If I could give more stars I would. Rafael was on the ball and the kindest waiter. We went for restaurant week and got a 3 course dinner for $40. The chef is one of a kind too, extremely delicious.

Miss Kitty's Bar & Restaurant is tucked inside the Trailborn Grand Canyon (Marriott), right on the edge of town in Williams, AZ. From the outside, you'd never guess what's inside. The entrance is sleek, modern, and understated. Signage is kept to a minimum. Step through the doors and you're greeted by a warm hostess, a small but stylish bar, and a moderately sized dining room just around the corner. The décor is tasteful, cozy, and inviting. The menu is perfectly sized and unapologetically focused on steak, so of course, that's what we ordered. I asked about a filet, which wasn't listed, but our attentive server assured me the kitchen could accommodate. With my dietary restrictions in mind, I requested little to no salt and no butter. The server communicated this flawlessly, and the kitchen delivered. My filet came with a simple, homemade-style salad of romaine, red onions, croutons, shredded cheese, and blue cheese dressing, plus a loaded baked potato (+$2). The steak itself was unlike any I've had before, charred, smoky, and bold. My date called it "Texas Style", a steak clearly made for a cowboy! He ordered the 12 oz. NY Strip with Sidewinder Fries, Charred Corn Esquites, and a house-made Green Chile Tomatillo sauce. Honestly, his steak was even tastier than mine,... robust, smoky, and full of character. To drink, we sampled a few beers and landed on a favorite, the 'AZ Local Ale Toasty Amber Lager'. Our server explained it's brewed locally and only available in Williams. It was crisp, flavorful, and the perfect pairing for steak night. Though stuffed, we couldn't resist dessert and ordered the Texas Sheet Cake to go (without the ice cream). Unfortunately, it was a bit too heavy and dry when we tried it later, a rare miss in an otherwise excellent meal. Dining hours are limited, 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm daily, likely to align with hotel check-ins. Guests can even enjoy a complimentary "Ranch Water" cocktail between 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm. Since Williams is a hub for Grand Canyon visitors, the early closing time makes sense. Our hotel package included a $50 dining credit, making Miss Kitty's an easy choice. While the steak preparation wasn't quite what I'm used to, the flavors were bold, the staff was wonderfully accommodating, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Bottom line: If you're visiting Williams, Miss Kitty's is absolutely worth a stop. The food is hearty and prepared with love & care, but it's the staff and atmosphere that truly make the experience memorable.

Very disappointing Valentine's dinner. The food was plain average and overpriced for what we received, and the experience felt just terrible. Our server Amy seemed overwhelmed, and quite rude. She was unable to recommend sauces or steak pairings, and the drinks for our kids took more than 25 minutes to arrive. The hostess eventually stepped in to help. We were also surprised that there was no wine list available, despite it being advertised, and the wine offered was cheap and basic. On top of that, we were easy customers--we already knew what we wanted--but the service was slow, rude, and made us want to leave. The tri-tip was overcooked, and since even the drinks arrived long after the meal, l just want it to leave. Overall, l wouldn't recommend this place because l had a very unpleasant evening.

Miss Kittys is definitely being slept on. The food here is amazing. They have elevated every single dish to provide a new flavor profile. All the food we had was delicious and so yummy. Food came out quickly and the food always coming in hot. Truly enjoyed this place. I would definitely take a drive here no matter the distance just to have the food! Our server was Amy. Amy was the sweetest and kindest. She checked on us and made sure we were good. Outside dining was great because we were able to eat here with our fur baby. You must have miss kitty's when you're in town.

This is the classiest restaurant in town at a boutique hotel. There is an upscale menu. Being a busy Saturday night they were sold out of TriTip and few other popular items. We ordered Brussels Sprouts for an appetizer. We had a double table for the 4 of us and they forgot to light both of our candl

A wonderful little gem of a restaurant! The interior was vibrant and comfortable, service was attentive, and food was amazing. Very intentional and creative menu. We would absolutely come back!

My husband and I came to Miss Kitty's for dinner on a Sunday night while we were visiting and had such a great meal here. We were staying in the town of Williams while visiting Grand Canyon, and my husband had spotted Miss Kitty's while driving. Miss Kitty's is located within a hotel. There is ample street parking right outside the restaurant. I thought the interior was really cool. It felt like a modern and trendy restaurant with decor that gave a nod to its cowboy/desert surroundings. Our server was upbeat and welcoming. She gave us waters and menus right away, and came back soon after to take our orders. For mains, my husband had the pulled pork sandwich with potato chips while I had the tortilla lasagna. The pulled pork sandwich had very classic flavors, and was saucy and tender. It was excellent. I really enjoyed my tortilla lasagna. It was a fun take on this dish, and not super heavy. I was able to finish most of it since the serving wasn't huge. For dessert, we finished with the chile spiced apple pie. The chile in the pie was mild and not overpowering. It was served with cinnamon ice cream, which was delicious. We loved our meal here and would highly recommend visiting.

Amazing food and service! Lots of great recommendations of stuff to do around Williams from our waiter.

Missed calls from guests probably trying to make reservations as well..

The space still has that nice rustic charm with plenty of seating inside and outside on their nice patio. Ordering, however, has changed. Beers, cocktails, nonalcoholic beverages, cans to-go, and food is all ordered up at the bar. There was 1 lone employee working the bar; taking orders, pouring beers, mixing cocktails, and closing people out at the register. This was so incredibly inefficient, particularly on such a busy day. I stood in line 3 separate times (once to initially order two pints, a second time to order a flight of other beers we wanted to taste, and a final time to purchase two cans to-go and close out my tab); each time in line took between 15-25 minutes. The girl behind the bar was very friendly and she was working as quickly as possible while maintaining a relatively happy attitude, but boy did I feel bad for her. Management really messed this up; someone needed to step in and help. With such a big celebration in town that day, there needed to be a minimum of 3 employees manning the bar to take orders and get drinks. As for the beer itself, as usual it's just average. Great if you're looking for something cold to enjoy, but not memorable if you're a craft beer nerd. We went in knowing what the quality would be, but still wanted to try all the new beers since we hadn't been in a couple of years. We didn't eat while there, but in the past when we have, the food is good. The knock of two stars was simply for the horrible management of orders. I don't know when they decided to get rid of waiters and put all the pressure onto the bartender, but geez what an awful decision that was.

We're usually picky about Italian food and rarely order it from a non Italian place, but we've been on the road and she was starving. From the first bite she was hooked. Bursting with flavor, certainly part pork and full of herbs. Clearly made in house. My son and I split a margarita pizza and it hit hard. Paper thin. For dinner we'd need one each, but for lunch splitting it was perfect. Great flavor top to bottom. The paper thin crust, the tangy sauce, and good quality cheese topped with a generous amount of fresh basil. Bonus for the red hot sauce (green tasted artificial) which I grabbed a spoon to taste with as soon as we sat down, I love hot sauce. And for the classic rock playlist. Highly recommend for a quick meal.

The big fireplace and water stream make it feel so cozy. As we usually do, we saddled up at the bar. Service was okay; bartender seemed tired and wasn't overly friendly. He was fairly attentive though which was nice. We each ordered 2 pints of beer; Sacred Saguaro Mexican Lager, Haute Lager, Beach Camp Honey Kolsch, and the Prickly Pear IPA. If you're a craft beer enthusiast like my husband and I, you'll find their beers to be about average quality, but still hits the spot after a long day outside. For dinner, I ordered the Caprese Chicken Sandwich ($15) which was quite good with a large piece of grilled chicken and a soft bun; I'd order this again! My husband had the Beast Brat ($15) and thoroughly enjoyed it. We then ordered a basket of tater tots to share ($5) and it was a huge portion; we almost needed a 3rd person to help haha. We then ordered dessert to go - Sweet Fry Bread ($10) which curbed our sweet craving when we got back to the hotel. Overall, everything we ate was honestly very good; however, I will say for the price, the sandwiches and brats should automatically come with a side of fries or tots. For a la carte handhelds, I feel the price should have been $12 each. The sweet fry bread was also a very small portion for the price which also left us feeling a price point of $6 would've been more appropriate. Despite our small issue with the price point and so-so service, we'll be back. Can't go to Grand Canyon NP without stopping into Grand Canyon Brewing for an ice cold beer and maybe some food too.

Food-wise, everything was just... mid. I ordered the Smokehouse Burger with fries. The burger itself was fine, but there wasn't much flavor. The pulled pork on top was absolutely drenched in BBQ sauce that tasted like it came straight from a grocery store bottle, and it completely overpowered everything else. The fries arrived room temperature and bland. I ended up covering them in salt and dipping them in ketchup, which I rarely do. My boyfriend ordered the Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese. The mac and cheese didn't taste fresh, wasn't very hot, and was lacking flavor. The chicken was decent, and the bread on the side was okay, but nothing stood out. The one thing I really did enjoy was the theming. The restaurant fits the Bearizona atmosphere well, and I appreciated the rustic lodge feel. Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to the setting. The ingredients felt low quality, and there wasn't any exceptional service to make up for it. If we visit Bearizona again, we'll probably eat in town before heading to the park. I'm glad we tried it once, but once was enough.
