If you need clothes washed, this is the place to go. I've been coming here for years and they've never given me a reason not to. You weigh what you need washed and the process is super easy. There's same day service and the max is 100 pounds. They also wash Uggs! I love this place and so would you. Their service is extremely fast. Personally, I love how they fold my clothes, making it simple for me to put away once I get home. Ruben is great and Ruby is absolutely amazing, and always takes care of my clothes so well. There have been a couple of times where they were able to get stains out of my clothes that I never thought in a million years would come out. I really liked this place until last week. I drop my work clothes off here to wash NOT dry and hang. I typically bring my hangers but if they run out they simply put my stuff of wire hangers. There's a lady who works at this location who is amazing. I left lipstick in my pocket and she personally called me and offered to run my clothes through the wash again. She even got the stain out of my bed sheet. Last week I dropped my clothes off as usual paid extra for hanging as always. The lady who normally attends me was not there,instead a gentleman who wears a gold chain took my order. When I picked my clothes up half of them were in a bag. He had dried my work clothes and sweaters! Then lied and said he layed them out, then said I didn't bring enough hangers so he dried them on low. When I pressed the matter of me paying extra for hanging and asked why he didn't use wire hangers he told me "next time do it yourself" ARE YOU JOKING! Now i'm stuck with shrunken clothes. I have never written a yelp review before- good or bad. However, my experience with this place was so absolutely horrendous that I hope I can save someone else from having to get rid of their clothes. I had come here a few times before for dry cleaning and never had a problem. I therefore decided to drop off 40 pounds of clothing for washing, because I just moved to a new place without a laundry room and this laundromat was convenient. It was a huge mistake! Besides the fact they decided not give back one of my laundry bags, almost all of my clothing was completely shrunken. Not shrunk like it was a little snug. Shrunk like I couldnt even pull my pants up my legs. I went and talked to the owner and she told me how they never had a single complaint in the fifteen years they were open. She would not refund my money for poor service. I finally got her to agree to have me come back later in the week to show her the clothing they messed up. She told me that she works all week in the morning. I came back three days later as I have a busy schedule. She was not there, which is okay because it was just a small communication issue. I talked to an employee there who I later found out was her sister-in-law. The employee didn't speak English so she had to call the owner to find out who I was and why I was there. After the owner told her who I was she asked if I could come back later when the owner was there and I agreed. She then looked at my clothes I brought and started calling me a liar. She said I have only been here a few times before and just wanted money and that it was impossible for clothes like jeans and shirts to shrink in the laundry. This was all in front of other people doing their own laundry. I did not yell back but took her name down and told her that I did not need deal with this attitude. Later I came back and the owner was there. She looked at my clothes and told me again that I was lying and it is impossible for clothes to shrink. In front of another customer she began to say maybe I just got fat and sometimes clothes get snug. I told her it would have been impossible for me to gain 20 pounds in a week since I wore these clothes right before I dropped them off. Finally she admitted that sometimes when the clothes are still wet that they put them in the drying cycle again on really high for them to dry as fast as possible. We came to an agreement where she would rewash my clothes and try stretching them back with their press they used for dry cleaning. That worked a little bit. And even though she apologized to me about her sister-in-law, I still will not come back here. Fool me once shame on them, fool me twice will be shame on me. read more

Have to update my last review. I have been using this service for almost 8 years now. They do a wonderful job and always a smiling face

I began using this laundromat when I moved to the area in September of 2016. I always dropped off my laundry for them to wash, dry, and fold and I would pick it up a day or two later. I never had a problem until recently. About 3 weeks ago I stopped in to pick up my laundry. I noticed the entire top of my laundry bag was being held together with safety pins. They had broken my bag and weren't even going to say anything. After pointing it out they agreed to have it sewn back for me. Then two weeks ago, the same thing happened with my laundry. I asked for the bag to be fixed again. I also had to collect my scarf from the top of someone else's bag. I also had to return a shirt that wasn't mine. Tonight I went to pick up my laundry again. My bag was discarded off to the side and I had to look for it. They had put all of my laundry in my second bag. When I asked why she said it was because it kept breaking and that the material was weak. This makes no sense. I had no problem for months on end. Now all of a suddent they are screwing up every time. Do not use this business. It isn't worth it. Now I have to go buy a new bag. read more
