Talk about quality! This sushi bar is delicious I ordered the Toro sushi, the lobster hand roll, the Scooby Doo roll and the Albacore delight. Everything was really tasty and the Toro was like butter, just how I like it!! The vibe here is really fun and it's the first sushi bar I've been to that had sports playing which I loved. We have been coming to Go fish for at least 10 years and what we love about to fish is their consistency when it comes to Food and service and quality, even during the pandemic their service and quality never never changed. Their owner are incredible, the managers know me and my family and we get treated like family every time, even when we don't feel like going and order in they know us over the phone and already know our order. This place is great drove from Northridge to give it a try and we were not disappointed. The fish is great and really fresh they have a huge selection even Toro. They do add a little more rice but you can ask them to cut it down to smaller portions. Spoke to the owner who helps his staff bus tables or deliver food and is just a great down to earth guy. This is our new sushi spot we will drive the 20 minutes from the valley. People are complaining about the wait time just need some patience in this time of Covid give the place a break if it busy but our service and food came out quick. read more

I wish I could leave negative 100 stars for this poor excuse of a business. I have found hair and other objects in my food as well as the food over the last year has caused me to vomit after eating it. The staff are rude, they are slow and provide awful service every time I have been there. I could write a book about this place. Honestly, I never went before because who goes to a sushi bar named "Go Fish"? But the reviews are amazing and my super picky friends go, so I decided one night to venture out... and now they own me. From the time I stepped into the super chic decor underwater experience with an ambiance of classic rock music, I was hooked. Like on a fish hook. Go Fish! The walls are all painted with a variegated metallic aquatic faux finish, with round wall speakers in several sizes covered with differing blues (like bubbles!). The lighting is contemporary modern and super classy. I could tell that a designer had their hands on this. The host greeted us in a friendly fun way and I suspected immediately he was the owner. He confirmed it and introduced himself as Todd. Then, a woman came up to me and I asked if she was Mrs. Todd! Yes! Her name is Robin. Still following covid protocol, we were sat in a booth to take in the entire experience. They also have seating outside by the koi pond, and there is live music on Saturday nights, but back to the experience. We basically decided to let them entice us. An off the menu delicacy called the Tiffany Roll showed up and now I am forever ruined. Truly one of the most fantastic displays of fish I've ever had. And there is no skimping here! Large fresh delicious high quality pieces of fish made up this dish. We finished with various pieces of sushi, each just as fantastic as our first impression. We chatted with Todd and Robin the whole time... And then we went back the next night and also two nights later... Ruined!! Go Fish! read more

Decided to try a sushi spot in town instead of driving to LA. The Sushi roll portions are large, but the flavor just isn't there. All of the rolls were just lacking finesse and flavor one of them was so bland even after I doused it in the sauce it came with. I had to rely on a lot of ginger and soy for flavor. I will not be dining here again. I really wanted to like it. Besides all of that ot took forever to even get our rolls, we ordered two other meals and those came out first we finished them and they cleaned the table and we were still waiting on our rolls to come out. read more

One of my favorite sushi bars of all time! I have come here maybe 50-60 times already, and I'm never disappointed. The service is wonderful, the sushi is incredibly fresh, and the owners are very charming. If you ever come by, you have to order the Gladiator Roll. It is to die for! Everything from their nigiri, to the rolls, to sashimi is wonderful. I'd like to mention that their fish slices for nigiri sushi are very large, which allows the taste of the fish to stand out. Had a variety of different sushi & my favorite was the white tiger roll & rattlesnake roll. They give you pretty big portions for the sushi as well.
