    strawberry matcha latte
    Kyllie N.

Good matcha, quick service, & good atmosphere. Lots of places to sit and enjoy your matcha, as there are some other food trucks around. I tried the strawberry matcha latte with oat milk & it was delicious. Will definitely be back to try more drinks!

Really stumbled upon this coffee stand by chance. I was in dire need of coffee and actually thought this coffee stand was another one I go to, but I was mistaken. I had a nice chit chat with the owner (I'm sorry I never got your name) and found out a few things! They aren't only open on Saturday's for market but one can drive through and they have a little window Monday through Friday to get coffee! All the parked trucks, she kindly told me are regulars there also Monday through Friday. So business as usual for them not only for Saturday market!! This was mind blowing to find out after how many years?? They have different coffees they offer. The price is great and the coffee I got was delicious. You can add different flavored syrups I believe, I just didn't ask. It's such a cute little shack and the coffee was delicious and better yet, the views! You can stare out into the ocean and just enjoy your cup of coffee or take it to go! Super fun and I am definitely happy to be a return customer. She was actually VERY friendly unlike other coffee stands that I have gone to and aren't as pleasant.

Barista on the go... Found this cute trailer as I was exploring Kailua Lokahi Market and noticed that it was One Bikini Barista as I've seen them at The Street Food Market which is home to several food trucks as well occupying the former Fisherman's Wharf location so you know I was surprise to see a pop up here in Kailua. So excited to give them a try what really caught my eye was "The Cheeky" lol which is a Lilikoi Matcha Lemonade that sounded quite refreshing but it was sold out...sob! What I should've been looking at was the seasonal menu she also had and yes this was during the holidays lol but it was "The Grinch's Matcha" which is made with pistachio cream matcha latte but it tasted extremely minty and wasn't sure if they mistakenly added peppermint which made it quite difficult to drink as I kept trying it. The whole vibe this trailer brings is so nice and festive I just need to find the time to visit their Kaka'ako location which I tried once but they were closed though love the view and vibe it brings making it a great start to my morning. Thank you!

Today was my first time trying a beverage here! My drink of choice was a matcha sunset! The line was not long, service was quick :) Ambiance wise, it's located at the farmers market at Kaka'ako on Sundays near where the musicians play. It's not too loud and it's easy enough to relax and have a conversation :) pricing is great! An Americano is about 3 dollars. Not bad considering that other beverage places sell an Americano for 6 or 7$. 10/10 would come back ! :)

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COFFEE BUSINESS! No doubt her menu has something for everyone but her signature drinks are a must as they are truly epic in flavor, well balanced, the layering of the flavors brings out the best in her drinks and I can say you won't get this experience anywhere else! Being in Hawaii, our home, we live for surf and sun, so bikinis are part of our wardrobe so why not serve up a golden drink island style with exceptional friendly service! So...go check her out and support this local mama! Lots of open seating & parking with great views!

The One Piece was amazing refreshing and Ilima the young lady that made my coffee was hospitalitable and welcoming with a smile and joy. Making my visit even more enjoyment, One Bikini Barista will be around for a long time with service as grand as Ilima presenting and coffee to indulge in, thank you for an amazing experience... - Donte, Sanford, North Carolina

alright such a VIBE! First off the ladies were super kind and sweet, and very patient with me. Big smiles. I ended up getting a double shot of espresso with pistachio cream! So delicious , and I can't wait to try other lattes and Italian sodas :) shoutout to the two girls with positive energy that's always a BONUS

Island Breeze Latte (halfway done, SO GOOD!)

Received great customer service along with an excellent tasty drink! HIGHLY recommend the Island Breeze latte!

Cutest little locally owned coffee spot in Salt Lake!! So happy to find this place because there aren't many if any other local spots for coffee & tea on this side! They have many options for syrups and they use one my favorite coffee roasters from Kailua! The owner is nice & the service is great and quick. Definitely worth checking out & I will definitely be back!!(:

Great coffee and prices! This cute bikini barista truck is located at fisherman's warf, right by kewaloas harbor. No like during the weekdays, can get busy Saturdays as its farmers market.

hands down one of my favorite places to get a matcha. she uses locally sourced syrups which makes it taste 100 times better in my opinion

I finished my drink within 5 minutes. I didn't order any food this time, but everything coming out of the kitchen looked delicious. The menu is extensive with plenty of options, making it a great place for brunch whether you're craving something sweet or savory. The café also has a small section selling Island Vintage merchandise, which is fun to browse while you're waiting. If you choose to sit outside, don't be surprised if a few birds decide to join you for breakfast and they're regulars too.. Overall, despite the longer wait for drinks, the quality of the coffee, inviting atmosphere, and tempting menu make this a spot I'd happily visit again.

To be honest it wasn't until I just so happened to walk through Royal Hawaiian that I noticed this place existed. I suffer from FOMO, and maybe that's what brought people in as well. I waited in line for 45mins lol. I really had no agenda and honestly curious. They have a lot of Staff and none of them looked happy to be there, but I get it.. every second you look up there's just crowd of people but inside and out, it's overwhelming. But yes, 1st interaction with everyone was very cold and monotoned. I ordered 3 kough aimann ,2 almond croissant, and a scone. For my drink 1 triple shot with a splash of oat milk. All the K.A. were stale, the almond croissant was delicious (recommend) the Scone was so hard I actually fed it the the birds. My espresso was so bitter and burnt I tossed it. Obviously not worth the $50 lackluster experience or time wasted. There are literally so many better options for coffee alone in Waikiki and on the outskirts.

I don't want to be that person when this place has an overall rating of 4.5 but this is just my honest opinion. I got the blue dream and yes it was very ascetically pleasing, but it was just too icy. Before coming to this place i read a couple of reviews that also said the same thing and i didn't understand what that meant, but now I do. There are a lot of flavorless, just regular, small shards of ice in the bowl. On top of that, the moment I received my bowl, it was already borderline melted. So that got me thinking, how can it be melted and icy at the same time? The only explanation that I can think of is just ice additive/fillers. It's not pure cold acai or whatever is in the bowl you choose, but there's a mixture of ice in it too. Yes I understand, it's Waikiki, everything is more expensive, but the added topping prices on top of the already expensive bowl prices just don't make sense. You want a beautiful looking bowl with a lot of different toppings, yet some toppings can go up to 1 dollar PER topping. I don't know if I've just been spoiled by a couple places in SoCal, but at those places they have unlimited toppings and those bowls are the best that there is. I'm not bringing any bias from other locations, but this is just an honest review based on my experience today.
