Nice deli that is set up like a cafeteria. I got the New Yorker, which is pastrami, coleslaw and their sauce on a roll. It was quite tasty. Huge portions. Service is fast and friendly. Parking lot sure does fill up...people were waiting for us to leave to grab our spot. Somewhat expensive with a lot of the sandwiches near the $20 mark. The family has total of 153 years experience at three Miracle Mile locations. Mom made lemon meringue pie from 1955 to 1995. The children feel unworthy to create it themselves. They NEVER turn down lemon meringue pie here. They don't turn down ANY food from here. C eats a burger, dog, chicken strips or roast beef. D and me are regulars for the Asian Crispy Chicken Salad and some sandwich. Carrot or potato or macaroni salad is always great. Updated review from 2022. Wife and I come here during Hanukkah time for their Hanukkah special dinner. Bowl of matzoh ball soup, 2 slices of rye bread and butter. Generous serving of shredded brisket and a potato latke. I always have a cream soda for old times sake. Same super efficient and courteous serving crew as you order, cafeteria style. Great deli! It was our first time here and the menu was a bit intimidating at first because there are so many options, but the staff were incredibly friendly and walked us through everything, asking all the right questions. The Papa's Club is massive--packed with generous portions of ham and turkey. With the classic BLT elements in there, it was really delicious. I would've loved it toasted, so that's definitely something I'd try next time. We also had the cheesesteak sandwich, which came loaded with shaved beef. I'm not personally a huge fan of Thousand Island sauce, but even so, it was still very tasty. Overall, a great experience, and the friendly staff really made it. Went to try Miracle Mile after being recommended by an acquaintance. It's a cute cafeteria style place with a lot of deli style options, hot foods, and so on. I got the reuben and was happy with it! It was a very generous portion of corned beef with sauerkraut, cheese, and thousand island sauce. The fries were crispy too. Service was fast and friendly, and I liked that it seemed like there were a lot of regulars that come here to meet up and such. The restaurant is really clean and spacious too. When I'm in this area during lunch, Miracle Mile typically gets priority as I'm craving one thing, their hot pastrami sandwich. It's been that memorable for YEARS and probably the only thing I get on the menu. I always get mine with cheese and once I sit down at the table, slap on some mustard and go to town. This time around I wasn't too excited about the french fries so I went for the mac & cheese, which just came out to the line. It was creamy and good and needed only some salt. The sandwich was spot on and the service from the staff checking in on us while sitting down was great as they managed to grab a couple refills without really thinking about it. Only downside was soft drink seem to lack carbonation on this visit. Be prepared to drop a little bit over 20 bucks when you come, but definitely worth it to treat yourself once in a while. read more

ToGo order, My Melvin salad was somewhat disappointing. The turkey was very tiny cubes of processed meat that had to be scooped w a spoon. Blue cheese dressing tastes like Kraft Roquefort, oily and thin. My wife had the Miracle Mile Special turkey sandwich which had softened Swiss cheese she didn't want or order on top of 2 thin slices of processed turkey. It was a half sandwich and small. So much for summer specials, we could have bought same quality and portion cheaper at Safeway. Based on previous visits we expected more. Not the "deli quality" we were expecting. I grew up with my grandmothers going to Woolworth at Park Central Mall and then Pastrami Sandwich at Miracle Mile Deli. Last time I came they were at 20th Street and Camelback. I came today to this location off 16th and it is nice. Mature crowd which I love now being in my senior years. Conversations people talking to each other not just starring at phone screens. I have always loved this place a local classic. Went to the Arrowhead Mall location often with my Dad when I was young but unfortunately it closed down so now only this location is open. Hubby decided to get the Corned Beef & Cabbage with a side of Mac & Cheese. He practically inhaled his meal and the M&C were so cheesy and creamy. I had a Corned Beef Sandwich on an Onion Roll with a side of Cole Slaw. The meat was piled high (I took a lot home for a sandwich later) and so lean. I added some Deli Mustard and it was wonderful!! I wouldn't have stopped in if it weren't for the $7.50 July special- half of a sandwich and a side. The turkacado I ordered (turkey breast, bacon, Cheddar, avocado, lettuce, tomato, red onion and chipotle mayo) is $16.50 for the entire sandwich! Other sandwiches fall in the $13.50- 22 range. The turkacado was fine- neither the deli turkey nor onion roll tasted better or fresher than the average sandwich shop. It was also rather skimpy on the turkey. The pasta salad was absolutely flavorless. I can't justify returning, considering there are other delis that are both less expensive and tastier. read more

Can't believe I didn't have a review for this. We've been going since the 90s. Honestly, though haven't been in a while. A friend came in from out of town and wanted to go. I usually get my pastrami, but this time I realize they had chicken salad sandwiches and for some reason, I am having a very, very, very hard time finding those so I was really excited that they did have it Theirs was really good if I'm completely honest, it was a little bit bland, which is perfect for some because then you can build it up to what you want. It was not overly mayonnaise which is a problem for some people. The only thing I wish that they had that deep, dark wheat, thick bread that I usually have this on. I wish I knew the name of it sorry. That's not their normal bread so it's not a big deal. I ended up getting rye, which was still very delicious. No room for cheesecake sadly read more

Thanksgiving dinner went perfectly! We ordered the Thanksgiving meal for six people. It was delicious and everyone was happy. They have this down to a science. The day before Thanksgiving I showed up they had everything packaged neatly in a box and all of the containers had extra cellophane wrap, so there would be no spills. The instructions were clear and it was so easy to warm everything up in the same oven at the same temperature and have dinner ready to go within 30 minutes. The Thanksgiving dinner comes as a standard kit and you can add on sides if you want. We added on extra mashed potatoes, stuffing, and an extra pie. The process was so easy from ordering online to carrying the food to my car. I recommend this as a way to truly relax over Thanksgiving weekend. read more

The first guy with the bread choice has this dirty rag next to him that he uses to clean his area, but unfortunately, he never changes his gloves and keeps using the rag in between customers. Really good Reuben. It's massive. I split it with my dad, let them know and they'll give you an extra plate. Plenty of fries. It's a bit pricey but worth it. Parking is tight so be prepared to circle looking for a spot. Many booths and tables. They have Pepsi products, sadly not pepsi zero (the only drinkable Pepsi product). So for me it's water. You order at the counter and you can watch as they build your meal, which is always fun! I tried the Big Dipper, which was huge! Lots of meat and a good portion of dipping au jus to go along with it. Flavorful and with the soft bread, it just created the best wet meat sandwich! The fries were extra crispy, which I typically order. On this recent evening visit, the parking was adequate. Other times, like at lunch it has been difficult to find a place. If you exit from the lot, you can only go north. The floors are hard. The seating is comfortable. There is no music, no din. The food is served cafeteria style. You can dine ala fresco. The space for the line is wide enough to fit a wheel chair, as are the isles. The floors are clean everywhere. If you want to find some dirt, you are really going to have to look hard or bring your own. The menu is extensive. The online menu shows seven bread options and eleven side dishes. There are 65 menu items not including sides and soups. Not all items are available every day. Most main items run just under $20. They have a children's menu. Deserts are all under $10. It would serve you to pre-meditate your eating. Review the on line menu. Not all dishes are served every day. "The Straw" is made of Hot Pastrami, melted Swiss cheese and steamy sauerkraut. My choice of bread was rye. It could not have been better. The meat is lean and tender, and there was a load of Swiss on top.It comes with a side dish. They have coffee but not decaffeinated. Their carrot cake is very good, but it's a style that is more like ordinary cake. It was not as dense and soft as expected. The parking lot is too small for busy times, but the food the dizzying array delicious looking food will get you over that. There is seating inside and outside. The service is amiable.
