We stayed in Monterey this weekend and were able to come again but at a different time with no wait time. We are really glad we came back to try it. It is so cute inside! Everyone who works there is so friendly, they seem to really enjoy working there. The food was really good, way better than the pictures. Very cute and would love to come back again when we are visiting to try something different. If you come and there is a long wait, there is a reason for it.

Check-in was easy and prompt. It was quite busy for a Friday check-in but there were 5-6 workers checking people in so it went pretty fast. They were providing water bottles to those who were waiting, and also let people know that there were s'more kits to use at the outside fireplace facing the golf course. You may have to drive to where your room is as there are various buildings in the hotel, so perhaps wait to get your luggage out of your car until after check-in. There looked to be quite a few kids at the property as well as they had some ping pong tables and life size chess available near the main building. The room itself was really spacious and clean. Nothing was really wrong in the room. Perhaps the AC wasn't the best (maybe we were using it wrong), but there is a fan right above the bed which was VERY cool/strong once turned on. WiFi was a bit spotty throughout the stay. TV in the room had Google cast which was nice.
