I had bought these headlights there but at a different store and well I couldn't remember the phone number I used as I had company cell phones etc. In any case she said she will take care of me and sure enough at 4 pm I came back finding my old phone number and even the old packaging... so I came back with proof and she looked it up. Sure enough there it was in the system. It was still under warranty as I only bought it a few months ago. But the point is she believed in me and well that means a lot in this day in age when the world is such a dark and gloomy place. I would have been ok buying another set as well I didn't have the receipt any longer or the correct phone number. It's scary to drive without working headlights in the fall. But there Pam was to the rescue and to be honest O'Reilly auto parts especially this location won a customer for life. They have an excellent employee here! I say ALMOST every time though because sometimes when I go in there is an older white lady who does not miss on giving me a horrible attitude EVERY time I go in there. It actually makes me feel bad cause I love being able to come to this store that's only 5 mins away instead of driving 15 minutes away to get somebody who's not rude to me for no reason, but I think after today that's exactly what im gonna have to do. I had an 8:00 AM appointment for A/C service and needed the car back as early as possible. They had it done well before lunch. Even though I came in for A/C, they did a full diagnostic and pointed out a few things to keep an eye on--but didn't try to upsell me at all, which I really appreciated. The guy at the front desk (I think his name was Bobby) was great--super friendly and easy to work with, which made the whole experience even better. It's also an employee-owned shop, and you can tell they actually care about doing solid, honest work. I'll absolutely keep bringing my vehicles here and would recommend them to anyone.

Turns out they had to take the battery out to do it. A bolt broke on the battery holder. It must have taken them 40 minutes to remove the bolt and the battery to get to the headlight so they could replace the bulb. Then they had to figure out how to secure the battery in a holder that had a broken bolt. They were absolutely awesome and patient. They did a fantastic job and we were not even charged nearly enough for all the work they did. They've made a customer for life.

At delivery, the truck was not properly detailed. There was a dirty towel left inside, the center console was unclean, bird droppings on the exterior, and the truck bed had not been cleaned. For a vehicle that had been reserved for a week and given the amount we paid, this level of preparation was unacceptable. We were not provided a walkthrough of the truck's features, no guidance on the Toyota app, and no explanation of how to set up payments. We also were not informed at the time of purchase that we could upgrade rims and tires by paying the difference -- something we only discovered later through the service manager, after the opportunity had passed. While Bradley was professional and polite, the overall sales process lacked clear communication and follow-through. After an accessory upgrade, we were not properly advised about the window tinting process and only learned not to roll the windows down from a small Post-it note. Most disappointing, after Keith, the Sales Manager, personally asked us to leave a review, I emailed him twice to address these concerns and received no response over several months. That lack of accountability reinforced our concerns about the overall customer experience. We expected a higher level of professionalism, communication, and attention to detail.

While the oil change was being done he came to speak to me about removing some of my plastic undercarriage that was bent and scraping the floor while I drive. He told me his tech would be removing all necessary broken pieces, a service I was not expecting. When the work was done I received a text with a service report, including pictures of the bent undercarriage that was removed. Was not expecting the report so I was very pleasantly surprised. Overall - 100%. Definitely recommend. Had a synthetic oil change coupon which had me $55 out the door.

I paid nearly $2,000 for what I was assured were "premium, high-quality" parts. Premium where??? Less than a month later, my brakes started squealing like I was driving a city bus from 1987. I gave it grace. "Maybe new brakes squeak during break-in." Six months later? Still screaming. So I bring it back. And I'm told I just need to "use my brakes more." Sir. I live in America.
