Not only did they perform the install, but took care of registering our units for warranty and submitted for rebates on our behalf. Initially Brian came over to asses our A/C needs and then a team of 4 skilled technicians performed the job over the course of two days. The superheroes were Chris, Ricardo, Steven and Wilfredo. They worked until 10:30pm on very hot and humid days to complete the job. As a Realtor for over 20+ years I've come across many contractors and service providers in my career, but I have never encountered such polite, skilled and dedicated team of technicians.They had to be very creative during install and crawl through very tight spaces or work in a very hot, unvented attic and they all have done so with a smile on their faces. I am truly impressed with this company in every way. Please don't hesitate reaching out to them for any heating or cooling needs. I promise you won't be disappointed regardless what service you receive from them. It will be A+ for sure. Their maintenance service is top notch too.

Had a replacement on hand, pulled out the old one but found pretty severe scorcing on the board. Pulled the unit out from the wall and tested the compressor and found it to be faulty. A new circuit board would only burn out and a new compressor was taking me into the big $$$ repair range. At this price point and age of the unit, both Daveand i agreed I am probably better off with a new unit. He then spent another 15 minutes offering excellent tips and points on what units I should be looking for and why. Excellent service and I will keep his info close at hand if/when any other appliances need repair.

They sent a kid who tells me the issue may be a cracked heat exchange & carbon monoxide leaking because I told him I had gotten dizzy before he arrived. Instead of telling me at that point he doesn't have the proper equipment to detect a CO leak he runs out to his work truck several times looking for equipment he knew he did not have. When he finally comes clean about not having the equipment he needs, he says for me to call the Fire Dept. because they have the equipment. I'm foolishly thinking YOU ARE A HEATING REPAIR COMPANY if you don't have the equipment someone in your company should right? WRONG!! I called the owner who tells me they tell all of their customers in an instance like this to call the Fire Dept. Owner proceeds to say, because the kid drove here, spent 45 minutes removing screws which he should not have & feeding a camera with as the kid put it, "not very good picture" in the furnace he earned the fee. Kid told me furnace had rust. I had to call a reputable company and the Fire Dept. who both confirmed no CO. Real repair guy says there is no crack and showed me pictures of inside furnace with NO RUST. Thank God furnace is running properly. Not only did these guys make off with $141 of my money but had nerve to say once Fire Dept. comes out call them back, here is your call back!!!

The installers themselves were incredibly professional and shows a true aptitude for their work that they do. The technician was courteous, seemed very knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my many questions. He tightened the valves and checked for leaks and then recharged the freon in my a/c system. A young man came and installed it and told me it would be $250.00 When I questioned how it went from no charge, to $250.00, I was told there was water damage from the Air conditioner. (My AC hasn't worked in 5 years. There's been no water in my basement in 7 years, when I replaced my sump pump.) Supposedly, it's common knowledge if there's water damage, it's not covered.
