The store wanted me to replace 4 tires for over 1200 dollars over a small hole in the tire. The manager told me I had AWD and could not just replace one tire. I took it to a different chain and had the hole plugged for 12.00. Big difference. I felt like the store took advantage of my inexperience in tire repair. I am so glad I got a second opinion. Excellent!! Tim and his team, Andrew, Kevin and mechanics, resolved my problem from Goodyear Tires purchased from another source. A two month process, Tire C would not recognize Goodyear Tire Warranty and Satisfaction Guaranteed and was having issues with tires. Contacted Goodyear Customer Service, Maddison, and she directed me to Goodyear store on Cattleman and they went to work. Tim, Andrew, Kevin were on it, listening to my concerns, attempted resolutions, and how they can fix the problem. They examined tires, understood the problem, proposed solutions and finally problem solved! Could not be happier with new tires plus Tim and Andrew for all their work. Been coming here off and on for years. I actually bought the Road Hazard insurance from them for my current tires at the end of last year and so thankful I did. 3 months ago they replaced a flat tire for free and I again paid the $25 for road hazard . Now I had a leak on another tire and stopped by hoping they could take a quick peek or make an appointment since they are always busy. They quickly pulled the car in, took off the tire and found a nail and fixed it right then. I was so happy, excited and thankful. Great customer service & happy customer. read more

I first went here about 6 weeks ago with a nail in my tire (also being aware that I needed new tires). Tim quoted me a fair price, booked an appointment and on the day of replaced all 4 tires quickly. Fast forward to last week when my wife picked up a nail in her tire, despite being loaded down with customers, Tim remembered me and went out of his way to help and get me back on the road. I have been to this Goodyear many times with great results. Went again 1/18/2021 to fix a flat tire. He joined us outside to see if it could be fixed. My new car had an unfortunate brush with a curb, avoiding a collision with a careless driver. The two drivers side tires were shredded and flat, needing replacement. The car needed a wheel alignment as well. The staff did an excellent job at ordering a matching set and fixing the car in a timely manner for a reasonable price. Over promise, under deliver. They appear to be a bit disoragnzied and understaffed. Promise times and appoint times come and go with out being met. Pricing of tires seems a bit loosey - goosey as they print out options and then figure out ways to come off the price as one bulks at the original price printed. i was an "out of town" emergency situation but feel that the service and pricing could be better elsewhere. read more

I purchased a set of tires last Oct. 2017 and when I returned to have the tires rotated 8 months later I kindly asked if they can replace 2 of the wheel covers that were damaged with brand new factory replacements I had in the trunk. Amazingly I was told no. Company policy requires that they can only replace what was removed! This must be the most ridiculous policy I ever heard of in my 65 years. Now I have to make another appointment with the car dealer or another tire dealer to have this done. I should have asked when the appointment was made, it would have saved me a trip and I definitely would never purchase anything from Goodyear again. Buying tires from a local dealer you Assume they will take care of ALL of your tire issues. Guess Not! The office was good and the manager was on his game but this policy just SUCKS! read more

Went here after the North Lemon location messed up my splash guard, stripping bolts, breaking mounts, etc. This location said: "no problem, we'll put it on for you. Don't know what's wrong with them, we don't operate like that." Well, after they zip-tied it in place and it started knocking into my AC compressor belt so hard it practically tore it off, I had to remove their "repair". These Goodyears are all a joke and should be shut down. Avoid them at all costs! read more

AVOID Got a full set of tires for one of our vehicles. Spent over 1k. Had no problems and even stated we would come back the next time we needed any service. Twice I made appts using the appointment option on the website. Both times I was called back saying that they are completely booked and I would have to reschedule for a much later date. Is it because the option I picked was for a free tire repair? When most likely I will end up needing 2 new tires? I thought, maybe. So I also made an appointment for my husband to get an oil change thinking that might help. Nope cancelled again. Said they have been fighting with goodyear for 2 years about the appointment option on the website. Really? The man was rude and made my husband feel like he could care less about losing a customer. Job well done. We have appointments at tire kingdom with no problems. Guess they will get our business from now on with our 3 cars. read more

Would you like your car back the day AFTER it was promised with a dirty steering wheel and the problem you took it in for NOT fixed after paying $600. Then this is the place for you. We were there another time for one problem the guy then gives me a huge list of things that he claimed needed repaired. Took my truck in for a complete oil change 5 days ago. After paying $125 and driving away, the truck was running hot, check engine light going on and off. This place left me low on oil and absolutely dry on coolant! They didn't do the tire rotation or tighten the loose exhaust hanger that they promised to by TIM. Two days later, I brought it back in witnessed a mechanic throw only 1 quart of oil before the manager, CHUCK went and checked the dip stick and said it was "fine"! But it was not fine. Afterwards, I went to Advanced Auto, a very helpfully man working there checked my fluids and was APPALLED how low I was on everything! I went in about two weeks ago for an oil change and 4 tires that kept leaking. Turns out my Goodyear dealer back home did not buff or wet the sealing surface when they mounted them so these guys did. Even though they did not sell or originally mount them, they went above and beyond in making sure I was taken care of as a Goodyear customer. The guys there know who we were and we'd like to thank them for remembering who the customer is. Nice job guys. read more

Had a nail in my tire. Went there to have it plugged. Person in the office asked if I knew where the nail was. I told him I had seen it and had to ask him to come out and look. When he saw it he said that it couldn't be plugged. That I would have to buy a new tire. This nail was no in the sidewall, but in the tread. He quoted me $160.00 for a new tire and I said that I would think about it. Didn't offer to check the pressure and make sure it had enough air. I will take my car to the place where I bought the tires and have them plug it. He just thought that I was stupid and would buy a tire. Will never go there again read more

The honesty and quick turn around on my first visit brought me back for my 2nd. I experienced the same thing today.
