This was our first time trying PHO by VINH Noodle House, after reading great reviews on Google. The restaurant seemed to be well maintained and neatly kept. Our server was friendly, attentive, and efficient. We ordered a fresh roll and two different pho dishes. The food came out quicker than other spots that we usually go to. Even though they close at 9pm, they seated us at 830pm and didn't give us a sense of urgency to leave or rush us. The whole dining experience took 30 minutes. We didn't want to stay too long but we appreciated them letting us order our food and let us eat at our own pace. We left around 905pm. Next time if we are in the area and craving pho, we will definitely come back. The food was good but we got the impression that the flavor base leaned more toward Americanized than authentic. We really enjoyed our lunch. I ordered the chicken Pho. Traditionally, the chicken in Pho doesn't have a lot of flavor, however, at this restaurant they offer sautéed chicken that you can add. I wqs thankful my server suggested it because it really made a difference. The small was a decent side portion. I had some to take home as well. My daughter ordered the shrimp fried rice. We consider ourselves pho connoisseurs & this was the best pho we've had in FL so far! Never tried Vietnamese food before, but wow, PHO by VINH turned us into believers. We just relocated down here from RI where there is a fabulous pho place that we have gone to for years! (Pho Horn). It is well known in the state and surrounding states. We heard about this on Yelp and tried it and couldn't be happier! They have excellent food! Definitely recommend the pho (steak and tripe for him) - and my husband is very picky! I have had the shrimp fried rice (delicious) and the grilled pork chops platter. Very tasty - well flavored and the owners couldn't be nicer or more professional. Wow!!! I am speechless. I have known about this place for years but never had the chance to try. Today I was in the area and with this hurricane weather needed soup in my life. Started off with the jasmine milk tea, and shrimp fresh rolls. I order spring rolls whenever I see them on the menu and have to say these were the freshest I've ever had. The jasmine tea also perfection, tastes homemade, flavorful, and delicious. Now for the pho steak, comes with round eye thin cut beef, scallions, cilantro and light sprinkle of white onion. The broth was so so good, the meat melted in my mouth which isn't always the case with pho restaurants. Pro tip order extra white onion on the side. My husband ordered the oxtail pho, he devoured it. Such a large portion I could only get through half and that felt like a lot. The jasmine tea was so good when we finished I went for the brown sugar latte with tapioca balls. 10/10 would get again. The staff were friendly, ordering was quick and the food was on point. We spent about 45min total in the restaurant and left kicking ourselves for not trying sooner. It seems to get better and better the more we have it! I've been to tons of pho places in the US and have also traveled extensively in Asia. Pho by Vinh is top notch. The real deal. I loved the Pho beef soup today in my takeout order. They package the broth in one container and all the other ingredients in another as well as the greens in a side container. Everything was hot and fresh and it was a sharable sized portion. The customer service was very good and my order was brought to the counter a few minutes after I arrived. Had family in town and all they wanted was Pho so I recommended this place because I have been here a few times and love their short rib Pho. We were seated promptly and the waiter was very friendly. He asked if we had any questions but we all just wanted to know how long it would take for us to get our short rib Pho. The wait wasn't too long and out came our piping hot bowl full of deliciousness. I added my spices because I like to add the chili oil and sriracha and it did not disappoint. It is so big I had to take some home and it was even better the next day. It is a no frills place so it feels very homey and I love that because I'm there to eat. Food is absolutely delicious! I think it is run by a family so the dad is on top of food and service but the kids were attentive, fast and efficient. Stopped by for dinner this weekend when it was cold so they were very busy and every table was taken, so there might be a wait if you go on a weekend night but I noticed everyone waited patiently. My review of pho is very simple. The pho needs to have great broth (bones not sugar) and it must have as many of the different meats as possible from the original pho recipe. Unfortunately, some pho places Americanize their bowl even on their "special." This one has everything except perhaps one. There's three different sizes here, small, large, and XL. Decided to have some pho for dinner and found this place on Yelp with good reviews. Unfortunately the experience wasn't as pleasant. Although I'd give the customer service a 4 star. So we ordered a large rare steak pho and a XL brisket. When we got our orders we were a little disappointment at the amount of beef in the soup. It was 90% noodles and the XL was just even more filled with noodles and barely any meat. The soup also wasn't very hot. We expressed our concerns to the waiter and he gladly gave us some extra meat which was very nice (hence 4 stars). However things went down hill after. Right after the food, it hit my stomach right away. After thinking back, the soup wasn't that hot so the rare steak that I put in after in the soup didn't really cook it. When the soup first came out the beef on top was pretty much cooked already. So I'm think it's because of the temperature of the soup with the rare steak is what got me sick. Nevertheless, i was disappointed at my dinner. With such high ratings I excepted some awesome pho. The soup was good but not as flavorful as some other places.
