Just had my granddaughter's graduation party at Good Times. We reserved the whole place-- and for a great price everyone ordered anything they wanted!! Servers were wonderful-- putting up with a handful of young cousins running and playing-- and teenagers making a lot of noise. Food was awesome!!!!! Super great!!! have come to this business for over 15 years and they have good food. Today I had a horrible experience it's February 1, 2025 and they were busy for lunch. There was one group ahead of us they sat down when table opened up after waiting a while and then I looked over to my right and there was a booth open. It's the same booth that I sat in numerous times over the last 15 years. I've sat there with a party of three a number of times which is what we were today. I didn't ask the waitress if we could sit there and she told me we could not sit there. There was nobody waiting behind us and we've been waiting for a while and she said I would have to wait till a table open up. I told her the booth was open right next to us and she said you can't sit there it's reserved for a party of five. I explained to her that we sat there many times with a party of three. She began to argue with me and said that that's always been the rule and I told her that since the booth was open, you were just gonna have us wait here and we've already been waiting and she said no you can sit down on the bench for waiting for a seat in a sarcastic insulting manor. When she started to talk that way to me and started to speak loud and accuse me of lying to her about sitting there, and making a scene and people starting to look at us, , At that point I made a decision to not patronize this business. I could see they were busy and they didn't wanna be bothered with any more customers and made me feel that way so We left. No common sense and when speaking with her, I got a rude and a rude and sarcastic response back. There is plenty of other places to go and to take our business Elsewhere. We won't be back. read more

Came here for dinner on a Tuesday. Busy but no wait. Asked the server for recommendations and she was very helpful. I had the Rio Bravo chicken sandwich with peppers and jalapeños and onion rings which was good. My bf got the Wake Up Little Suzy with chili fries. His son got a plain Fonz cheeseburger. The last time I've been there, my only pet peeve is the inclusion of YMCA by the Village People, which is the LAST track I'd listen to. Their bacon and french fries are tasty though, along with the drinks, and the 50s nostalgia really gives this place a kick, especially with the showing of episodes of "I Love Lucy". If there is room for improvement, I could suggest the restaurant utilizes Paramount+, which archives the entire series. This place could even show more episodes than that DVD with the episode about Harpo Marx, including that episode with the conveyer belt, which might be the most popular scene of the series. A problem would have to be the adverts, and the lack of ad-free options since Paramount Global doesn't seem to be doing well financially. read more

After seeing other less expensive elaborate descriptions, I thought..ok, the kitchen sink?? Nope. double veggies- It came with a FEW raw onions, few slices of sad tomato, an inch and 1/4 of ...shredded... iceberg... lettuce. :[ The bun was on par with in N outs, and the beef was whopping, but we ordered 2 of them.. at the end of the day it meant a bill that rounded $30 for 2/3 LBS of beef patty. Insult to injury, of course it doesn't come with cheese. the most expensive burger doesn't come with cheese? yup. Theres an up charge, "yes, cheese" (of course). Then um: "do you want one slice or 2?" really... Translation: "1 upcharge or 2?" on your already expensive burger (Screaming inside: Just put cheese on it, sheesh ) Are you going to nickel and dime everybody Good Times Cafe or should I be happy I didn't get upcharged for the buns too? This place was a favorite of mine but I had an issue. I ate about half my chicken sandwich and I got into some rough rubbery pieces. I left the one piece to the side and tried to eat the rest of it and it was rubbery as well. This was after eating half the sandwich, so i let them know about this and they replaced it but said next time that I had eaten too much and it wouldnt be replaced. I was not trying to get "more food" so i was offended of her insinuating that that is what I was doing. If they would have looked at the meat they would have seen it. read more

Ordered the same thing I have before in the past, and was a little disappointed. My hamburger was really greasy and the bun was soaking it up..yuck..but I ate it allllllllll....wha??..I couldn't help it..I just had to eat it super fast!! Ha ha! We tried the country fried steak and breakfast sandwich both were perfect serving size and had a lot of flavor! They also offer Gluten free bread!! we will definitely be returning. Ok Yelp so this review is for dinner. We ordered 2 bacon cheese burgers. We added fresh jalapeños to both. My spouse got the cheese garlic fries and I ordered my burger with a side of onion rings. So the burgers were good. Average Old fashioned burger. No complaints with the exception of not enough jalapeños. I paid $1.09 extra on each burger for a couple slices. I wanted spice but it definitely lacked the spicy flavor. I probably won't pay extra for them again. Secondly, my onion rings were the biggest disappointment. They looked and tasted like they were leftover from a previous order who changed their mind and then they decided to refry them and serve them to me. Either that or the fry cook fell asleep in the middle of making them..lol. We ordered to go.. the buns didn't hold up very well but not their fault. If you ate there they'd be fine. Place looked really retro and cool. Really nice ambience. Waitress was super nice and friendly. Food was meh. Went for breakfast and got the country fried steak meal. Country fried steak was burnt. It was covered in the white gravy so I couldn't tell by first glance, but by first bite I knew right away and then, flipped it over and saw the almost black other side.
