Ladies! IYKYK. Waste of good makeup. Went to celebrate a birthday and was disappointed. Mozzarella sticks, barely warm. All three adults got the same meal and it was bland. Two adults have been previously and raved about this dish. Some kind of pasta with short ribs. Bland. Blah. Water bottle ran out twice and had to ASK for water. Entree delivered before salad which we had to ask for. Our server got very busy and we lost the great service we started with. Garlic bread was good. Hostess was going to seat five of us at a four top. Everything was disappointing. read more

We stopped in for a few drinks and appetizers. Bar service and drinks were excellent. You could tell the bartenders knew what they were doing. The apps we had were excellent and very good value. We saw several dishes that nearby guests ordered that looked amazing. Can't wait to go back. read more

Love the food here and atmosphere but they have to do something about the sunlight situation. I had to wear sunglasses throughout my entire meal which was an indoor table at 7:30 at night. The sun shined directly in my eyes-couldn't even read the menu even with sunglasses. A pretty miserable experience and the second time it has happened. They need to cover the patio or put blinds on the windows. We won't come back until that problem is addressed. read more

We have eaten here twice, both times sitting at the bar. First time was a great experience Food was delicious, bartender was engaging and friendly. Second time it seemed as those the young lady could not be bothered. We had to ask for drinks, ask to order and then asked where the rest of our order was. Had to wait an additional 5 minutes for the rest of the food. read more

We have been three times now and the food is so wonderful! The meatball flight is so fun to share. The pizza is the best we have had in Roswell. The tiramisu is a must! Our service has always been so friendly, my only criticisms would be the host when you arrive could greet guest with a little more friendliness (this is something I've also heard from others which actually made them chose another restaurant and miss out on Grana) and if you dine at the bar the service is a little slower during peak times, it would probably benefit to have one more server at the bar on busy evenings. We will be back and are happy to have Grana in Roswell! read more

Our first experience was mixed and I behaved as we were celebrating our anniversary. A very beautiful facility although too very load. Our server, Marvin E. was the best, very attentive. First served was a bottle of very warm tap water for which we had to ask for ice. Started with a glass of wine...OK. followed by a Caprece salad and unfortunately the ultra thin, salty mozzarella paled in size to the lage tomatoe slices and only 2 peices of basil(not 1 leaf for each portion of 4). We asked for bread, which is a staple at most restaurants, and told us they don't serve bread...what do you soak the olive oil and balsamic with from the caprese salad???? My other half ordered garlic bread, which was nothing but pizza dough served with olive oil and garlic......dud! As an entre my wife order Chicken Parm which came with no pasta, The chicken was hard, very little pramigina and the sauce tasted like store bought at Kroger. I ordered Paccheri Genovese( shredded short rib on pasta,,,tasty but the pasta was well under cooked.. No dessert, but we were served comp Limoncello and an anniversary card signed by most of the staff...very nice touch. And you have to pay for parking...spend $125.00 and pay for parking,,,,what a joke Sorry to say, we will not return read more

Beautiful venue and bar with a dirty counter. Unattentive bartenders. Food way overpriced. Meatballs were good. $28 Cavatelli served without bolognese. Chicken parm edible if bland. No dish came with even a single piece of bread - they steer you towards their $16 pizza-style garlic bread. Paid parking. Maybe good in the summer for a drink on the patio, but there are much better Italian restaurants. read more

Excellent ambiance with an open air bar. We sat at the inside portion of the bar and loved the hustle and bustle. The twins bartending were very kind as well as the other lady and gentleman. We ordered an old fashioned and the basil gin cocktail and both were very good. We ate the Caesar, Diavolo pizza, and Cavatelli pasta. Everything was delicious. read more

Food was just ok. We ordered meatball appetizers. They were ok. Service was odd. Waiter knew little about bourbon or scotch offered. Odd for a Roswell restaurant where many customers are in to those items. He was charming at the beginning, catered to the women in our group and then disappeared. Pizza was cold and no plates brought to share. Waiter very busy with other table that ordered a bottle of wine. Woohoo, big check. Zito was ok, but would not order again. 15 year olds brought out food, but did nothing else. They were not well trained and not very helpful. Extra silverware, water, plates to share? Very good at pretending they don't see or hear you asking for a fresh plate (to split salad) or after entrees came out we were all splitting. Had to literally stand up to refill the water bottle. Never heard of a bar that only had 4 bourbons to offer. Waiter came by at end of meal and said something like, "need anything else?" 3 servers (looked like 12 year olds) standing by kitchen waiting for us to leave. No ambiance, no charm, no service. Worst customer service! It seems that the employees working there are not interested in bringing any customers. Place was empty when I got there. I wanted a table for two outdoor and in shade. All tables were empty outside and pretty much empty inside too. It took a few minutes for them to "check" the outdoor tables. After a few minutes they wanted to seat us on the middle table with the sun in our faces. I asked if we could seat on the tables with shade but waitress insisted on this particular one then she called the host or I don't know who he was but he said that they were about to be extremely busy and ALL tables were reserved. ( which I find strange being it was 4 :00 pm and place was very empty) . Even if I had believed that to be true ( no way) he didn't offer to seat us inside. Pretty much it was the table they chose or nothing. Obviously I got the hell out of there. Will never come back and by the way, not impressed with their burnt pizza in their perimeter location. Why open a new location if they don't want new customers? read more

Let me start out by saying that I have eaten at Grana-Perimeter twice and had a lovely experience. Great, personable staff and delicious foood. I live in Roswell & was thrilled to hear Grana was opening in the area. My friend and I (both restaurant chefs/managers with over 40 combined years of restaurant experience) went for lunch on May 28th, and absolutely loved the interior. The patio is gorgeous, and we would have taken full advantage if it were not raining. Sadly, we did not have a great experience. We were trying to order a bottle of sparkling rose, which they were out of (it's "wine Wednesday"), so we ordered a bottle of prosecco. That's fine..... As an app we ordered some potatoes. They came out hot and crispy, but were delivered with marinara sauce. On the menu it states it comes with a chili aoili (because who wants marinara with fried potatoes?). I had to ask for the aioli, and they brought it out, so why wasn't it served with it in the first place? Please know how to plate your food appropriately. Then we ordered a caprese salad. They were out of tomatoes?! Please explain how an Italian restaurant is out of tomatoes? And if you are, you send somebody to the store to get some! Not being able to order a caprese salad in an Italian restaurant is simply ridiculous. Instead we ordered a Margharita Pizza and added mushrooms. They don't have mushrooms:/. I have never been to an Italian restaurant that doesn't have mushrooms, but I can't hold that against them....at least it wasn't listed on the menu. The pizza came out, and it looked great. I asked for some salt and pepper, and they brought out a grinder of each. When I tried to grind the salt, nothing came out so I was shaking it to see if there was anything in there (it was completely empty), when the managaer was walking by and glanced at me. I said "can I get a salt grinder that has some salt in it please"? and he gave me a look and said "well did you try to grind it?". I said "Yes, and it's completely empty". Very inappropriate with both his look and his inflection. The pizza was delicious, thankfully. I asked for the check and was happy to see it was $66, as we got a $24 discount for 1/2 off bottle of wine. I gave the waitress/bartender $100 cash and asked for $15 back (still giving her a $19 tip--30% on the total bill, because we are both restaurant people). I went to the restroom and came back and there was $14 cash on the table, and my friend stated that the server said that I would only receive $14 for my change?! I had to go to the bar to question her, that's when she said "Oh, I looked at the wrong check". Honest mistake, but after the comedy-of-errors that was this luncheon, that was simply the icing on the cake. Sadly, we will never be back. Clearly there is management issues at this restaurant between inventory in both front and back of house, sidework isn't being done (empty grinders), and overall lack of appropriate practice. read more

Great addition to Roswell. More modern and hip than the some of the "rustic" restaurants on Canton St. Both service and food were excellent albeit bit pricey. However, everything near downtown has the "Roswell markup". Great patio and bar area. The reason for four stars instead of five.....kids. There were a group of 6-8 kids on the patio, average age about 10, who were running around, throwing a ball and being loud. Meanwhile the parents were completely oblivious. This is a problem with several Roswell venues. Parents use any public open space as a playground for their kids and could care less about other people trying to have an enjoyable dinner without the Chuck E Cheese atmosphere. Meanwhile, the table next to us had a family with three kids who were very well behave. See, it is possible. Parents are to blame for sure, but the restaurant has a responsibility to set and enforce a policy of guest behavior. I'm hoping this was a one-off situation and will definitely go back as I'd lie to try some other menu options. read more
