We asked him a few questions about the stove we were looking at and then he joined us for a further discussion about the refrigerators they had on display. He then gave us information about the microwaves we were interested in. My first impression was surprise at the numbers and variety of products on display. I was met by a salesman who showed me a suitable washing machine. He was easy going with no high pressure tactics but possessing excellent product knowledge. After comparison with other companies we bought a washing machine and also a dish washer. the entire process was completed in a timely manner and was totally stress free from sales to delivery and installation. While the initial call and appointment setting process was reasonably smooth, things went downhill from there. Once we got the quote and approved it, it took over two weeks before they ordered the part. They indicated that the part should take 10 to 14 days to arrive. Over the ensuing 8 weeks, whenever I called to get an update ( I only succeeded in getting through to them 4 times from over 20 phone/text attempts. I was told they either didn't know what was going on, the part should arrive today/tomorrow and/or they would get back to me with an update. Nobody ever called me back or responded to phone or text messages. We eventually called another service provider and had everything complete within two weeks. Completely abysmal customer service. I would recommend that you stay away from this company.

He expects drivers to waste time buzzing at the door and standing around waiting for someone to come out just so he can be called to watch you break a seal on barn doors, this is by far the dumbest thing I've ever seen or heard of in this industry. This kind of power tripping serves no purpose other than to feed his micromanagment ego. The trailer is already on Costco property whether its in the dock or not, its their responsibility. Delaying signing paperwork or insisting on these ridiculous steps doesn't change that. The manager clearly lacks professionalism, courtesy, and basic respect. He talks down on people, acts like hes above everyone else, and makes up policies that have nothing to do with how freight or liability actually works. I approved defrosting the fridge and replacing the part. However, he didn't inform me that water would continue to drain afterward and left immediately after payment. I then found water pooling on my laminate floor and had to call him back right away. He didn't seem aware of the risk this poses to laminate flooring. The service call and repair were $275, plus the cost of the main control board. Rohit did the job in 35 to 40 minutes, and I found him invested in his work. I'm giving 3 stars due to the lack of communication and concern about potential floor damage.
