Go Go Pot is such a great new all-you-can-eat hot pot spot! The restaurant is nice and clean, and the conveyor belt idea is super fun. It feels like something totally new for the area. One thing I really love about the conveyor belt setup is that it lets you portion control a lot better. You can grab what you actually want instead of over-ordering, so you don't leave feeling totally defeated like you sometimes do after all-you-can-eat hot pot. The staff were also really friendly and welcoming. They checked in on us, but weren't pushy at all, which I really appreciated. Some hot pot places can feel a little overwhelming or like they're constantly trying to upsell you, but Go Go Pot had a much more relaxed vibe. I also love that they don't charge extra for broth or the sauce bar like a lot of other hot pot places do. That already makes it feel like a better value. On top of that, the meat quality was honestly really impressive for the price. Everything tasted fresh, and you can tell they put thought into the setup and the ingredients. I'm not new to hot pots. Hot Pot City in Portland was a fav for years. Our service was ok'ish. We needed to ask for our drinks several times, and needed to inquire about the status of the meat orders after a 10'ish min wait. Our server referred to our table as "my neglected table". I think the rotating veggies and fish had a decent selection. The sauce station was also fairly good. We tried all of the meat selections on the basic meat menu. OK, not spectacular. (We could have upgraded to the more expensive meat option, but boiling expensive meat cuts is a sin.) Out the door we were at roughly $80, plus a $20 tip. If I were a teenager with a bottomless appetite it might be a screaming deal if I could plow through endless plates of meat. I'll return when we want to take visitors to "something different" but we won't return because the food is amazing. I ordered the spicy beef, tallow broth, My Son ordered the same, and my daughter ordered the mushroom broth. I highly recommend the spicy beef tallow broth if you can handle the heat. The veggies and noodles comes on a conveyor belt and the meat was ordered. The service here was really fast, except that we waited a while to get our cold water. We came to gogopot on fathers day and it was quite full. It took a while but once we got seated the experience was great! The open bar with sides and sauces was well stocked and clean, the flavors of what they had were also great! As for the main stuff, the single person hotpot was so convenient as everyone could choose their own broth and have their own items! The tables and the conveyor belt were also very clean and the foods definitely hit! For $36 per person I definitely would recommend trying this place out! New favorite Hot Pot! I've been mourning the lost of Hot Pot City for years. Since then, Happy Lamb has had to step in as a surrogate, yet it just wasn't quite there as a solid replacement. Enter, Go Go Pot! The entire set-up is perfect. Plenty of room at the tables, and everyone gets their own pot, built-in to the table. Servers are all extremely friendly and attentive. They only thing they need to bring to you are the meat options. Pricing for lunch and dinner wastotally reasonable for AYCE and the conveyer belt items were tiny in portion but so fun to watch, especially for the kiddos. We came before their grand opening and they were super busy (even on a Wednesday for lunch!) but the service was friendly and they were accommodating while trying to work out all the opening kinks. Overall - I saw the hot pot conveyor belt concept years ago and had been waiting for it to come to the States. It definitely didn't disappoint. Location - Borderline Hillsboro, but still central to everything with shopping nearby and the soon-to-open In-N-Out. It shares a parking lot within the plaza with the other businesses, so parking was easy. Service - Our server was extremely friendly and personable. One thing I really appreciated was the ventilation setup. With hot pot, there's usually a lot of steam, but instead of having vents hanging directly above you like Korean BBQ spots, the vents are built directly into the hot pot containers at the table. The steam doesn't rise up into your face or the room, it gets immediately captured within the unit, which makes the whole experience much more comfortable. Options - They have plenty of meat options and it's all you can eat, though they do limit how much you can order each round. There's also a 20% surcharge for leftovers. They have a 1.5-hour table limit, which honestly felt like plenty of time. I loved the sauce bar, complimentary dishes, and dessert options. We went on a Thursday afternoon for lunch and was seated promptly after entering the establishment. The interior seemed clean and with some tasteful decor. The music that was playing seemed varied: including pop covers, K-pop, Hispanic music, and more. The server was helpful with explaining the menu and how to order. A few things to know before you go: There's a 90-minute time limit, though you can pay for more time. Everyone at the table has to choose the same plan, either regular or premium meats. You can only order four meats at a time (which isn't listed on the menu) Any leftover food will result in an extra charge. Sliced meats are ordered through your server, while everything else comes from the belt. Now getting into the pros and cons. Individual Hot Pot: I'm a big fan of the individual pots. As much as I enjoy communal hot pot, it's really nice knowing exactly what's going into your own broth and not worrying about someone else grabbing your food. Each pot also has its own temperature control, so you can adjust it however you like. Sauce Bar: The sauce bar is included and has all the essentials. They also have six recommended sauce combinations on the wall, which is helpful if you're not sure what to make. Sliced Meats: The sliced meats were solid. Even though you can only order four at a time, you can choose between large or small portions. The quality was good overall, and I especially liked the fattier cuts like beef toro. Belt Portions and Variety; The belt is a fun touch with a good variety of veggies, tofu, seafood, and more. I actually liked the smaller portions, like two meatballs per plate. It makes it easy to try new things without committing to a full portion or wasting food. It's a great way to experiment without feeling guilty for not finishing something. As for the cons, they're pretty minor and seem fixable: No Tongs: When the meats came out, there were no tongs, just chopsticks. They mentioned tongs will be added later, but for now it feels a little questionable handling raw meat, especially pork or chicken, with chopsticks. It could be easy to mix your personal chopstick up with the raw meat one, and if you're not great with chopsticks, you might get tired of using them pretty quickly. This has been one of the best hot pot experiences because 1) I have my own pot; I can pick out my preferred soup AND the food heats up super-fast and I don't have to fight others, 2) the side items on a rotating conveyor belt is entertaining to me because I can pick and choose what I want in my soup without a full commitment since there's only a few pieces of items in there (think sushi train) 3) they have a button to "suck" the steam away if your pots get too steamy in your face. What's the con, you may ask? It's a bit costly and there's a line! Unless you go right at 11:30am, or else you would have to wait between 30 to 60 minutes before you can get a seat (depending how many people in your group). They have tables for 1, 2, 4 and 6 people. Meat comes at a decent pace and right amount of portion; we ordered about 4 times because we got full and did not order any more. The only meat I didn't like was the pork belly - full of fat, zero meat. I also wish they labeled the meats; some of us at the table did not want lamb while others strictly wanted beef. The different tray of sliced meat comes out together, so you really don't know what protein you are having. If you go during lunch time on a weekday it's about $25/person for the regular menu, weekday dinner $35, otherwise Friday/Weekend/Holiday prices will cost you about $37/person. The difference is the meat selection in term of pricing (dinner only: lamb shoulder, beef brisket, angus beef chunk roll); if you don't have a preference, go during lunch (meat available: chicken breast, ribeye, lamb breast, natural pork belly, beef toro)! The secret is 5 PM on a Monday. There was nobody else in line so we were seated right away. Service was attentive and kind. I loved the concept of a conveyor belt, ayce style hot pot!! The table setting was. Bit constrained but we had enough room for our four meat dishes in between us. I ordered the spicy vegetarian and my partner had the green peppercorn. Both are so highly recommended! They really didn't skimp on meat, we didn't order a second round. There are some items that were more rare on the conveyor belt (bean curd rolls, enoki mushrooms, quail eggs) but you can order them with your server. We tried but, she may have gotten too busy towards the end and forgot it. Lots of variety anyway. I love that the sauce bar is also all included. Tried Go Go Pot after seeing some videos in TikTok. They are still in soft opening mode so unfortunately I do have some suggestions for future improvement. Let's start with the good. We ordered clear beef, pork bone & mushroom broth. All of the hotpot broth are delicious. Equipment: the electric stove control is wonky on 3 out of the 4 burners in our table. Since hotpot is the only menu, I think you'd have to make sure the equipments are working properly. Our table was only given chopsticks and spoon (regular spoon too, not the paddle type). For hotpot, it would be much more convenient if you provide paddle type as well as strainer type spoon. The variety of raw dishes on the conveyor belt was much less than I anticipated, so I am a bit disappointed. Most of the labels mismatch too. Some items are inconsistent (some meatballs have 2, some are 3, for the same type). Condiments: there's only soy sauce, oysters sauce and hoisin sauce (tecnically there's vinegar, sesame and xo sauce too) so the flavor profile from these combo is only salty and salty. Probably having a bit more variety would be more interesting. Our server is very gracious and friendly but took quite a while when we asked for something. We ordered four small plates of meat while grabbing add-in items off the conveyor belt. We loved the quality of the meats, and all the veggie, meat, and other assorted add‑ins. Some of our favorites were the lamb shoulder, brisket, ribeye, beef toro, lotus root, kabocha, shrimp, tonghao, dumplings, and mushrooms. We also liked the sauce bar a lot. Besides mixing our own sauces, we enjoyed the grass jelly soup, the kimchi, and ice cream. All in all, we really liked Go Go Pot. I've been here a couple of times now. And while it's been generally a good experience, there are a couple of stand out things that need more attention. They keep it from being a place I would frequent and recommend my friends and fam to go to. During my first visit, there seemed to be a wide variety of sides coming down the conveyor. During my second visit, it seemed there were have as many things to choose from. On both visits, I came at the start of lunch service and after the first roundnof meat orders, service was extremely slow. I mention coming at the start of lunch (when they open) there is virtually nobody in the restaurant. Why is service so slow? On my second visit, we sat for 30 minutes waiting to pay. My buddy tried multiple times to wave our server over. What he said when he finally came, "I saw you trying to get my attention but I wasn't sure what you wanted..." How about asking us why we're trying to get your attention? Were it not for the friendly staff and clean space, I would've given this place 1 star. However, there're a few items I just don't see them on the belt. Maybe they didn't fill it fast enough or other customers already took all of them before they get to our table. The sauce table has lots of good choices for you to make your own dipping sauce. It took some people forever and hold up the line though. They also have prepared food while you're waiting for the broth. The chow mein is surprisingly good! The broth were very good. I had the pork broth which is very tasty and I don't think I need to dip my meat in the sauce. My friend had a spicy one that she said it's not spicy enough but still tasty. The meat quality was so so. Same as other hot pot places. However their seafood is way better than HotPot palace and about the same as happy lamb. I wish they have the freshly made fishball instead of the frozen ones. Most of the seafood were frozen though. We only get 90 mins for the meal. I found it kind of rushing especially we have a big group and we tend to chat a lot. From the time we ordered the broth to the time it heats up, it took almost 20 mins. When the broth is brought to us, they're Luke warm. If they're hot, it won't take that long to heat up. Definitely will go back again. Especially in cold winter days. read more

I came here with my coworkers and we all had a great time. The items on the belt were fresh and plentiful! I loved the many options. The sauce bar has fresh ingredients and were well filled. There was 2 sauce bars so there was no crowding around one sauce bar. I'm there's also a lot of side dish options that are kept fresh. I also love the desert options, there was glass jelly, coconut sago and ice. read more

Came in at 9:01 apparently they stop seating at 9:00, literally 1 minute difference and didn't see it on there website.

Food was decent, if looking for good Korean there are better places. Would have thought it would been little cleaner being brand new. Wait staff was amazingly friendly but management was very rude to their employees..we were talking to our waiter when manager yelled at him to see another table. While he just stood there watching instead of helping the table out. Was shocked they would have picked someone like that to lead. read more

Such a fun experience! Personal hot pot where you can control your temperature so the soup doesn't just boil everything into mush. Everyone having their own broth was also really cool because everyone got exactly what they wanted. The meat selection was really delicious as well as the many options off of the conveyor belt. The sauce bar was clean and stocked with sauces and suggested combinations to creat as well with kimchi, rice, spring rolls, fruit, etc..
