Plus the customer service I received was top notch. Damian, Isaiah, and Fabian were the team helping me today. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and got me back on the road quickly. No sales tactics or pressure. They notified me of recommended services and let me decide what I wanted completed. I really appreciated that. Overall, I had a great experience. This was my first time at this location and they just got a long term customer.

The reason I trust that to be the truth is that he invited me into the garage to see the damage for myself - it was completely rusted. Throughout the progress of the work Mike and the mechanic, Leroy, were respectful and communicative the whole time. They told me what they were doing and how long it would probably take. They were able to get the necessary parts and complete the job the same day. I will be going back whenever I need more services on my car.

I previously came here for a water pump estimate on a different car and the mechanic made fun of me for previously not wanting him to put a tire on for $10 (I didn't want it changed because of the tread, not the price).

I was due for an oil change and needed one on the fly. I saw some ads for Valvoline which stated 15…read moreminute oil changes so I decided to go there. Upon my arrival, there were many cars so I hopped in line. I am weary of places that do not post their prices so I asked the gentleman who was numbering the car order. He said $55 for regular, $87 for blend, and $105 for full synthetic. I had tried to call beforehand and ask too but no answer. The line moved at a decent speed, there are 3 stations inside. Once I got in, they scanned my car tag. One person was on the computer typing info in, one was doing the oil change below and one was doing other maintenance. The one doing maintenance had added more air to my tires which I didn't need since I just did them. I was at 33/34 for my 4 car sedan and he added up to 39/41. That's more than necessary. I let out some air after the visit. They checked my air filter which needed to be changed but I didn't bother with that since I have it at home. Not sure how much they would have charged for that. They tested my battery and said it was "critical" which I knew was false since I just changed my battery last year. The attendance said maybe it was the tester and retested with another tone which said my battery was fine. Suspect. I chose synthetic blend and I had found a $25 coupon online so it came out to $55 after. It did take about 15 minutes once I was in the garage. Honestly, I never trust car places. I feel like they are always trying to fix something or sell something. Just be smart and do your research before going to any place. The guy added a sticker which added 3k miles on which I know most car on blend or synthetic can do more. So be mindful. Would I come back if needed? If needed yes but I would only want an oil change and nothing else checked since I know to check it myself.
