They have pickleball courts and pool tables on the third floor that are open for community use, and they regularly host events across their locations, which is pretty rad. This is definitely THE place for outdoor enthusiasts and folks who fish, hunt, camp, and so on. They have BOGO 40% Costa sunglasses. I ended up getting a 3-piece utility box crate. Customer service was standard, but I was mostly taken away by the beauty of nature, and of course, I had to donate to the conservation fund. I returned to the store shortly after to exchange it for the same item in a different size. From the moment I approached the register, the cashier (ID #013191, no name provided) had an unfriendly and unwelcoming attitude. Her demeanor alone made the experience uncomfortable. When she processed the exchange, I was told I had to pay a price difference because the sale had ended. I understand policies, but this was a direct exchange for the exact same item--just a different size. A little flexibility or customer consideration would have gone a long way. She offered to ask a manager who was standing just a few feet away, but he completely ignored the situation and walked off without acknowledging us. That lack of support and accountability was extremely frustrating. At that point, I chose to request a full refund. I refuse to spend money at a business that lacks basic customer service and proper employee training--from cashier to management. It's especially disappointing considering my husband pays for a premium membership, only to receive this level of service. Overall, this experience felt dismissive, unprofessional, and not customer-focused. I hope the company takes steps to improve both staff training and customer care.

Without any equipment or fancy machines she grabbed our shoes and was able to take a look at how we walked. She said I was normal, but my girlfriend's feet were supinated looking at the bottom of the shoe. WE WERE ABSOLUTELY AMAZED. I tried 5 different pairs but she was able to give tips on running a marathon as well! My pair of Saucony Guide 18 were only $98 with the discount we get. My son liked a few of the options in the used area so we picked one up as they're all priced quite fair. Their used equipment comes with a 10 day warranty, and we inadvertently put that to the test. The first bat we tried appeared to be in good shape, but it unfortunately had some sort of issue and it just didn't have any pop left in it. We brought it back and they took it back with zero hassle. We traded for the other one we were looking at and it worked just fine. Friendly service, a warranty that they stand behind, and really fair prices for their used gear. Sports equipment isn't cheap, and kids grow quickly, so I can't recommend a place Play it Again enough. :) We'll be back, and you should as well.
