So good!! I will visit this place more often Reminds me all the snacks back in Vietnam.

Discover the nice vietnamese street food in Westminster . I ordered some of those foods on their menu from eggs quail $9.50 , crabs soups $9.50 , Mango tea $6 , strawberry tea $6 , everything was delicious, delivering rich flavors and comforting textures , authentic Vietnamese flavors . The restaurant not only impressed me with yummy food but also the decor gives major old-school Vietnam vibes, like stepping into a Saigon alley in the '90s. Friendly and extremely enthusiastic and lovely service. Limited parking !

Love the Vietnamese food street here. It brings back my childhood favorite memories. The store is giving good vibes from VN

Very friendly staff, decorations and ambience makes me feel like home in Vietnam. Plus the food and prepackaged rice paper are bomb. Me and my friend always coming back to sit and yap

I've had Vietnamese street foods at other places that are better. I got the Banh Trang Cuon Bo and the rice paper was super chewy. Tamarind sauce wasn't that great and was too sour and liquidy for my liking. Not sure if I'll come back but I may give other menu options a try

I love the peach orange lemongrass here because not a lot of places gets the taste right. Parking is a bit limited if you come during dinner rush since the kicking crab is next door. I recommend to call in advance just in case the place gets busy at night time. My favorite is the one with butter on top, the first item on the menu

I found out about this interesting and cool new Vietnamese street food place called "Goc An Vat" in Westminster on Yelp. I was tempted to try this place by looking at the photos. Hubby and I came by today around noon time after dropping off my daughter at her friend's birthday party. We liked the vibe and their decor of this cute snack place. We ordered the combination dish called "Met Banh Trang 3 Loai" (3 kinds of rice paper) for $25. We picked the choices of rice paper rolls with green onion, dried shrimp, and fried pork fat, and traditional rice paper with kumquat sauce and beef sauce, beef, squid, and black beef jerky, etc. This is our first time trying this kind of authentic Vietnamese street food. The presentation of the combination dish was quite attractive; however, the rice paper rolls were stuck together, and they were a bit hard to chew (not soft enough). They were very flavorful and also a bit spicy, but my hubby did not like the shredded banh trang (rice paper). We also ordered the Mango Passion Fruit Tea (Tra Xoai Chanh Day) $6, and the Pandan boba milk tea ($6), the drinks were amazing (highly recommended). I would give them 4 stars because their food was very authentic Vietnamese street food, and it's also a good place for a quick bite. Good atmosphere with a lot of cute decor. The service was good.

A delightful little indulgence -- beautifully presented, perfectly balanced in flavor, and surprisingly satisfying.

Everything tasted really good and fresh. The rice rolls were soft with a lot of filling, and the sushi looked nice and had great flavor. I liked how there was a mix of different things to try, and nothing felt too heavy. I'd definitely come back again. Sweet owner and nice music.

Snacks are great and reminds me of home. The drinks were refreshing, and everything came out quickly. Service was friendly and efficient, and the casual vibe makes it a great spot to hang out with friends.

The food here is delicious. I will come back.

The food here is delicious. I really enjoyed the drinks and the rice paper snacks. I will definitely come back to try more dishes here.

one of my favorite vietnamese snack cafes for something chill and trying out new snacks. their banh trang tron di cho chi and jasemine oolong milk tea is my go to combo. they also do a platter of different banh trang (rice paper) snacks to try. great for small hang outs. staff is always friendly and accommodating

I ordered the Matcha Einspanner and their House Coffee (a Vietnamese coffee), and both drinks were excellent. The matcha was a little on the sweet side, but it was incredibly smooth and delicious. The House Coffee was just as good it was rich, flavorful, and something I'd happily order again. Needless to say, I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in the area. We also lucked out with our timing. There was no line when we arrived, but as soon as we placed our order, a long line started forming. We got there at the perfect time!

The line to order moved quite slowly, but the speed of service after placing your order was quick. Since the menu lists the phoenix oolong MT drink as made with dairy free milk, I asked the cashier if this meant it would be using oat milk, which is what most of the other drinks are made with. The response I received was that it uses "non-dairy milk." I didn't think this was very informative and wish there could've been some better clarification. For the cafe itself, it was VERY HOT inside. Having no AC in this weather for a popular boba shop is quite sad and stingy. The workers were all glistening with sweat. I did visit the restroom, which was even hotter than the rest of the store.

However, I am assuming that the name was just replaced with their brown sugar boba creme brulee milk which I did try before but it was more watered down than I remember. This time I came to get original purple rice yogurt and the new blueberry yogurt mochi milk. The original purple rice yogurt was really good! It has purple rice in it and tea jelly. If you like texture and chewing on something while drinking on a sweet and tart drink, then I would definitely recommend this! As for the blueberry yogurt mochi milk. It was good, but basically just tasted like yoplait blueberry yogurt. There wasn't anything that stood out about this drink. Because it had the name mochi in it, I assumed that there would be more mochi in the drink, but instead it was mostly just blueberry yogurt smoothie. In addition, for the purple rice yogurt, in the description, it mentioned smoothie, but in the blueberry yogurt drink, it did not have any mention of smoothie so I assumed it was just blueberry milk with mochi. However, it is in fact a smoothie. Lastly, I wish they had an option for 70% sugar as opposed to just 100% 50% 25% and 0% sugar level.

Unfortunately, both times the drink looked nothing like the photos on the menu. It was extremely diluted and tasted like plain watery milk. It barely tasted like tea or rich milk-more like it was 75% water and 25% milk, with almost no tea flavor. It wasn't sweet at all. The drink was bland, watery, and lacked the rich brown sugar flavor I was expecting. I gave this place a second chance, but the second drink was just as disappointing. Also, Im not really a picky eater. I've bought canned milk tea from H Mart for $1.50 that tastes much richer and more flavorful than this. Considering the price and how different the drink looked from the advertised photos, I was very disappointed. I can usually finish a 16 oz milk tea from other boba shops because they're sweet, creamy, and flavorful. With this drink, I couldn't even finish half of the 8 oz cup because it was so bland and watered down. I hate wasting food and drinks, but I ended up throwing it away after drinking only half. I'm honestly confused by all the high ratings. I'm not sure if there's a difference between drinks made for Uber Eats orders and those served in-store, but both of my Uber Eats orders were extremely watered down. The first time I picked it up myself, and the second time it was delivered within about 5 minutes of being made since I live only a couple of minutes away. So I don't think freshness or delivery time had anything to do with my experience.
