Good Lookin' is a great breakfast spot! Super vegan/vegetarian friendly which I love! It's a great, quick breakfast and lunch concept. You walk in, the menu is on the wall, and you order and pay right away, then can get yourself food to go, or eat in at the spacious restaurant area. The service blows, you'll probably be better off going to the McDonald's counter make sure you grab your napkins, and anything else you might need at your seat on your way to your table. Trust me, there is no table service. If you need something after they bring you your food and drink with your table tent, you're gonna have to find it yourself. I ordered the chilaquiles and orange juice, and both were delicious! I don't think the orange juice was anything special, but it tasted nice and refreshing after a morning run. The chilaquiles were awesome! They are basically like breakfast nachos. I loved the bean dip that was mixed in with the dish, and the salsas they used tasted great. My friend got the side steak and macaroni and really enjoyed both! We also shared an order of kid's pancakes, which tasted pretty unique. I think the pancakes were a little bit too salty (I'm not sure what seasoning was added) for my taste, but they were still pretty good! Overall, I had a great experience there. The staff were very friendly and moved efficiently, and it didn't take too long for us to get seated - even around 11:15 on a Saturday! We came here for brunch with an out of town family member and were so pleased. We walked in to a big line to order but it moved very quickly. The restaurant is very open and has a lot of natural light, which was great when we are wanting to wake up. We found a table right away and were brought our food quickly. The serving sizes were big, we had lots of leftovers and it all tasted delicious (even reheated at home which can be hard with breakfast food). Very cool place with a nice vibe. We had lunch here. They have a pretty unique menu and everything was tasty. My wife had the sweet potato and chorizo hash which was wonderful. Upon entering you order at the cash register and your food is delivered to your table when it is ready. I really enjoyed everything to be honest- the prices were reasonable, the food was super flavorful, and the service was good. Good: Ricotta pancakes- were great but I didn't taste too much of the ricotta. Loved the extra fruit. Chicken Fried Steak- 1 of the best in the city and probably the best price relatively speaking. Breading was just right and I personally liked the chorizo gravy (others may not, though). $11 for a CFS and eggs, this is a great deal. Potatoes: I really liked the crispy potatoes and they were well seasoned. Bad/Meh: Breakfast burrito was ok, not the best I've had. The egg to everything else ratio was off and I felt like I was just eating a ton of eggs. Salsa was nice but a bit thick. Good lookin bowl- Didn't really work for me, the ratios seemed off. Kind of ended as a mess with the eggs and not much rice. Wasn't a fan of this. Overall, I enjoyed my experience here and would definitely return. Tried 2 times, must be me not ordering the right one... tried the eggs benedict with salmon first and the breakfast burritos.. I think they are both bland. The burrito is also a bit dry. They have house salsa on the side which is so litttle compared to the size of the dish. I hate to do it in restaurants but I had to resort to ketchup to finish it. On the other hand, my husband ordered chicken fried steak and he liked it, he ordered both times. Though this could use sauce on the side to make it crispy, that is the only thing he wished it'd be different. Other than that, nice atmosphere and friendly staff. I loved the place. Very wide space, very neat and clean. Ample room for people and, when I went, it had a nice ambience to allow quiet conversation. I heard criticisms that the food portions were small but I thought they were just right. The menu is small and the drinks limited, but I think that quality will overturn quantity in this setting. Let's say you run out of wild rice, at least make a decent white one and, obviously, let the customer know. Came with arugula, lots! of arugula! Dry, no dressing or love whatsoever, overcooked poached eggs and "bacon jam" that added a nonsensical flavor to everything. All lacking flavor(other than the unpleasant bacon jam) and coherence, lack of love or any culinary logic. The sausage patty...incredibly sad, dry and with a sweet/cheesy flavor (not good cheesy). Eggs Benedict were barely ok, hollandaise was decent, eggs cooked right., side of "cardboard potatoes". The avocado toast was also bland, cero flavor, cero love. Went for lunch on a Wednesday around noon with a friend. This was the second time going here. The first was not very good but I was willing to give it another shot. You order at the counter, they give you a number, and then bring the food out to you. I got the Nashville Hot Fried Chicken Sandwich which was a special. It's a very cool place aesthetically but the employees there are anything but friendly. We came in and saw it was counter style so while most of our group was ordering a couple of us sat down. A very rude employee came over and told us we were not allowed to sit until we had ordered food. We told him our group was ordering food and he gave a rude look and walked away. Not even 2 minutes later a female employee came up and told us we needed to get up if we hadn't ordered. I explained that we had people ordering for us and she again stated we were not allowed to sit down... there was absolutely no one waiting for a table and there were two empty tables next to us.
