Jim did a great job on an area rug that I needed to have cleaned of pet stains. He was very up front about what he thought he could reasonably fix, and what would still likely have some small marks. In the end, the rug looked 95% new, which is about as good as could have been expected, and this was after I had tried a number of home methods, without success, to get the area rug/carpet clean. I called him yesterday evening and he gave me a quote based on my inputs on the area. My mistake that I miscalculated the area. When he showed up he realized that there was more work than I had initially told him. Yet, he did not ask for more money. AND, he did the area rug in my living room,for no extra cost on top of what he had quoted. My master bedroom had an oil stain, thanks to my carelessness and my two year old. Its not there anymore. Thanks to Jim's advanced cleaning system!!! All the steps on my carpeted staircase are as clean as new. Entire carpet looks as new. He uses his steam system yet the carpet feels very dry after he left. Of course, they are a bit moist, totally normal with steam cleaning, but not as wet as my last cleaner had left. Please try him. Jim Graham was highly recommended to me by my cleaning service "Brock Home Service". But the proof of excellent work is the 'new' appearance of my carpeting and area rugs! I trusted and left Jim alone to do the work while I went to a medical appointment. On my return I was amazed how beautiful the carpeting in every room is. I thought my 30 feet long hall carpet could never look good again! Previous cleaning service jobs never compared to his service! The difference, I believe, is that the steam only service companies aren't capable of a fine job. He uses steam and a rotary brush machine. His diligence can't be beat, in my experience. My mom called Jim in the morning to schedule a last minute carpet cleaning before a big event at the house. Jim made it out the same day! We had 3 rooms and 3 runners to clean and he did a beautiful job. One of the rooms was particularly bad since its the room that most of the pets have lived in but after he was done cleaning the carpet i couldn't believe the difference. Jim at Graham Carpet Care is the best. We had a minor disaster the week before Christmas - lots of water seepage, wrecked sheet rock, insulation and of course, carpet. Before getting Jim I had a parade of "professional water damage specialists" who promised a lot and delivered nothing. I then contacted a friend (a contractor) who got me hooked up with fine folks who actually showed up to do sheet rock, insulation, painting, molding, etc. My last call was to Jim who was so terrific! He made an appointment and not only showed up but called to see if I would mind if he came early. I have used Graham Carpet Care three times now after my neighbor had recommended him (she had used him for years). He is very reliable and even calls to let you know he will be 10 minutes later than expected. Prices are reasonable and the carpets come out very clean without any "chemically" smell. I also like that he is the one who cleans the carpet each time as I worry about letting just anyone into my home, but he seems like a family man and is very polite.
