(Yep, we liked it enough that we went twice during our trip!) The servers and staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful. The food was hot and delicious, and the portions were generous. And there were a good variety of savory and sweet brunch items to choose from. They also serve lunch and have a bakery counter, but I didn't look too hard at those parts of the menu because I knew I wanted the short-rib scramble as soon as I saw it on the online menu, haha! And the biscuits--oh my goodness, they are so good. They taste perfectly homemade and are pillow soft yet just the right amount of crumbly without being a dried, cracking mess. They have a secret window where you can go and get quick food. There is no reason to leave this area in a car the entire time you're here my only recommendation to the hotel is make the pools cooler. They were very warm even early in the morning, but I understand with it being this hot you may not be able to keep them as cool as most people would like. our kids would've loved the kids pool with the fun slides. Service animals need to work from the floor in restaurants. Just because people need attention doesn't mean they get to put their dogs paws on a dining table or be cradled in their owners desperate arms above a surface where their dander can fall on the table or on the tables next to them. They should also not be sitting in chairs where diners sit. I don't wanna leave a restaurant with dog hair all over my clothing. I personally love dogs, but would never allow my dog to put its paws on a table or hold my dog above the dining table in a restaurant where other people, possibly people with allergies dine. I personally think it's ridiculous that people need to bring their dogs to restaurants but at the very least the restaurant has a responsibility to the other patrons to keep the animals below the food preparation and consumption areas. I really hope that you guys will address this.

I think I like pastrami here better but they were both great and I was very full after just half a sandwich. The pickles were just as great as I remember. My partner enjoyed his turkey Reuben and we got some delicious prune and sesame hamantaschen to go. Their cakes are also really good. I usually don't like coconut cake but theirs kept me going back for more when our family took home a whole cake. I always look forward to Sherman's when in Palm Springs. Note to self: egg creams are good but too sweet for me.
