We did have to wait maybe 15 minutes for our drinks due to so many online orders but I've had worse wait times. There were banners displayed in the store advertising a "Buy 2, Get 1 Free" promotion, but when I placed my order, the promotion didn't apply on the screen. Since the cashier was busy, I went ahead and paid, assuming they could help correct it afterward. Once I mentioned that I had purchased three drinks but didn't receive the advertised free drink, the cashier said she would check with who appeared to be the owner/manager. She asked, and the response was immediately no. The cashier then came back and simply told us, "Unfortunately, it's not possible." What bothered me wasn't even the price of the drink--it was the way the situation was handled. If a promotion is being prominently advertised inside the store, customers shouldn't be expected to know that it won't automatically apply when ordering through the store's own self-service screen. I had clearly purchased more than the two drinks required for the promotion, and there was no attempt to explain what went wrong or offer any kind of solution. I like led this place but this experience was disappointing and could have been handled with much better customer service. So disappointed!
