Excellent food and service. Each time we go, we try something different, and every time we're given great tasting fresh food. Pepper steak has excellent flavor and the vegetables aren't overcooked. I had the shrimp egg foo yung which was large and fluffy, with great flavor. It has a thick gravy that comes with it too. Every time we go, it's clean and quiet and only a few tables have people. I was told that the bathrooms are immaculate too.

Amazing service, sweet and friendly atmosphere... and FINALLY, NYC level Chinese food in palm beach county! This is our new go to.

Yes they were that good and the tangy soy sauce that pairs with it enticed the hell out of my taste buds. I wasn't sure if I had already tried the beef in hot garlic sauce but I ordered it anyway. I chose a non- spicy choice but it definitely would probably be more flavorful with more spice. I loved that it came with veggies - bamboo shoots, carrots and my favorite...mushrooms! The house pan fried noodles were certainly interesting as the crispy egg noodles were in a separate container from the shrimp, calamari, chicken, pork and vegetables. Once you added the protein, veggies and gravy the noodles start to soften up. Loved that it came with more mushrooms but wished it had more taste. Overall I will definitely be getting those pork dumplings again but I may just stick to my old faithful house fried rice and orange beef until I'll feeling adventurous again.

It's simple yet perfectly executed. buttery rice with little pieces of pork, shrimp and egg. And their dim sum is spectacular! The pork siu mei dumplings are my favorite, juicy and flavorful. Another favorites are the soup dumplings, shrimp dumplings, steamed chinese veggies, and spring rolls, but there's soo many to try. Love going to this wonderful spot!

This is our friend group's go-to Dim Sum stop to eat family style together, and the tab always ends up incredibly reasonably priced when split. The service and food are consistently top notch, and you honestly can't go wrong with any of the items on the menu. I would highly recommend trying the soup dumplings at least once! Ask your server and listen carefully to how you should eat them though, or else you might end up splashing your friends with sauce! (Guilty)

Like we almost felt we were in a different restaurant. Before we get to the food, let me say the whole tone and look changed. We remember a bright place that was sparkly. This time, not mso much. It felt sad and old. The floor looks awful and it felt a little dingy. Food was meh as well. I'm not sure if it was the environment and it skewed what I thought of the food, or it was just meh. We had buns, shu-mai, a Sanji, and a couple of other items. All were either just OK or not great. Not a single stand out. And I really question the freshness of the shrimp in the shu-mai. Had that should have used it yesterday taste. All in all, you went from a solid 4-star to a 3-star. Something changed, so your rating did too. Sorry. Im as disappointed as you are.

I ordered the War Shu Duck, and it was every bit as good as I remembered from when I was a kid--crispy, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. The wonton noodle soup was outstanding as always. The broth was clean, rich, and full of flavor. The wontons were generously filled with shrimp and pork, along with bok choy, making every bite satisfying. I also had the shrimp balls, which arrived piping hot, were perfectly cooked, and weren't greasy at all. They were packed with flavor. Overall, another excellent dining experience. It's great to see a longtime local favorite continue to deliver the same quality after all these years. I'll definitely be back.

Tried the sweet potato balls and they're delish! Sticky rice was nicely done in a smaller size which I appreciate because who needs that much rice lol. Pork dumplings are made with an actual dough wrapper and not gyoza wrappers so they got some chew! And the custard cups are clearly fresh and homemade abs truly delish. Service was fabulous! Place was clean with cute table cloths on tables. Staff was working hard when they weren't waiting on customers. Definitely the best Chinese in the area! As it used to be!

We started off with the pickled cucumbers, with they offered as a gift for us visiting for the first time. Nice! One thing to note is that they bring everything to the table as soon as it's ready, which they mention up front. I wish more places did this, as your food is always nice and hot. We got the steamed chicken dumplings which were delicious. The real star of the show were the noodle dishes. We got the Singapore Mei Fun, Curry Duck Noodles, CKT (so good), and another noodle dish I can't remember. Deep, rich flavors with the perfect amount of spice. We sat outside and our server was terrific. We'll be back!

Disappointing First Impression at Hawkers Delray Beach -- After hearing positive things about…read moreHawkers Asian Street Food and reading several reviews mentioning complimentary pickled cucumbers for first-time guests, we were looking forward to trying the Delray Beach location. Unfortunately, our first visit fell far short of expectations. Upon arrival, we informed our server, John, that it was our first time dining at Hawkers. While many reviewers mentioned receiving a complimentary pickled cucumber appetizer, we were not offered one until we asked John about it late into the meal. We were also seated alone in the bar area while the main dining room was active, which immediately created a disconnect from the atmosphere and seemed to contribute to the service challenges that followed. We ordered the Curry Chicken, Chicken Lo Mein, a glass of wine, and water with lemons. The lemons never arrived until we reminded our server. The Curry Chicken was delivered without rice, requiring another reminder before the meal was complete. Shortly afterward, the Chicken Lo Mein arrived, and we requested a fork. Fifteen minutes later, after nearly finishing the Curry Chicken, we finally flagged John down to remind him that the fork had never been delivered. By that point, the Lo Mein had been sitting long enough that it was barely warm, and we seriously considered sending it back. To add to the confusion, another server eventually informed us that he would be taking over our table, though no explanation was provided. As for the food, it was average at best. I've had significantly better Curry Chicken elsewhere, and the Chicken Lo Mein lacked the flavor and quality that would make me want to order it again. While the food was serviceable, it certainly wasn't memorable enough to overcome the service issues. A restaurant's first impression matters, and unfortunately Hawkers missed the mark on both service and execution during our visit. Between the forgotten items, long waits, lack of attentiveness, and uninspiring food, this is not a restaurant we plan to revisit.
