I am very particular about my nails but Miriah does really great work. The salon is clean and the staff is friendly.

Customer service is garbage. The system double booked a tech and the young lady at the "manager" was flustered. It appeared the tech and the "manager" didn't know how to resolve the issue. I attempted to assist by changing my service request to a simple pedicure after it appeared they were accommodating the other client. The manager rudely called for someone else to service me and pointed her finger at me with her back turned to me as if she were frustrated with me when another tech came to assist me. Had I not been desperate to get my service I would have left but this is the very last time they will get my hard earned money. It's too many nail salons to accept piss poor customer service.Both nail techs were very apologetic, but the "manager" is obviously not a good fit for their establishment. read more

I got an acrylic overlay with no tips and they charged me the same as a full set. My fault for not asking the price before I started the service, but this is overpriced here from what I am used to which is $45 with gel polish. The staff was not welcoming or friendly and did not make me feel like my business is welcomed back. They were not rude either just not welcoming. This picture shows what I paid $57 + $8 tip for. I love this new salon and what's even better is I can walk there and book my appointments directly On line. One downfall is it seems that not all the techs do nails that have special shapes such as almond or stiletto but that's not a biggie. The first time I went I got a premier pedicure that was amazing it lasted well over an hour and I was pampered with snacks and a few glasses of wine. Ms. Lynn did me pedicure and I was so appreciative that she took her time and didn't rush my service. My second time I had a bit of a wait about 15 minutes although I had a nail appointment with Elvis but he made up for it with the creation and design. Elvis is not much of a talker which is fine with me as i was able to enjoy my podcast. Will be returning so stay tuned for more updates. Let me add I love how they have VIP rooms that you can request for a large party or for privacy for an up charge. The decor is something out of a upscale space guide. I called a few days before coming in to make sure they were open at 9am. I sat in my car until 9:10 and they still were not open. I needed up coming back a bit later because it is located close to where I live. After starting my pedicure and telling the tech more than 4 times what I wanted, the pedicure has not lasted more than 5 days. My gel manicure is already peeling. As I was getting my manicure, one nail tech was sleeping at their station. Then, upon check out the man at the front was so asleep that my tech had to tap him to wake him up to check me out. My eyebrow waking went well but will definitely not recommend this nail spot. read more

I loved the guy who checked me in, full of energy and was very pleasant. I didn't care much for the actual service fromthe lady that did my nails. No alcohol applied to wipe the nail polish off the skin on the tips 9f fingers, didn't clean under the nails. Skipped a lot of the process. Absolutely recommend. I got an amazing gelx set by Chan, who was super thorough and didn't rush at all. He also helped me choose colors and a design and it looked great! The salon is clean and stylish and Chan's (the owner) #1 goal is creating a great customer experience. The place is huge with tons of techs. Everyone at the front desk is friendly and transparent. I wish I can rate 10 stars! This place really exceeded my expectations. The steps to booking appointments online was super easy. Upon arrival you check in on an iPad. I was taken care of right away. The service menu is beyond extravagant. The gel color selection is amazing. I was served a Sangria by Chan. He was EVERYTHING! He even offered me a snack/appetizer which consisted of crackers and fruit snacks. He engaged in conversation with me and I love his energy. Calvin did my fabulous gel pedi. This occasion is as a result of a dinner date tonight and the reviews posted were inviting enough for me to try a simple (and uncomplicated) regular manicure. Suggestions for booking with Chan the "owner" as indicated on his name tag were appreciated. The process consisted of a 20 minute cuticle trim (by electric file machine) and my own nail polish. This man is way to busy for lotion or a hot towel. You can forget the complimentary drink...that wasn't offered and I assume appropriately designated for pedicure and deluxe services. $25 and a polite $10 tip...please see pics and decide for yourself. My hands feel dry but the manicure was decent and my experience was satisfactory. Takeaways: clean and beautifully decorated. This salon is the Maggiano's of the nail world and if you are in need of elaborate nail designs and services, this is it. 1st visit and last. They seated me at a dirty station, so I asked to be moved. I watched as person after person was seated at stations they did not clean or sanitize...even though they keep cleaning bottles w/bleach visible at each station...probably to make you think they are clean and safe. The salon design is great but their hygiene and sanitation is terrible. I went in to get waxed and another employee barged in w/o knocking and kept the door open while getting what she needed. I've tried glow hair bar several times and find it to be expensive for the service they provide. I've paid close to $100 every single time I get a new set bc they up charge for everything. My final straw was watching an employee use a kitchen grater on someone's foot then pass it to another tech to use. That's not sanitary, no thanks. read more

First time I went, I was treated royally, although my tech was switched from the manager to another person. The second time, it was fine but not the same treatment. The third time I went, I reduced from a spa and nail treatment to just nails and was seated in the middle of the place waiting for my nail tech for an entire hour. It was my first time at Glow, and after reading a ton of positive reviews, I booked a mani pedi for my wedding with two highly recommended techs. I had to wait for my pedi, which was fine, but I then had to be bumped to a different mani tech. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, and after she applied and cut the tips, I told her the shape was perfect. After the acrylic was applied, I noticed she was filing a lot, but assumed she was filing the acrylic down. When I got to my car and grabbed my keys, I noticed it hurt to use any sort of pressure. It hadn't hurt when she was filing, but I realized she had not only significantly altered the nail shape, but completely filed away the sides of my nails and exposed the nail bed on every finger. Throughout the day, it has gone from hurting when I put pressure on my fingers to being increasingly tender and hurting even when I'm not using my hands. I took a photo of my thumb and traced where my natural nail ends. The nail bed is exposed on both sides of every nail. The tops of my fingers are red and throbbing. And after leaving the appointment, I missed a call from the salon, and received a voicemail saying that I did not pay in full. I'm so disappointed in my experience, my wedding nails, and the damage done to my natural nails. read more

One thing Miriah is going to do is eat downnnnn on the nails! This is one of my favorite sets I've had by her and I've had many! Black gel full set with purple chrome. I get a full set or fill in and she delivers every time. I had an early appointment and they were booked so I would recommend booking with her early because she can get booked up fast, she's that great! Monday July 3, 2023: I had a disheartening experience at this establishment. My wife was kind enough to book a 3:15pm appointment with Nail Technician who goes by the alias, Mena 2. I arrived 15 minutes early, only to be told by a receptionist that Mena 2, was running 40 minutes behind, in addition to the fact that she would no longer be able to take any additional clients for the day. I asked to speak with the Manager/owner, Shen, and informed him that I had a 3:15pm appointment. If Ms. Mena 2, was unavailable for this time then why would she accept my appointment 3 hours in advance. He proceeded to walk to the back to converse with his employees and when he returned he informed me that Mena 2 would now be taking care of me. I was escorted to an area and water was ran for me to soak my feet until Mena 2 became available. After 20 minutes passed I proceeded to leave. At this time the owner/manager Shen, and nail technician Mena 2 miraculously became available. I declined to be see and continued to leave the establishment. This is truly bad business etiquette. Time is money, and one's time should always be taken into consideration. read more

I tried this salon for the first time after a recommendation from my neighbor - her nails always look so good. I booked an appointment a few days before I was leaving on vacation for a regular pedicure and a gel manicure. The actual service was fine, even the interesting way the technician painted my nails, and I didn't think anything of it. However, when I landed at my vacation destination three days later, I noticed two of my fingers had no paint on them. Not even any residue left over. It was like the paint just fell off. I hadn't even done anything that would have effected the result - I just pulled my tablet out of my backpack during my flight. I have never had a gel manicure fall off that way. It was almost as if it hadn't actually cured to my nails. Two days later, my entire manicure was gone. I kept finding the paint around my vacation rental completely in tact shape wise. I honestly could have glued them back onto my nails and they probably would have stayed longer than the actual paint. Considering the amount of money I spent that day for both services, I was not happy. I contacted the salon twice to try to remedy the situation. Once while I was on vacation through their website and I left a voicemail the weekend I returned from vacation. Considering I was calling a week after my appointment, I told them in the voicemail that I had a picture with a date stamp that verified I wasn't making anything up. It's very disheartening. I won't be returning to the salon any time soon. read more
