I've ate here twice now and I've had a pretty similar experience, food wise, both times. Where all the makings of greatness were there. Some poor execution, probably caused by the fact that the pandemic hasn't allowed them to hit a rhythm. 1st-The Bao buns are tasty, but a little messy. Huge piece of chicken. I ordered the 5 chicken wings and received 4 wings and one chicken finger. Perhaps they had run out? Wings were ok. Thai tea was awesome. 2nd- It was recommended that I add Shrimp to the special Curry Chicken Pho. IT WAS AMAZING!!! Flavor of the shrimp was out of this word and chicken was cooked perfect. Only problem was that the noodles had already been cooked and had all clumped together and were too dense. So I basically had to knife cut them to get the broth through the dish. Also ordered the egg rolls. They were different than you might think but them a and the sauce were great. I really wanted to give only 3 stars but like I said, I'm hoping things will pick up when they find a rhythm so I gave them an extra benefit of the doubt star. read more

Tested out this new Pho spot which I heard was black owned because why not... and let me tell you. The avocado wontons and the bao buns did not make it back home. I only live 10 minutes away and they were so yummy i couldn't stop. Go Pho is new to this shopping center. It's a bit crazy here at times and parking can be difficult on a Friday/Saturday night. Let me walk you through this. Once you find a parking spot you walk in and the space is beautiful and clean. There were 3 people behind the counter none of which are willing to answer any questions that you may have, they point you to a monitor where you can read about the food and place your order. It's that cut and dry. If you are into a full restaurant service experience skip it. This is a great place for a country where people are used to ordering food online and having the option of eating it in the space. This is not a full service restaurant, at least that was my experience. The soup was soo salty that I couldn't eat it. My husband said his las super salty but he was hungry and had it. We also ordered the egg rolls and they were delicious. The texture, the taste and they were freshly cooked. It was almost like the egg rolls and the soup were from 2 -different restaurants. I have purchased the pho at Costco and believe that this pho is not a homemade broth, but an envelope pho, I was disappointed. I am used to having pho at another location where I can say that the soup is home broth made and it's Delicious. I, unfortunately will not be returning for the soup. Good food, HORRIBLE SERVICE! Good luck ordering takeout when they are busy because they don't answer on purpose and it goes to voicemail. If they do answer they tell you to hold then put the phone down and never come back, which is why all calls go to voicemail. I sat in my car directly in front of the store and watched as the girl answered my call, asked me to hold, and never came back. I walked in and saw the phone was still face down on the counter, my call still on hold. I asked her why she left me on hold. She said "we're busy". I left. Terrible customer service. Fantastic, fantastic, fantastic food. I was hungry and stopped in on a whim and I've been raving about this food since I had it last night, so I had to write a review. I ordered the chicken pho, sweet chili chicken bao, and the beignets and when I tell you EVERYTHING was amazing I mean it. The first bite of the bao had me in disbelief, if you don't order anything else order this. The combination of the flavors and textures just works on this dish. The pho was a huge portion, the large could honestly feed 3 and it was seasoned well and delicious. The made fresh to order beignets was the perfect dessert and the best I've had to date. Came here to eat in, had a big order... she ended up forgetting our order (although we tried to give her the benefit of the doubt) we had a party of 10. She could have at least came to the table and make sure everyone got their order and everybody was ok . Cilantro rice was amazing. HAD TO TAKE OUR PHOS TOGO because it finally got done after our party was done eating. I asked for a Togo box/bowl for me pho and she gives me a bowl. I was over it and ready to go at this point. I get back home to eat my pho that I couldn't enjoy earlier and guesss what y'all! I couldn't even enjoy it at home either because my noodles got so soft it broke up and now looks close to porridge! If you're looking for authentic Vietnamese subs, then this isn't the place to go to. I had a hard time trying to figure out what they were trying to go for and I think it's Vietnamese-American fusion, not traditional Vietnamese. The sub didn't have the iconic liver paté and yolk mayonnaise (this is what makes Viet subs different from other subs and what makes or breaks the sub) so it felt really dry. I got the steak sub, and they overcooked it a little (maybe you can ask them not to cook it well done). I was just mostly shocked at how my culture was being represented and wish I hadn't come in with the expectation that I was going to get a traditional Vietnamese sub. But if you're looking for a quick bite to eat, they're not bad, but they could be a little better. Presentation-wise, it was a pretty spread. It just didn't fit my palate. read more

Was excited to try this place out being Vietnamese, tried the spicy oxtail pho. It was flavorful. The reason I'm giving this a 1 star is my PREGNANT wife order a custom bowl and had shrimp and steak on a bed of zucchini noodle and received practically raw beef with a sear on the exterior. Highly unacceptable for this type of establishment to serve raw meat especially to someone who is pregnant that could affect the baby. read more

The people working there are unable to take an order and complete it correctly. Got charged for an extra pho and didn't get a refund or get to keep it. Order Large Tofu Pho and when I arrived, waited and paid was told they were out of the broth.
