hour. Next time I'll just wait an hour then literally throwing my hard earned money in the trash. Im embarrassed to have these huge ass gaudy nails tomorrow for my family event. My toddler could do a better job than this. Im so extremely upset my face was telling the entire time. I asked over and over for him to make them narrow and drill them down more and he barely did anything to fix them after repeatedly asking. I didnt want to keep saying the same thing over and over.
