Each bite was a delightful explosion of flavor. The eggs were fluffy and the cheese melted beautifully, adding a creamy texture that brought the entire skillet dish together. The service and coffee along with the food are excellent. Unlike some places they offer flavored creamers, which I thought was a nice touch. They have great regular options like benedicts, omelets, pancakes, and the previously mentioned skillets. I also love they have regular rotating options. This month is a peach theme and last week I had the Peach Pancakes, which were very decadent. We can't wait to return again and explore more of their delicious menu.
