BOGO Wings- $6 for all of these wings.
    DuRay S.

I have to give credit where credit is due. Gordon Ramsay Street Pizza completely caught me off guard. I have not even made it into the restaurant yet because Uber Eats has been running a buy one get one free special on the wings, and I have taken full advantage of it. In fact, I have ordered them three days in a row. Yes, three straight days. I am honestly sitting here debating whether I should order them again today because they are that good. I have tried the Mumbo Wings twice and the Kimchi Wings once. Both flavors are outstanding, but the Mumbo Wings are easily my favorite. They have the perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and savory flavors with just enough stickiness to make every bite worth it. The wings arrive crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and they hold up surprisingly well during delivery, which is not something every restaurant can pull off. The Kimchi Wings were also excellent. They have a bold combination of heat, tanginess, and umami that gives them a completely different flavor profile from the Mumbo. If you enjoy adventurous flavors, they are absolutely worth trying. Even after comparing the two, I still find myself craving the Mumbo every time. What has impressed me the most is the consistency. Ordering takeout three days in a row is usually when you start noticing differences in quality, but every single order has arrived hot, fresh, and perfectly cooked. That kind of consistency is hard to find, especially with delivery. From what I have seen, many people rave about the pizza, especially the light, crispy Roman style crust and the fresh, high quality toppings. If the pizza is anywhere close to the quality of these wings, I already know what my next order is going to be. I cannot wait to finally give it a try. For now, these wings have earned a permanent place in my Uber Eats rotation. If you see the buy one get one free deal, do yourself a favor and order the Mumbo Wings. They are some of the best delivery wings I have had in Washington, DC. Overall rating: 10/10. Gordon Ramsay Street Pizza has officially turned me into a repeat customer, and I have not even tried the pizza yet. That should tell you everything you need to know.

    Margherita pizza

My wife and I recently split the margherita and a build-your-own pizza with vegan nduja and red onions for delivery and they were delivered on-time. The pizzas were great-delicious sourdough crusts, good crust-sauce-cheese ratios, and fantastic toppings; the vegan nduja had a nice kick. I would recommend Gordon Ramsay Street Pizza if you're looking for a solid pizza pie in DC!

Service was incredibly friendly. Pizza was good. We got the charred eggplant with mozzarella per our waiter's recommendation. Also the fennel sausage pizza and vegan chicken with mumbo sauce. Mumbo sauce was delicious, but I wouldn't be surprised if they just used Impossible nuggets for the vegan chicken. $12 for 7 chicken nuggets was a bit steep. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Place was clean and had a fun vibe about it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

    Mumbo #5 & Meatball
    Jacintha T.

Meatball I liked the pesto drizzle, real globs of mozzarella with a thin crust that was not overcooked. Good amount of meatballs on top as well. Overall a good pie. Mumbo #5 This one has a serious spice kick. Good flavors. The crust on both was soft and not chewy which I appreciated. I am a cheese fanatic, so more cheese would've been my jam. All in all, good pies worth checking them out. Good service, friendly staff.

    Classic pizza

This was an awesome spot! We had 3 pizzas. The classic, kids cheese pizza and Mumba number 5 plus their GFC fries. Whatever sauce they use on the Mumba and the fries are ALL THAT. Its a tad spicy and sweet at the same time. Definitely my favorite pizza.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]This place is packed.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I went on a weekend where we were going to see a ballet, we stopped by the Gordon Ramsay's street pizza. We were sat pretty quickly. The burgers were amazing after we figured out which one we wanted. There was so many options. Our server was very helpful and helping us decide which one to get for the bathroom. We had to use the one downstairs, the one upstairs is a single bathroom I think. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The atmosphere was interesting. Looking at all the art pieces on the wall your eyes had a bunch of different things to look at.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I can't remember what exact burgers that we got but we definitely wanna go back again when we're in the area.

1/2 Margherita and 1/2 eggplant and onions - the toppings taste better

Decent NY style pizza. The pizza is cooked in a fancy oven, just not wood-fired. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant is spacious and you generally don't need a reservation during the weekdays.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I've been here 4 times. The Margharita pizza is a bit basic and boring, and highly recommend a specialty pizza. The Margherita pizza is very plain and doesn't have much flavor. I got 1/2 classic Margharita and 1/2 with onions and eggplant. The side with the toppings was the way to go! The seasonal limited-time Truffle White Pizza hit the spot! The roasted mushrooms, creamy white sauce, and truffle honey paired really well with savory and sweet flavors. While I was curious to try it with onions and added to 1/2 pizza, I actually didn't miss the onions on the other side. While the Charred Eggplant with garlic pesto and tomato sauce and pine nuts was flavorful, I noticed something was missing..cheese! , I wish there was some cheese. The Vegan 'Nduja & Zucchini with vegan meat, zucchini slices, pesto, onions, mozzarella cheese (I paid extra), topped with balsamic vinegar had a spicy kick! While the pizza looked like a beautiful work of art and the flavors blended fairly well together, the spiciness of the vegan meat overpowered the pizza. I do appreciate the creativity of the pizza and enjoyed the crunchy crust (it wasn't bland and didn't get hard when I reheated in the oven). The Raspberry Mojito was quite sweet and would try a Martini next time. The Watermelon seltzer tasted like a lemonade. While the pizza is good, the Truffle Pizza was the highlight and would come back to try a specialty seasonal pizza!

    Hell's Kitchen burger and fries
    Ashleigh P.

This is actually a combined Street Pizza/Street Burger Gordon Ramsay restaurant that serves both burgers and pizza. I got the Hell's Kitchen burger and it was very good. My date also got a burger and seemed to enjoy it as well. The prices were reasonable all things considered. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There are arcade games in the basement as well as a photo booth that was unfortunately out of service.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]There were a lot of kids occupying the arcade games but I suspect that won't be an issue later in the night-we were there pretty early.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

This is definitely a place where you want to make reservations for. It can fill up fast and in a hurry especially when there is an event going on in the area. Even though it's street pizza, they also have a street burger menu as well with other apps. Started with some wings with their signature GFC sauce. Sauce it a little tangy and some spice. Just Ike everywhere else, the wing sizes are drastically decreasing and the prices are staying the same. Ordered a split pizza; half pepperoni and the other half mushrooms, chicken and bacon. Didn't take long to cook and came up perfect. Crust wasn't too hard or soft.

    Truffle Pizza
    Annie Y.

The manager (Jonathan?) was pretty weird. Sending multiple people away saying it's reservation only. I went online and saw I could make a reservation right away and did so. Then the manager proceeded to say that there was something wrong with the system and that we couldn't be seated. I saw my name pop up on their computer system and pointed it out. To which he got super flustered and then said "I GUESS we can make something work." It wasn't just us. We sat by the host station and watched him proceed to continuously turn multiple people away. Unsure what's going on because wouldn't you want to have business? The food itself was very subpar. Around $70 including tip for 2 pizzas and 1 drink. The pizza was not flavorful and soggy. We expected more considering it's a Gordan Ramsay restaurant.

    Nicole C.

The pizza was disappointed. The sauce was way too watery and the cheese was very bland. This is the 3rd time I've tried a Gordon Ramsay restaurant and each time I was not impressed. No more Gordon Ramsay restaurants for me.

    Truffle Pizza
    Sarah

I was super excited to learn about this place and to order to eat while I binged some Gordon Ramsay shows! The Mambo # 5 was just weird. The sauce was okay, but strong. I realized it tasted like a more tangy McDonald's Big Mac sauce. The crispy chicken on top was good, but the sauce was not good after a bite or 2. The truffle pizza- amazing. Very glad I got meatballs on it. It had a great taste with the pear glaze. However, it was super soggy and watery- per the pictures. That demoted it for me. Otherwise, both had crust and pizza dust akin to dominos. Not necessarily bad, but not original nor more elevated gourmet recipes I'd hope for from Ramsay.

    Watermelon Gin Fizz
    Leenzie B.

I went here last week for dinner during my trip to Washington DC. I got the Pepperoni pizza & a Watermelon Gin Fizz. The bartender was friendly, but [[HIGHLIGHT]]the ambiance was busy since it was a weekend & football night.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] However I'll definitely come back again when it's not as busy

Street Parking Only & It's Definitely Hit Or Miss. I Got Lucky & Found A Spot, But It Is Metered So Be Prepared To Pay. This Spot Is Literally A "Side Door" Located On The Side Of Scarlet Oak. Super Unique Setup With Cool Lights That Make It Easy To Spot. It's Different From Your Typical Pizza Place, Which I Actually Liked. Since It Was Monday, They Had Half-Off Pizzas If You Dine In & I Had To Take Advantage Of That. CHEESE PIZZA I Ordered A Cheese Pizza & Lemon Water. This Is Detroit-Style Pizza, So Don't Expect New York Style. It's Thick, With A Generous Amount Of Mozzarella Cheese & Tomato Sauce. Honestly, It Almost Felt Like A Cheesy Bread Situation But In A Good Way. The Crust Was Buttery With A Slight Crisp On The Outside & Soft Inside, Which Was The Perfect Balance. The Ingredients Tasted Fresh, & It Was Very Filling. The Size I Got Came With 4 Slices, & Honestly, 2 Slices Was More Than Enough. I'd Definitely Come Back & Bring My Son This Feels Like A Spot He'd Love, Especially If He's Into Breadsticks & Cheesy Pizza. The Staff Was Decent, Though I Didn't Interact Much. The Overall Setup Is Interesting, A Full Restaurant Vibe Inside With This Separate Pizza Concept On The Side. Different, But It Works. I'm Glad I Finally Tried It, Unique Setup, Solid Detroit-Style Pizza, & A Great Deal If You Catch It On The Right Day. Just Have To Be In The Mood For Detroit-Style Pizza.

Which made for a very interesting experience. It felt like she would just come by and smile at us in the middle of our conversation conversations, and I don't know if she actually asked anything each time she came. The service in general could've been wayy better. We ordered pizza and then pasta and when we asked for a box, we were made to box up our own food and we were just given a huge pizza box that took up 80% of our table and the waitress walked away. I don't know if I was expected to just hold the pizza box while sitting at a small table and trying to eat my pasta, but there was absolutely zero consideration given to where I was supposed to put this large pizza box on this small table when we still had half of our meal coming to the table. The waiter also didn't pay attention to any dietary restrictions or allergies, and offered zero guidance on that. Also, we were told that there was a time limit for where we were sitting despite they're being several tables open the whole time we were there. For the food, I really enjoyed the food- Italian salad, pizza with the hot honey, and Alfredo pasta. But everything else really dampened the experience. If I were to go back, I would either order takeout, eat outside, or come another day when it wasn't so loud, and have a different waiter.

When we first walked in, the cashier immediately apologized for the long wait times, thanked everyone for their patience, and let us know they were incredibly short staffed with only two people working. Because the tiny interior was already packed, we decided to leave and do some sightseeing first. However, seeing how good the pizza looked we knew we had to come back later that afternoon. There's no negative details in my review. Nothing but positive things and a small recommendation. 1. Staff and Service I really appreciated the cashier's honesty about running behind right off the bat. That allowed us to make an informed choice rather than get frustrated by a long wait. More businesses could learn from this! 2. Restaurant's Layout The inside is a bit tight and busy, but it's located in a smaller older building, so they have no other options. Since they can't expand the inside adding an outdoor pub height counter for eating, a bench or some seating out front would be a great way to give waiting patrons a place to sit. Also a place to eat. 3. The Pizza -The Veggie Pizza: My nephew and I both ordered this, and the slices were massive you'll see in my pics! They were honestly the largest slices I have ever seen! I love pizza and have eaten it in New York and Chicago, and my slice here held its own. It was loaded with a huge variety of vegetables. I requested to put mine through the oven twice to get the veggies warm and cooked because I noticed my nephew's slice looked like a warm salad on crust. So happy I did because it was delicious! The jalapeños were intensely spicy which is on me, since I'm a bit of a lightweight with spice! -The Meat Options: My son got the pepperoni and thought it was really good, and my husband got a supreme slice which he also said was good . 4. Price and pizza size- they're more expensive than a typical slice, but once you see those big ole slices in my pics you'll understand why. They can't even fit on a plate. They had to serve them to you in an actual pizza box! After reading my long review you're trying to find out if I would go back huh? Absolutely! If I ever in the area or stay at the Hilton DC again, I would definitely walk right on over and get a slice. You can feed a family of three on one slice! Adult and two small children!
