I really liked my experiences at Entrada, it was easy to make appointments, I never had any issues, before, during, or after the visit and always appreciated the cooling gel they give as a nice extra touch. My four is mainly for my unique situation, which was that it was just one spot that took less than 10 seconds to zap. Even adding in a couple extra areas that I usually would just pluck, the entire visit would take less than 2 minutes. Which was pretty steep at around $80 each. I had about 6-8 appointments (it's been about a year or so since I completed the last one so I'm not totally sure at this point) but within about 3 months or so, I noticed everything had grown back. So unless I was willing to have consistent recurring appointments, it didn't make sense for me to continue with the service. I simply switched over to shaving vs plucking and called it a day. I will say that I'm still very pleased that I visited Entrada as the redness from the spot completely faded and it fully healed. Which was everything I could have hoped for. So for me, while it was expensive, I'm very glad I did it and would recommend Entrada for similar issues.

The staff and nurses were so professional, mixed with a personal touch. I really liked the result of the skin rejuvenation, even just after 1 session my facial dark spots/freckles have already noticeably lighten and my facial pores were tighter, with zero downtime! I will definitely come back and try the other procedures they offer. Great location and prices as well!!!

I have had laser…read moretreatments on multiple occasions at this spa, including at other providers such as SEV and I have never experienced bleeding during or after a session until this visit. During this visit, Mara dry shaved my legs (they had already been shaved prior to this appointment). She dry shaved my legs really rough and not carefully, I noticed several areas that were bleeding and later developed marks that look very similar to razor cuts. This was my first appointment where I was dry shaved by the nurse literally seconds before the laser was done. When I brought this up during the appointment, my concerns were repeatedly attributed to my skin, stating that "that's just how your skin is" despite the fact that I have undergone many laser treatments without ever having this issue. I also want to add their patient portal is inaccurate. My appointment says my provider was Noelle, even after the appointment it's not documented / updated correctly who my provider was. Based on my experience, the marks appear more consistent with shaving-related cuts than a typical laser reaction. While I understand that different reactions can happen, I expected my concerns to be taken seriously and addressed professionally.

I checked in and sat down till the nurse was ready for me. The whole treatment only took 30 minutes and I was very comfortable. The process is very gentle and I almost fell asleep. Since I was already going to LaserAway for my tattoo removal, I decided to add C&B as well. (TBH my gut feeling told me not to because they are a chain...I learned the hard way.) I purchased a 6-pack and started the treatments. At my second appointment, the store manager talked me into adding Rejuran, so I purchased a 3-pack. The first session went fine, sessions 2-4 were also fine, with the Rejuran. (Albeit no real improvements visible) At the 5th session (Jan 15), she mentioned increasing the intensity, which I agreed to because I trusted her. Immediately after I left, I knew this session felt different. The burning sensation and redness lasted longer than before. Throughout the week, as the sandiness washed off (as usual), I noticed an orange/brown color to my skin creating an outline under my eyes (where she did not laser). Like raccoon eyes, but white. This did not go away over a few weeks. Now my skin looks like this. Multiple people have commented on my discoloration (at a spa for a facial and a beauty counter in Japan) and I have never felt more self conscious. My skin has never looked like this ever in my life. It will take a long time to fix and I am devastated . Please be warned. This place is fine for laser and hair removal. Do not trust them with your face. (No concealer or foundation in photo. Just moisturizer, sunscreen and blush)

Last August, I decided to invest in laser hair removal as a commitment to myself. Because it is a…read moresignificant financial investment, I searched on Groupon and purchased a deal listed as a "large service," reasonably assuming this would cover full legs. I was disappointed to learn--only after calling Sev to book--that "large" meant either upper or lower legs, not both. That initial phone call set the tone for the rest of my experience. The man I spoke with was dismissive and repeatedly fixated on the fact that I had purchased a Groupon, pushing me to buy an additional package to cover my full legs. I made it clear multiple times that I chose Groupon intentionally because I could not afford the in-house bundles and was comfortable proceeding with lower legs only. His tone felt judgmental and presumptive about my financial situation, as though I was making a poor choice rather than an informed one. I ultimately stood my ground, opting to start with lower legs and potentially invest more later if I was satisfied with the service. At my first appointment, the treatment itself went smoothly. However, at checkout, the receptionist again made pointed comments about my Groupon purchase and attempted to upsell me on an additional package, calling it "the best savings." I declined politely, though it was becoming uncomfortable to feel singled out for how I chose to pay. That night--and for nearly two weeks afterward--I experienced severe, deep itchiness in the treated area. As an esthetician, I tried every appropriate remedy: aloe, hydrocortisone, and antihistamines. Nothing helped. When I called Sev seeking guidance, I was hung up on. I was left suffering without answers or support. By my next appointment, the reaction had subsided, and I asked the nurse what could have caused it. She suggested a possible allergic reaction to the laser, though I explained that I had undergone laser treatments elsewhere in the past without any issues and that no remedies had provided relief. She wasn't sure but speculated that my hair thickness could be contributing and that it might improve over time. Unfortunately, it did not. On my fourth visit, despite consistently booking Monday noon appointments, the receptionist insisted I was late and told me I needed to reschedule. When I asked about the late policy or what time she had me scheduled for, she refused to clarify. I later pulled up both email and text confirmations proving I was on time and that she was incorrect. Even then, she laughed it off and still insisted I reschedule without explaining the policy. I eventually contacted the manager, who acknowledged that this receptionist had been an ongoing issue. The manager was empathetic, professional, and kind, and she offered me a complimentary service for the inconvenience. This is the sole reason this location receives even one star from me. The manager and nurses were consistently compassionate and respectful. By my fifth session, however, I was still experiencing intense itchiness after each treatment. At that point, I decided to stop altogether. I accepted the complimentary service out of respect for the manager, but I will not return. I chose to go back to a previous laser provider where I never had adverse reactions. To be clear: the issue is not Groupon. The issue is how customers who use Groupon are treated. The repeated upselling, dismissive attitudes, and subtle discrimination made me feel lesser and unwelcome. If offering Groupon services is such a burden, then don't offer them. Making clients feel ashamed or undervalued for seeking an accessible option is unacceptable. Please, do better.

A few years ago I added Botox. Dr G was my first experience with Botox and she's wonderful. In the beginning she listened closely to what I wanted (to remove the ever deepening line between my eye brows) and she explained that to get a natural look involves considering how all the muscles move together. She tried different injection locations, asked how I liked it at my next visit, and adjusted based on my feedback. Now, when I come in she ensures I want the same constellation of injections and works off her recorded "map" of my face. Dr G is very good at Botox! The results are wonderful and she always reminds me of how to care for it (for example, no exercise that raises my heart beat for 24 hours). Dr G is also wonderful with patients. She's friendly, calm, patient, professional and very gentle with the injections. There's been no bruising. Her goal is to ensure you're satisfied and happy. So grateful for the wonderful service at Medical Aesthetics. It's always clean, safe, and I get amazing results! Cannot recommend enough!!
