This fried rice is dark for no reason, and just flavorless. It reminds my of reheated rice-a-roni with onions..

It's been so long since our favorite Chinese food spot crossed over into the dark side and left us searching for a new weekly Chinese fix. This has been such a sore spot for our family, because Chinese is the one thing we all enjoy, and blah blah blah... We just want some good Chinese food and it ain't none. Grace's is just the last of many to be a huge let down. Honestly, even with a glowing 4 star rating, I was still skeptical. We came here tonight and ordered 2 General Tsp chicken, Beef on a stick, and Shrimp Egg Foo Yun, Shrimp rangoon, and it was all bland and weird tasting... On top of everything the combos don't come with Egg Rolls & Soup, and I've never seen this anywhere else in the state. Though they were the same 15 dollars as anywhere else... Anyone giving this place 4 stars, must not get out. Not only do you not go out, you probably consider salt a spice. Now left rinsing this burnt taste out of my mouth, leftovers I won't be eating, and nursing a stomach partially full with food I regret. The only chinese food in the area I can vouch for is Mai Dragon. I used to live near and go to China Sea, but I haven't been there in over 6 years since we left the area. Anyways, We already threw the leftovers and menus away. I guess it's back to the drawing board... I swear I miss the carryouts in D.C. / P.G. County.

I wanted to try this restaurant based on the great reviews I saw online. My colleagues also highly recommended it so I was eager to give them a try. Unfortunately it didn't wow me. I would give it a solid 3.5. It's slightly above average. My husband, on the other hand, thought it was just average. He ordered the wonton soup and house lo mein. He said the crispy noodles/chips that came with the soup was stale, but that if he soaked them in the soup it was edible. I ordered the Mongolian beef and house fried rice. There was more onions and scallions than Mongolian beef. Flavor for both were good but I've definitely had better. Considering that there was only one other patron waiting for carryout, they didn't seem very busy but it took the kitchen awhile to prepare our food. There may have been carry out orders, but I only saw one or two people stop by to pick up their orders. The restaurant has a front and back entrance. If you go around back, there is a lot with ample parking spaces. The back entrance hallway had a mouse trap and musty odor. It didn't seem like there was good ventilation. They had a table top fan in the restaurant. Final thoughts: The restaurant was just average and nothing to write home about.

Amazing service. She was so accommodating, kind, humble, and gracious. Food was delicious, I ordered the crispy chicken and shrimp fried rice. Cannot recommend this place enough! Great food at a great price with great portions.

Talk about a hole in the wall, my girlfriend took me to this restaurant. We parked in the back and entered through the back door. The hallway has spider webs all over, but she promised it's all worth it. We sat down and the owner gave us a Chinese menu, separate from the American menu (general Tso, egg foo young). My girlfriend was talking to the owner in Cantonese and she recommended three dishes. Fish noodle - yes, noodles made of fish, but not fishy. This was amazing especially since I'm going through a no carb diet. Seafood in xo sauce - the seafood was ok, the highlight was the home made xo sauce. So much umami that I gave up my no carb diet and ate it with rice. Slow cooked pork belly with sour veggies - the meat was so tender with some pickled veggies and fresh cabbages. This tastes home made too. I came here hungry and left here 5 pounds heavier.....only downside is I gave up my keto diet.

This time was no different. We decided to share the crabmeat cheesesteak and the lobster melt. Both were delicious. The crab cheesesteak was flavorful and filled with crab (not just that filler stuff). It's Maryland, come with it! My only ick was the over salty flavor that lingered after each bite. Half of the sandwich was more than enough for that reason. Maybe tone down the old bay?! The lobster melt was a yummy follow-up. It was juicy and buttery, and the squeeze of a lemon wedge was a chef's kiss accoutrement. I'd definitely go here again when I'm in the area! Service was friendly; we ordered to-go. I honestly do not remember anything re: seating/tables. We were too busy snapping silly photos with the giant, colorful crab outside lol
