I recently had a flat tire replaced at their shop. I noticed today I am missing a lug nut that was present after the tire was replaced. I have never lost a lug nut and expect it was not properly installed causing it to fall off. That is not acceptable. read more

These guys told me 30 minutes for my oil change and had me sitting in the waiting room for 45 minutes while my truck was still untouched. 1 star is to much. Why do people go to tire shops? Because of flat tires right? I pulled into Tire Kingdom at 5:50 My tire pressure was at 18 . I pulled up to the bay and explained to them I believed I had a leak in my tire can someone take a look at it! The young man said ,let me go see !! An older gentleman comes over and says , we close in 5 minutes. We can't help you tonight. So why are your bays open? Why don't say you close at 6pm is at 5:50 all work stops! The gag is I drove up the road and Mavis was able to take me and it was 6:15 at that time and they also close at 6 It just goes to show how great customer service works and how shitty customer service works! My boyfriend set up an appointment to get my car aligned. We walked in right on time and told this to the man at the front. He then tells us we didn't have an appointment scheduled. My boyfriend showed him the email confirmation for the appointment and the man, with dark hair and glasses, Didn't even explain what happened or why we didn't have an appointment on their end. We scheduled our whole day around this appointment and we didn't even get an apology. THEN tried to say we could leave the car there and pick it up and 5 pm. We will never be back to this place, and we will tell everyone of our awful time there and how AWFUL, rude, non-communicative and disrespectful their customer service is. read more

They told me that I should have called in to get a better time. Their in shop schedule does not sync up to the corporate one. I guess they might not be so grumpy if they had the tools necessary to do their job, besides the mechanic tools. Listen to your managers when they offer up real world advice. I doubt the folks in corporate have touched a wrench let alone get into a shop these days. Clean waiting room. read more

I purchased a set of Big O Bigfoot AT tires for my truck on 3/15/19 at Big O Tires in Pueblo Colorado. My truck had 40k miles on it. The tires had a 3 year 60k mile warranty. On 7/26/20 I took my truck to the Tire Kingdom (owned by the same corporation as Big O) for a rotation and alignment. They did the rotation, but told me that they put it on the alignment rack and it did not need an alignment. Since late in the summer 3/4 of my tires have started losing tire pressure. One I have to refill about once a week, one every couple of days, and the third I have to refill daily. The tires are also very worn, the fronts currently have almost no tread left. I called the Big O in Pueblo where I purchased my tires and they told me that I could take them to any Tire Kingdom to get the warranty honored. I made an appointment for 1/15/21, at 9:00am at the Tire Kingdome in Sarasota off of Fruitville, with 79k miles on my truck . An hour after I dropped my truck off they finally got the truck on a lift. About half an hour later they told me that the wear was due to improper alignment and they could not honor the warranty, but would be glad to sell me four new tires. I explained that Tire Kingdom had just told me that the alignment was fine, so that there should be no issue with the warranty. He said that didn't matter. I asked about the tire pressure dropping. He said that it was because of the colder weather. I explained that it started before it started getting colder, and that the pressure will drop throughout the day as the temperature rises. He said that it is just because of the weather and that the warranty will not be honored. Now I still have bald, leaky tires on my truck. Tires that I picked because they had a long warranty. I understand that cold weather can lower tire pressure. That is not what is happening. And Tire Kingdome themselves said that my alignment was fine when I took it in to get one done. These people should feel bad about this. And no one should ever give this company a dime of their money, especially if they think that they will be getting any sort of warranty on the work they are paying for. read more

Zero Stars! I have never been treated so horribly as I was on Saturday April 27th 2024 in the afternoon by some guy named "Bud". He didnt even give me his real name after he knew how rude, argumentative and dismissive he was. I asked why he was being so mean to me and that I will not be doing business there with him, and he threw my keys at me and said I was not his only customer! I was shocked. BE AWARE...SHADY BUSINESS. Tried to sneak in 'extra' charges...Plus They are sooo expensive here, but needed tire in a hurry..so just pulled in to closest place. Major bad decision! Worst place ever!!! I had an appointment at 5:00 for and oils change, tire rotation, battery check, tire alignment check, and break check. I sat in side and watch them only do the tire rotation and oil change. When it came to check out i ask how was my battery, breaks, and alignment were and the manager Bud said that if i didn't say anything then they are fine. I told him they never checked any of it and still wanted me to pay the full price. He kept telling me that it was free anyhow but nothings free it's just fixed into the price. Worst service I have EVER experienced!! Do NOT waste your time!! I called first thing in the morning to ask if they were able to patch my tire. They asked if i could drop off my car because it was busy and they would patch my tire in between vehicles. At 430 we called for an update and was advised the car would be ready at 6. At 515 they called back stating they do not have the tools to patch a run flat tire. Are you kidding me, your a tire repair shop and to mention, when you did the work order for the vehicle how did you not pay attention to vehicles and tires to know that you did not have tools. I drive a BMW X5, with run flats. I will NEVER be returning and will share this information with all of my friends and family. Absolutely ridiculous!! read more

BEWARE of pricing!!!! Here is the story, last Friday I was driving by and stopped in to get pricing and set an appointment for a 2018 RAM 2500 tire rotation and to replace the Fuel Filters that I don't have time to do. I have done it in the past and it takes me about an hour, being a novice with this stuff. The filters are approximately $50 each (2 of them). He told me $77 for each part ($154 total), which I understood they need to make money, and he said he would be 2 hours of labor, which is too long but he knocked the price down to $100 for install after a quick chat, instead of their insane $140/hour. I show up on Monday for my appointment, and the SAME GUY, (don't know his name but Indian decent maybe??) wanted to charge me OVER $300 for the parts AND a FULL 2 hours labor for a total of almost $550....The second I questioned him on it after making a call to get pricing (which I went and bought both filters for $116 tax included), was he threw my keys back to me and started yelling that they had to make money!! Very very impressed with this location!! I booked an appointment with this location looking to buy a certain tire due to its price and quality. When I arrived at my appointment they did not have this tire in stock and offered me a comparable one with a similar "offer". The tires I chose were buy three get one free. I asked if they were able to get my previously chosen tires and they said yes with a $15 courier fee, and a warning that it would take much longer to have done. I decided I had more time than money and it was worth the wait. I dropped my car off and ran some other errands. A few hours later my car was ready. When I went to pick it up there were no surprise charges, and they even took off the courier fee!! Very impressed with the workmanship and customer service offered here. Would recommend! read more

Brought my vehicle in due to some vibrations while driving at high rate speed. I received a quote for $1,400 that stated I need all new struts and shocks. I didn't feel like that was correct, so I took the car to get a second opinion from another shop. The other shop said the only thing they saw wrong was the tires had not been balanced by whoever put them on (Tire Kingdom). I left the other shop paying less than $100 and the car felt perfect. I manage a restaurant about 900 feet from this place and figured maybe a good way to establish a good business relationship. I had an issue with my skid plate hanging down that I've been through hell with the dealership. I commute from port Charlotte and all I simply asked was if they could tie it up so it wasn't hanging down. The guy all but refused at first saying to take it back to the dealership. The problem is I cannot working long weekend hours and commuting. After some convincing he agreed to look at it but won't promise me anything. I also had a clip on petal that was loose on clutch. It requires just a few turns with a Philips screw driver. He refused to do that as well and said it was liability. Just to tighten a few screws is liability? He was rude, dismissive and just completely a jerk for no reason. So much for neighborly love. I even offered to bring him and his crew some food for helping me out on such short notice. I handed him my key fab and he went off about how it was broken and I jokingly said don't worry I'm aware and again I wouldn't blame you. The guy was a straight up rude a****** and I said you know what never mind and took my keys back and left. Every single person that comes into my establishment I will steer clear from this location. I was willing to pay for their time just to help me so I could drive without it scrapping on the concrete but would rather leave it like that then ever deal with that joker again! read more

I had a completely 5 star visit here on the Fourth of July. I had my car towed here after my tire popped on 75. So lucky they were close & they were open! I was sure my day was going to be completely thrown off by the incident, but to my surprise, Ryan and everyone who helped me at the shop got my car off the lift in no time. It was also a huge relief that they had my tires in stock, I haven't even noticed a difference in feel or any noises while driving from adding a new tire to the mix. I felt they truly had my best interest and safety in mind and I appreciate that! I felt so good about the service I received that I know I will be back, for tires and otherwise. They were not able to put new brakes on our Jeep(correctly). They kept it 11/2 weeks! When we did pick it up it essentially had no brakes. The tire Kingdom on Cortez found the calipers were on backwards. They fixed it in a couple hours. The only positive about this place is they put on additional parts trying to figure it out and didn't charge for them. . read more

If it were an option I would leave no stars for this place of "business." They are nothing but crooks and scam artists. I went there for a radiator flush and during the process they inspected my car and came to me with a long list of things I needed fixed and replaced on my car totaling over $1,500! They said I needed new rotors, struts, front and rear with the strut assembly followed by an alignment. I went to get a 2nd opinion from another well known mechanic and business here in Sarasota after I found out they lied about my rotors, they were like new. The 2nd opinion I got, the man drove my car with me in it, showed and told me all my struts, shocks, and everything else that went along with it were perfectly fine. Nothing needed to be replaced!! So if I would have taken tire kingdom at their word I would have shelled out over $1,500 for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! I nor my family will no longer trust or bring our business here!! I made an appointment to have a new TSW front rim installed on my Audi this past Sunday. I was greeted at the door by the service manager. At least that's how he made me feel his tittle was. Very friendly gentleman by the name of Jimmer. To make a long story short during the duration of my visit which was about an hour or so he stayed in communication with me the whole time. He even came in to let me know that the last place I was at installed my front tires going in the wrong direction. I'm like wow. Seriously. Jimmer was sure to let me know they are going to correct the problem and I should be on my way in about 15 minutes! I have to say that I am very impressed by the service and outstanding customer service on my visit Sunday! Well done and will 100% return to this Tire Kingdom! Very happy customer. read more
