I went to O'Reilly's 2 times once to have fuses changed and the person there was very nice didn't get his name but sold me the fuses and checked the ones that needed changing! I went again to have a bulb put in my tail light in my range Rover and Ben came and changed it and put a screw from the other taillight in since there were none on that side he was greatly appreciated! Always got then parts I need when I need to buy parts for my car and it's close to home so very convenient

So I go to O'Reilly's whenever I need any parts or whatever but I did need a part for my boat and I was able to use a part from a Ford truck to fix my boat and then I realize that both of my batteries I bought last year for my boat which cost about $350 each had both died and would not hold a charge after a year I did not buy them from O'Reilly's but O'Reillys was good enough to handle the exchange and get me new batteries. I have visited this store twice this year and won't be going back. The first time, I came in to buy a new battery for the key fob. Someone helped me out, and she offered to install the battery for me. I went out to my car and found that she had not installed the battery correctly, so I went back inside. I was dealing with some serious health problems and couldn't open the fob myself. When I went back inside, she saw me and asked how she could help me. I started to explain, and a manager jumped in on the conversation from another register where he was helping another customer. He started shouting at us, not letting either of us speak. He then told her to go away, that he would fix it. Because he wouldn't listen to us, he tried to sell me another new battery and one that was the wrong size. I finally lost my patience and told him to be quiet and listen to me and what needed to be fixed. He fixed it finally. The second time I came in was to just get some antifreeze. There wasn't an employee in sight. I had to yell out for someone to cash me out, and he followed me out of the store to go smoke. read more

After going to a different O'Reillys who wouldn't do a battery test, we came here where someone did a battery test but they said they won't install it for us and said that we can borrow the tools if we want even tho their website says free installation? Just go to autozone in the same parking lot, they are way more friendly and helpful read more

My mechanic called for brake parts. It was shipped to this store. The store he spoke to irdered the wrong part. I wasted my time and gas driving there. The first guy was EXTREMELY helpful and customer focused. The other guy who was out of uniform, arrogant, young, combative was NOT customer focused. Argumentative with the other gentleman who was trying hard to help me and price match. The part ended up way higher than expected. I later called to Speak to the regional manager. Ebrahim gave me the name of Eric and there's no Eric. I spoke to their manager who was not a good listener; not customer focused; very combative and unprofessional. I ended up calling customer relations to escalate my complaint. Very bad customer service except from the gentleman initially assisting me. I do not recommend this place because they do not value their customers and could care less about repeat customers. read more

My experience here was terrible. When I walked in, the employees were all yelling at each other and the manager on duty was screaming into a phone which he promptly slammed down. I was looking for a battery test and most likely a new battery. The girl who did it for me used it as an excuse for a smoke break, and took one out behind her ear with her. Whatever. The battery was bad, so I went to purchase a new one and asked to have it installed. She stuttered a little and said she wasn't sure, but the manager could probably do it for me. I said okay and made the purchase. Right after handing me my receipt, she offered to help me to the car but said no one would install it, and she didn't even ask anyone. Now I know this isn't a service that they particularly offer, but I've never bought a battery without the seller installing it---maybe I just have high standards for service? I don't know. She could have at least pretended to ask someone. I went next door to fire stone, bought a second one and had them install it. I paid $60 more, but I needed the battery and couldn't deal with anymore BS. When I went to return it, all the associates except for the original girl who helped me were busy. They screamed her name and dozen times, swore loudly, and complained about poor hiring. Literally the worst experience in an auto parts store I've EVER had. read more

Well this was the first and the last time I go to this parts store I was looking for a common brake part I walk in fella behind counter asks what year and vehicle I tell him and I tell him what I needed had piece with me he had NO IDEA what I had lol he asks me with a rude voice what is it idk what that is I was like really shocked okay I explain twice he looks and looks and can't find part so he starts to yell at a gal that must of been either another enjoyed or assist manager he yells 2-3 times she yells back WHAT and ignores him takes 2-3 more times of him yelling at her for her to come assist finally she comes with an attitude and looks and tells him he is looking g in wrong area!
