Brought my car in for a NYS inspection, was told I needed to change my control arms so I gave the go ahead, couple days later the ball joint popped out as I was pulling out of my uncle's driveway which caused even MORE damage and risked my safety driving my car off Firestone's lot. How did it pass inspection this time around when it was in worse condition from when I first brought it in? No idea. The tech who worked on my car was Dylan and I was told from his coworkers that he should have been let go months before because his work was not up to standard. I brought my concerns to the manager, Wes, and requested a full refund on the services because of the safety concerns, for myself and others on the road, but he only offered to refund me for the labor because the "parts were already required to pass my car for NYSI." How did it pass this time around? It broke down two days after they passed me for my NYSI and caused major damage to my car that was perfectly fine before they touched it. Wes also wrote in my car's notes that it "somehow backed off the threads," they over worked that nut so much that the nut was stripped and it fell off while I was driving. Please triple check your car before you leave if you do decide to bring your car to this location. I am so incredibly lucky I was not in a serious accident because of this terrible installation and the sorry ass excuses from this shop.

It took roughly an hour and twenty minutes for my turn. That's a little over 15 minute a car. (Mine took 18ish minutes.) Very impressive. The waiting room was clean. The bathroom was clean. I really don't know what's happened with them lately but I came in to get an oil change and an inspection on Saturday and was here for 4 hours just waiting to get inspected. Then when they did the inspection they failed it, stating brake pads and discs are too worn. I'm like WTF because I had just changed the brakes and pads and rotors 6 months earlier. Took it home pulled the tires off pull the brakes and rotors off and they were all passing New York State requires it to be less than a 16th of an inch or something like that. Well nothing I can do about it now because it's already in the system as a fail, I replaced the pads and rotors bring it back the following Monday only sit in the line for 2 and 1/2 hours waiting before I finally had to get out of my vehicle go into the front desk and ask what the hell's going on only for them to tell me the New York state inspection system is down which is not their fault but you could have told me this hours ago. It actually been down the entire day you could have told me that right when I first rolled up. I'm like okay I've now invested 6 hours and who knows how much gas into this driving around with no inspection sticker here's my phone number could you at least call me when the system comes back up and I will zip right back over here sure Mr Harris no problem we got you very sorry for the inconvenience... Just kidding he never said that he took the card and said yeah sure and proceeded to never call me. I had recently bought tires from them so I was a little concerned it might have been a shoddy job. They gave it a test drive, took off all 4 tires and all within about an hour had found the issue. Turns out I had a loose hub bolt in the rear. So the tire job was flawless, and somehow the bolt had gotten loose causing the back tire to make noise and all it needed was to be re-tightened. The manager Bob and mechanic Tito, took me out and showed me the issue and explained everything, as well as a few other things that should get fixed soon. At checkout time they didn't charge me a thing, which was great. Even though the issue had nothing to do with the tire warranty they let the labor go for free. Thanks guys.

His prices were fair and he answered all of my questions. I love how honest he is and how he called me to provide updates. He didn't have a part in store for my oil change and called me to provide me with the option to go elsewhere or wait until he could get a new part. I decided to wait because I trusted him. I had a service B performed on my Mercedes and asked that he also check my entire car to see if there was anything else that needed to be repaired. He later called me, found that my rear breaks were worn and provided me with a quote of the cost and I asked if he could replace them.
