Been meaning to stop by this spot for awhile . I have always liked Banh mi sandwiches but I have recently discovered summer rolls. I wanted try both at this restaurant. I order the Saigon sandwich and summer rolls with all the different options of pork they had. Everything was so delicious. The BBQ pork and grilled pork was so tasty and tender. Pork belly was nice and crispy and provided a nice extra crunch in the summer rolls. It's expensive for their banh mi. They do have garlic bread banh mi but not necessarily worth driving out to try out. Service was kind of slow since I was the only customer. I had their cold steak which was prepared ahead of time and sat who knows how long. Usually have freshly cooked beef. I originally wanted Chinese bbq pork and crispy pork but they ran out which was 50% of their sandwich ingredients so you would think to carry more inventory of these items. Stumbled upon this gem when I went to get a coffee from Penny Roasters in Glendora Marketplace. I order the Breakfast Sando and it was absolutely delicious. The egg was cooked perfectly, the spam was salty and crispy, and the veggies were a perfect compliment. I think the menu here is geared toward build-your-own sandwiches and salads, so I could see this place being a favorite for the whole family. The staff people were incredibly kind as well! 1 star for the food only. Service was horrible. The lady that took my order looked at me like I did something wrong for showing up to her place of work.
