Heidi was extremely responsive and even called the hotel to ensure a porter was also available to help with their luggage (hotel doesn't allow chauffeurs to retrieve luggage). She and the driver texted me along the entire process from almost arrival, arrival, luggage loading/departure, and eventual drop-off at O'hare at the wheelchair area. In addition, they helped my father who has very limited mobility into and out of the SUV (required for all the luggage and walker). I would definitely recommend them again!
