I finally got a HVAC company company to come out to my house, but they didn't listen to my suggestions or concerns, and instead charged me $89 to tell me "the sweating vent you have is probably caused by your filter". I then got no less than 10 phone calls saying "please give us a call so we can talk about your situation. Some called more than once. Lakeland Heating and Cooling (Jason) was nothing like that... $1270 flat rate to replace the water heater. Yes, thats how he replied in his email.. as I requested.
