We purchased our 2019 BMW 330i xDrive three years ago, and unfortunately it has become an expensive…read moreand disappointing ownership experience. We have dealt with multiple issues, including the xDrive sensor, gas-cap release, and now the air-conditioning system. For a vehicle of this age and what we expected from BMW, the number of problems has been frustrating. After experiencing these issues, we started researching the vehicle and its BMW B48 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine more closely. What concerned us even more was firsthand advice we received from a BMW mechanic. He specifically told us he would never recommend buying another vehicle with the B48 engine because of the number of problems he personally sees with them, and that vehicles with this engine make up a significant portion of the BMW service work he deals with. Hearing that directly from someone who works on these vehicles certainly did not give us confidence in keeping the car long-term. What really upset me, though, was the response when I explained all of these concerns to the salesman. He didn't seem particularly concerned about everything we had already gone through with the vehicle. His main response was, "What can I do to get you in a new car?" I wasn't looking for another sales pitch. I was looking for BMW and Circle BMW to stand behind the vehicle and acknowledge the experience we've had. If Circle BMW genuinely wants to keep us as customers, there is a way to make this right. Buy back our current BMW at a fair value that takes these issues into consideration and give us a truly exceptional deal on a new vehicle. We would consider staying with BMW if Circle BMW showed us that it stands behind its customers and is willing to earn our confidence and business back. Until then, based on our experience, I cannot recommend this vehicle or dealership.

CAUTION - Mechanics destroyed my brand new Porsche. Either that, or their engines last four years…read more Bought here, brand new, in 2021 Last month I took it in to Porsche Monmouth for an oil change. Next day I had engine troubles. Porsche told me to tow it in. Sounded serious. They inspected, called to say "I am going to transfer you to sales to purchase a new one" Then explained either that or I can pay 40k for a new engine (6 figures for a car 4 years ago and it needs a new engine) Left me with no loaner and no car for two weeks. After complaints and letting them know that every mechanic I spoke with told me the mechanics here destroyed your car, and multiple calls to Porsche NA (who informed me they will do nothing to fix the problem) I got a loaner, then "we can take 5k off the price" HAHAHAHAHAH. Weeks later I finally had it and gave a more aggressive call and then they come back with $15k off a $40k engine replacement. They then suggest to try insurance. So my insurance totals my car, says the repair cost is more than the cars value, and now 4 years, tens of thousands in yearly maintenance and 100k later I have no car. Cherry on top - they are charging me a fee for looking at the engine they destroyed and charging me for towing my car in (after telling me the tow would be free) Really? Kick you while you're down after totaling and junking your car. zero accountability.

She really took time on a busy day to show my Mom all cars that she might like. Test drove until my Mom felt comfortable with what she was buying. Laura set up an appointment so when we arrived we wouldn't have to wait long. I have to say Laura is the only reason why I return to Galaxy. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE WITHOUT GETTING YOUR OWN INSPECTION…read more I purchased a 2020 Range Rover Evoque on 9/23/2024 as a pre-owned, pre-certified vehicle with only 23,000 miles. The problems started immediately. The day I drove it off the lot, it had a coolant leak and the warning light kept coming on. The dealership added coolant and eventually replaced a coolant hose. The vehicle was back with them from approximately 9/23 to 10/3/2024. After getting it back, I noticed a large windshield scratch that was not there when I purchased it, and the rear passenger-side tint was coming off. On 10/5/2024, something underneath the vehicle was hanging down and it was leaking again. I also could not get the vehicle inspected because of illegal front window tint and ended up paying $150 out of pocket to get it inspected. The coolant problem did not go away. On 2/19/2025, the vehicle was leaking again. I have texts and service records documenting repeated coolant and oil-related issues. Then on 5/16/2026, the vehicle completely broke down in traffic on Route 3 near MetLife Stadium. I paid for the tow. On 5/20/2026, I paid $449.94 for a diagnostic and was told the engine had seized and needed to be replaced, with an estimate of approximately $25,000. The vehicle had only about 52,000 miles. I had to pay another tow to get the vehicle to Eatontown because the dealership that originally sold it to me would not handle the situation. Eatontown had my vehicle from approximately 5/29/2026 until 8/24/2026, nearly three months. I did not receive a loaner until approximately 6/24/2026. I repeatedly asked what caused the engine to seize. I was eventually told the turbocharger failed and apparently caused the engine seizure, but despite repeatedly asking, I have not received clear diagnostic documentation explaining exactly what failed or how the turbo caused the engine to seize. Goodwill Assistance was eventually pursued, leaving me responsible for approximately $8,000, even after additional discounts. I still owe approximately $18,000 on the vehicle. My biggest concern is how a vehicle sold as pre-owned, pre-certified at 23,000 miles can develop coolant problems immediately after purchase, have repeated coolant/oil issues, and ultimately suffer catastrophic engine failure at only 52,000 miles. I have text messages, service records, diagnostic paperwork and towing receipts documenting my experience. If you are considering buying here, do not rely solely on "pre-owned, pre-certified." Get the certification inspection, complete service history, and an independent inspection in writing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership. I wish someone had warned me before I bought this vehicle.
