The chef-owners, Brendan & Haley, prepared and served a thoughtfully curated multi-course dinner featuring the freshest seasonal Oregon ingredients. Every course was beautifully executed, but the duck was, without question, the best I've ever eaten. Perfectly cooked, incredibly flavorful, and something I'll be telling everyone I talk to who plans to go to Willamette Valley. What made the evening even more special was hearing directly from the chefs as they shared the inspiration behind each dish and highlighted the incredible local farms and producers they partner with.
