Our project was split into multiple steps (because of us, not them) and they graciously planned around us and came back multiple times throughout the project. They even gave us the suggestion of starting the floors, and then coming back to finish them after we finished painting walls because of dust, debris, etc., to make sure we were happiest with the end result. When we had questions or any concerns, they were quick to call, give tips, and come back to assess or change something based on our preferences. I had already stretched it once about 2 years ago but then my two dogs also started marking certain spots so I finally decided to switch it all out. I opted for a waterproof Healthier Choice foam carpet pad and Shaw Pet+ carpet and asked for an additional cork 3mm underlayment beneath the pads to hopefully help with sound.
