He saved the day for me so I want to say "Thank You Kacy" for doing this for me. Every time I have a problem about my car, the Renton Highlands Auto Zone is the place I go to. They are extremely helpful and friendly. The knowledge they have is great to identify what I need. They will come out to my car my car too if I have a difficult time explaining what I need. The guy at the front desk (I think his name was Bobby) was great--super friendly and easy to work with, which made the whole experience even better. That call never came. I followed up at 11:00 AM -- they said they'd call back. Nothing. Called again at 1:00 PM -- "the tech is at lunch." Still no update. They promised another call within 30 minutes. Never happened. By 2:00 PM, my brother-in-law had to drive there in person just to get an answer. They told him it would be ready by 4:30 PM (they close at 5:00). We arrived at 4:45 PM -- only to be told it wasn't ready and we'd have to return the next day. I explained our mom was in the hospital and we urgently needed the car. They said it was "half done" and couldn't be released -- no apology, no urgency. I had to walk to the shop the next morning to retrieve the vehicle. They gave us a 10% discount, but honestly? Not worth the stress, wasted time, and total lack of professionalism. Bottom line: If your time matters or you need clear communication, take your business elsewhere. This shop does not respect your time, your needs, or basic follow-through.

I used to go to the dealer, however, with 180,000 miles on my 11 year vehicle it is just too expensive to continue to pay dealer prices. We purchased an ICON/Epic golf cart from NW Yamaha GC in April thinking this was a really…read moregood-looking golf cart. Lots of amenities including headlights, seat belts, back up camera, etc. We added a Lithium Ion battery and custom enclosure to the order believing that they knew what they were doing. Once we started using it we discovered many, many flaws with the basic design, bumpy ride and functions of the vehicle even as a basic golf cart. The custom enclosure was very poorly fit and leaks when it rains, bag cover, (from the ICON factory), made it nearly impossible to remove a club. The speaker placement was barely a few inches above the high seat backs making the back basket nearly impossible to access or see what was there. Poor quality design all around. The pencil holder, (from the ICON factory), will not hold a standard pencil. The front cup holders are so small only small disposable coffee cups will fit. The cart is a good 3 inches higher to climb into and the seats are made for people over 5'11" or you cannot reach the pedals with your back against the seat. The side mirrors are nearly useless and with enclosure doors that open into them they get knocked out of alignment every time. On top of all of these and many more issues, the front brakes randomly will lock up when using the cart. Eventually, this brake issue is too much for the battery and will lock up the entire cart. This cart is a LEMON. Do not purchase from ICON/EPIC or NW Yamaha GC! This Epic cart is a very poor-quality product and certainly poor-quality service. They only care about getting paid not about you as a customer! We wanted to return this cart to Costco, but they told us the fine print said this was a 'custom' order and could not be returned. This is THE worst purchase we have ever made with 'trusted' Costco. Now ICON/EPIC and NW Yamaha GC are just pointing fingers at Costco to fix this. We have notified our WA state Lemon Law attorney about this product and are continuing to fight with ICON/EPIC, NW Yamaha GC and Costco. A new EZGO golf cart beats this cart design on all fronts and is only slightly more money without any of these headaches.
