One star only because I can't give no stars. Got food to go several days ago. Noticed this morning that they had double charged my card. Went there this afternoon to get a refund. After waiting for over 45 minutes and going thru the drive thru twice because the inside was closed, they finally told me the manager on duty could not help me. The general manager would be there in an hour. We live 25 minutes away, so killed time in town, then returned to find out the general manger was late. Waited some more, then was told by the general manager that the refund has to go thru the main office and they left yesterday to go out of town and it would have to wait till they got back. Fraud is the only thing that comes to my mind. Lost customer and we won't be back. read more

Their employees are very rude. They failed to tell me that they were out of corn nuggets until I called and questioned it and when I told them the sweet tea wasn't sweet tea it was unsweet tea all they said was we apologize. And claimed the manager got on the phone after I said the tea wasn't sweet the second time when the same person was talking the entire time. I asked for extra ice on the sweet tea and confirmed it before pulling up and they ended up giving extra ice on the Dr Pepper instead and was ugly when I asked for a medium cup of ice since I didn't get the extra ice on the sweet tea like I had asked. I drove to the drive through. Waited and waited for some one to ask for my order. Called out. No response. Shut my truck off incase I couldn't hear the speaker. Started the truck and drove by window and employees were just standing there doing nothing. Only two cars in the parking lot on a Thursday at 1PM. I wont EVER waist my time here again. Ever since they demolished the old Golden Chick, the new one just isn't as good. The tenders used to be hot and flavorful. The rolls were light and melt in your mouth. What happened? Now the tenders are typically just warm and tuff. The rolls are like hockey pucks. Please bring back the old cook. read more

This place absolutely sucks. Even before COVID-19 service is not where it needs to be food quality has went down. With the inside not open half the time do you think the drive-through would be faster but you can sit there 45 minutes or so before you even get your food. They need to know their product order something get to the window pay for it then come back and tell you oh we don't have enough of that. I'm gonna start going to the other chicken place and give them money money you can get in and out food quality is great service is great.
