This place is so cool and not cool at the same time... Here's the bad stuff... 1. Super construction going on and the parking lots are a mess, you don't know to go right or left and I got lost finding entrances even after 3 days.really dirty too. 2. The dirt doesn't stop there. Our first room we were given was so smokey I mean burning eyes smokey. There was a box fan sitting outside the room so I think they tried to air it out but it was like someone burned a cigar in there and just closed the door. 3. After going thru a room swap we were given another room. Fine but there was a dirty rag left in the bathroom counter with hairs all over it. Not a huge deal but still, come on right? 4. The late check out. Went to the front desk night before to make sure late check out was ok since we were at an event that morning. No problem they said you got until 4 with an additional fee. Great right? Nope since our room was a room that was attached to a suite they needed us out before that. Just come on again! 5. The service is just rude everywhere. I mean everyone you encounter! The Rim restaurant guy host in a suit..., I'm convinced was high as a kite. Don't believe me, go there and talk to him, holy! The security desk, rude and unhelpful. Anyone you call on the phone from the room, rude. I'm not expecting Disney customer service, but come on man! Someone teach these guys some customer service skills. So the good.... The resort is really cool. Bowling video games, nice casino, everything to spend a fun weekend. We may even come back just to do the pool and stuff to do there. To wrap it up... Lower your expectations. Your not going to get the cleanest room. Most certainly you will be treated rudely. It's a place that could be so epic but falls short due to just taking short cuts in the customer service, organization and just plain care about your whole experience factor. Another year visiting this place, and unfortunately, not much has changed since my last stay. We've been here since last night, and I wanted to share some of our experiences. The room was okay--nothing special, but no major complaints. The Starbucks is always packed, which seems to be the norm here. Today, I visited the Second Street Marketplace downstairs. The young employee who assisted me had very poor customer service. He didn't acknowledge me, didn't offer a bag for the items I purchased, didn't say thank you, and seemed more interested in chatting with his coworkers than helping customers. Based on what I observed, I wasn't the only customer having issues with him. We also requested housekeeping service for our room. We were informed there would be a charge, which was fine with us. However, after the service, the room looked exactly the same. The bed was made, but that was about it. Now, let's talk about the restaurant downstairs. I ordered a steak, but they brought me chicken instead. I clearly told the waitress I wanted steak. When I pointed out the mistake, another older employee insisted that what I was served was steak. I'm pretty sure I know the difference between chicken and steak. Fortunately, Teddy stepped in, listened to my concern, apologized, and had my order corrected. That is what great customer service looks like. Even our waitress suggested that I just eat the chicken, but guests should never be told to accept something they didn't order. The casino and the room itself were good, and I enjoyed those aspects of my stay. However, many of the staff members could benefit from additional customer service training. Here's an update Grand Sierra Resort - Frustrating Stay Despite Being a Loyal Guest / 5 I have been coming to the Grand Sierra Resort annually for years -- once for my grandson's basketball tournament at the convention center, and again each July for a golf tournament. I consider myself a loyal, returning guest, which made this past weekend's experience all the more disappointing. When I checked in, the receptionist was genuinely kind and helpful -- a real bright spot. She offered me a room upgrade for $45 more per night and assured me she could place me on the same floor as my son, just down the hallway. I was excited. However, she then said she needed her manager's approval. The manager came over, barely acknowledged me, and flatly said no -- apparently reserving those rooms for other purposes. The receptionist apologized, but the damage was done. For a guest who returns here every year, that interaction felt dismissive and discouraging. The receptionist herself was wonderful, but the manager's handling of the situation left me feeling like my loyalty meant nothing. Later that evening around 8:30 PM, we headed back up to our room on the seventh floor and discovered that only one of the three elevators was operational. What followed was a 20-minute wait just to get on an elevator, packed in with other frustrated guests -- on a Saturday night, no less. Beyond the inconvenience, I couldn't help but think about what could happen in an emergency with two elevators out of service. That is a serious safety concern that management needs to address immediately. Outside of these issues, the rest of the stay was business as usual and accommodating. Came here for a midweek few days "away from home" time, and it was very quiet - until Thursday, when a convention showed up! Yikes! But the time was good here, with a spacious, clean room, a good selection of food and restaurants, and a nice walk around the exterior for some exercise and fresh air. Photos are from my meanderings, mainly exterior views. I was impressed with the amount of work already underway to add the Arena complex. It will be completely different down the road, and I see that they're planning to add new residential towers as well. Not the GSR of my younger (MGM-era) memories, but the future looks good! Overall, not bad rates for midweek this time of year, and a place where I can shelter in place for a few days without the need to drive anywhere. What a great way to kick off summer! Came here with a friend and stayed in the hotel. We had a cabana and ordered food while using the pool almost all day. The kids had so much fun swimming and relaxing on the cabana chairs. It was fun because they had trivia, music wasn't too loud and the food was delish. The prices on food are a bit pricey but it's convenient for ordering right by the pool. The hot tubs were set at a good temp and the rooms were spacious and updated. read more

I really enjoyed my stay at Grand Sierra Resort for the weekend we were there for my husband's softball tournament. This place is grand! I enjoyed the check in area with the beautiful lights and the gaming area. The people working at the check in counter were kind and helpful. I told the lady who checked us in that it was our first time and she took care of us by telling us what to expect and giving us a decent room with a nice view. I love that there's plenty of places to eat around here including a Starbucks. I did not go this visit but I did see many people who did. I went to the cafe and that was nice! I can't wait to check out what other bites this place has to offer. Those machines are fun! I liked the one where you pop the pig. I did not understand why getting a playing card did not get me any money to actually play with. I gambled over $100 and sadly did not win anything. I did not even explore all of it. I would have liked to check out the gym, shops and bowling. This gives me an excuse to come back again! read more

The hotel was nice. It's been a long time since I've been there. It was busy with lots of people just the way I remembered it. They gave me a room on the 15th floor very close to the elevator. I didn't really like that so much but it didn't turn out to be a problem at all. The room was nice and clean. There were a few stains on one of the sheets , thankfully the other bed was fine so I just slept in that bed instead. We had a pizza from round table pizza, it was made fresh and hot, we took it back to our room because it was 8:55pm when we got there and they closed at 9 PM so they said we could take it to go but we couldn't eat in the restaurant . it's nice they have so many eateries to choose from on the property. I did a mobile checkout on my phone and it went smoothly. The next day when I got home the hotel sent me an email of my final check out bill and it included a $1.98 charge for housekeeping. I checked my hotel reservation confirmation and although there were taxes, resort fees and extra charges, housekeeping charge was not one of them. So I questioned that charge Albeit small because I arrived at the hotel at 8 PM and checked out at 7 AM. There was no housekeeping involved at all so I wasn't sure who authorized the $1.98 charge. read more

Self check in did not work so I had to stand in line for 45 minutes to check in. Deya was super sweet but did not have an explanation for why self check in didn't work for me. With over 50 people in line to check in, management didn't give two shits about the line. There was no sense of urgency to accommodate the crowd. Yes, it is a holiday week but they were also grossly understaffed. Then, I ordered the Mediterranean chicken salad from Chickie n Pete's. It was a to go order. Guess They don't care about dressing for a to go salad. Dry as fu€k. Chicken was like cardboard. At least they got the no onions part correct. Thank you. Took the salad back to the restaurant but they were closed. So went to Second Street Cafe. Very nice staff. Turkey melt sandwich was terrible. Bread was soggy. Bacon was burned. Overall, extremely underwhelming. Doubt I'll stay at GSR again. But if you stay at GSR, the pool is great. Service was pathetic and food I had sucked. We have been to three Western Fairs Association annual conventions held at the Grand Sierra Resort aka GSR. Twice we stayed at the hotel. Really luxurious rooms with great views - even when the view is just the roof of the place with snow all over it. We loved waking up, getting ready, mobile ordering Starbucks down on the main floor, taking the elevator, and getting our drinks immediately after we left the elevator. So convenient. Never an issue checking in or out. Great place to hang out with friends after a day on the trade show floor. Terrific food choices like Uno Mas, the Grand Cafe, and Rim. Great sportsbook to watch the NFL playoff games which are always on when we are in town. Bowling alley is super fun at convention time, too. One year our friends even got married downstairs in the wedding chapel with many friends there to support them. This year, about 17 magicians went to see the Magic Show in the theater downstairs. We definitely recommend GSR to anyone - local or out of town. Many fun events on the schedule - concerts, theatre acts, etc. Looking forward to our next convention. read more

I like this venue for our convention. We have set up a couple of times now. The loading dock is easy to access, and the hours are long for those of us with multiple booths and trips to the vehicle. The casino is nice, we ate in several locations since we were going between meetings. It's nice to have a Starbucks, sushi and a café to meet all sorts of diets . I recommend you put in a reservation early if you want to eat however, they are not 24 hour eateries. I know a lot of my colleagues gambled and had a nice time, so I'm all it was a really nice visit. read more

This is a review for GSR's epic New Year's Eve Party for their rewards members which I am a part of. Mesmerized is all I can say. The theme was "Diamonds and Disco". Beautiful decor in the Grand Ballroom, chandeliers, sparkles, an acrobatic pole dancer and several beautiful show dancers. The band was amazing and I danced the night away. We recently hosted a nonprofit event at Grand Sierra, and the experience was outstanding! The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. We had over 1,000 guests, multiple vendors, and many special requests, and they handled it all with professionalism and care. They worked with us the day before and after the event to make sure every detail was perfect. A special shout-out to Maya--she was incredible! She spent the last few months helping us plan and execute this event, and we truly couldn't have done it without her. I've stayed here multiple times as a local that uses the hotel before all my flights and typically love the experience--especially the spa, which is one of the main reasons I return. Because of that, this most recent stay was especially disappointing. Unfortunately, the condition of my room was unacceptable. , there were clear cleanliness issues throughout the space, later finding things including visible fecal residue on the toilet, blood and hair on the bedding, and additional debris around the room. I've included photos because the situation speaks for itself. This wasn't a minor oversight--it was a serious lapse in basic sanitation standards. I did reach out to Guest Services email to address the issue but have not received a response. At the time, I was offered a late checkout (which I wasn't able to use) and a $50 gift card. Given the severity of the cleanliness concerns, this resolution felt inadequate. I want to be clear that this feedback is coming from someone who genuinely enjoys staying here and has had consistently positive experiences in the past. That's exactly why this stood out so much--it felt far below the standard I've come to expect. May 31, 2026, at 2:00 AM: What a joke of a place. I called the front desk and security twice to complain about the DJ event at the pool because the music was so loud that it was shaking the windows and making it impossible to sleep. Security told me there was nothing they could do about it. After getting no help from the hotel, I had to contact the Nevada Police Department to file a complaint regarding the excessive noise and disturbance. When we checked in online, we saw that a text message would arrive telling us our room was ready. We walked to the front desk to get more information, and were told to check in on the kiosk. We got our room number and keys immediately. Glad we didn't wait for the text which came much later. The room was just like the online pictures: large, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The pillows were slightly more firm than other hotels & the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a good size & everything worked well. We appreciated the daily waters and a small fridge to keep them cold. Ice machine down the hall was great. Vending machine prices were too much for us ($4.10 for snack bag of Oreos). The hallways were wide and well maintained. The elevators were broken up into three sections of floors so we never felt crowded and we always got them quickly, up and down. Getting the front desk on the phone was difficult. We were on hold for over 20 minutes on our first day of our stay for a question for the front desk. That is not acceptable. We are accustomed to being on hold for any front desk for no more than 5 minutes. When we got our final bill it was more than anticipated. We were charged a daily housekeeping fee that we did not know about. We did not use housekeeping during our stay & we left $20 for housekeeping to clean our room for next guest. We did not mind paying the fee, but we would have liked knowing about it beforehand. We are not smokers, and I have asthma, so we avoided the smoking areas of the hotel as they weaken my immune system. Unfortunately our event that we attended for 3 days was in a smoking area. This was a shame since only a few attendees for our event are smokers. We REALLY appreciated the non smoking rooms and hallways! The staff and employees were cordial, helpful, and memorable throughout our stay. They, and the room, made Grand Sierra 5 stars. But coupled with poor communication and smoking in many areas made this review 4 stars. read more

Casino has smoke free rooms but the entire place smells like smoke until you get into your room. Extra fee for housekeeping and you have to ask to receive it. Lobby and front desk staff are not helpful. I asked about local laundry services, got a blank stare, and then was told they cannot recommend anywhere but have no laundry service on site. Check out took 15 minutes of waiting and the staff person had no idea how to check me out early (we paid for a final night but did not stay - had to get out of there). Shuttle driver will require your reservation to let you on their free shuttle service. Overall, not worth it unless you love to gamble and smoke. read more

I've stayed at GSR quite a few times, mostly using comped or discounted offers. I've gambled there here and there, dined at most of their restaurants, and generally had decent experiences, so I have a fair standard of expectation. ...but this last experience was a mess. My parents had a comped reservation that the front desk claimed they couldn't find. Frustrated, they left, only to later locate the confirmation themselves. So the reservation existed... just not to the front desk. Possibly. system issue?? I then tried to use my own comped offer. No greeting, no eye contact.. just immediately told they couldn't access or honor it without my physical players card, despite having the offer (with my player number), my ID, and the booking code. That's something you might want to communicate before people get to the counter, via signage.. or another system improvement?? After retrieving my card, I came back. The employee took it to the back, returned, and said there were no comped rooms available. Minutes later, out of curiosity (& because it was a non-busy Wednesday), I went online & was able to book two comp nights instantly. At that point, it's not a system issue - it's a service issue. If you're going to entice people with comped rooms, at least train staff to handle them properly or truthfully. The interaction felt retaliatory, just without anyone willing to say it outright. This was meant to be a gift for my newlywed brother, but we ended up booking elsewhere. Despite the rewards program, I'll likely consider other options before returning. read more

Recently stayed here a week for a work convention and it has changed, but not for the better. First, they now have a terrible slot selection. A majority of them are fill the 3 pots or one pot to get your bonus. I call these sucker bets because they lure you in to stay longer with payouts that don't usually measure up. That is where I lost most of my money. Very few old school slots or even just regular slots like Attack from the Planet Moolah Journey or Carnival that they used to have. Only saving grace was the Buffalo Gold sprinkled throughout. Poker room is pretty sad. Only 2-3 tables going at once, no excitement. I really like playing at the Peppermill because they are usually pretty full with a great atmosphere. Cocktail service used to be good but hardly saw any servers. Twice my drink was forgotten and I had to hunt down my waitress who walked past me sitting in the same spot for an 30 mins. My co-workers also had the same experience. Food is horribly expensive with not much flavor. We ate at Chickie n Petes and Mas Uno. A soda cost me $6. Meals are about $30 pp. Room was newly remodeled with clean carpets but missed on the details. My sink drain plug was missing its top. The lighting is dim at best. Insufficient plugs. I had to do work on my lap tap and there was only one plug near the "desk" so I had to decide on which device I had to sacrifice. Difficult switches. No comp pad/pen. No vanity area. I did appreciate the two water bottles and mini fridge. I complained about the elevators took forever. They upgraded the elevator "system" in the Vista Tower where it not only required you to use your hotel key, but also the floor # so you cannot piggy back unto an open door unless you are on the same floor. The actual elevator is still rickety as ever. I used to think that I would be entertained enough to stay the night but now, not so much. read more

My daughter and I decided to come here last minute to bowl. I did not have any socks since we were not planning on going here. I was happy to see that they sold socks! We played a total of three games in an hour. Hourly rate is $16 an hour, which I found very reasonable. They had a wide variety of sizes in bowling balls with plenty of each to use. OK, I was first introduced to this resort last August when I was in en route to Burning Man. Many people because of last year's storms were forced to find accommodations in Reno because of the rainy weather and storms which created long delays and or just simply being turned around. My impressions staying here initially were really positive as I just was shocked at all of the different things that were inside the hotel. I know that it is technically a resort, but I was not thinking that it was to the scale of a Vegas casino. in reality, it isn't but I guess having low expectations I rated this place much higher because of the Jamba Juice or the Johnny rockets or the bowling alley I guess. Staying here, however as late March 2026 I have to say that the charm has worn off. I chose to stay here while competing in a sports tournament.. and after having a really bad day my second day , I was just trying to clear my head in my car in the parking lot and that's when I was approached by security. After pestering me with a few questions and seeing how annoyed I looked . He eventually left me alone, but it was just the cherry on top to a really bad day or at least a day where I just didn't want to be bothered by people because of a lot of disappointing interactions .... Be bothered again by another person, which is why I'm sitting alone in the car... I was just the last thing I needed. I mean, I really enjoy the fact that there is a lot of patrolling and security inside the hotel. I feel pretty safe in the lobby in the early Am , but I just feel like there's a line. read more

I'm a local, don't be fooled by their offers, get a birthday offer every year for a chance to get between $10-$500. Every year it's $10. The hotel rooms need maintenance. The desk lamp didn't work and when we asked for a working one they ignored the request. The bathroom shower was used when we checked in. No tissues and only a tiny bit of toilet paper. These items are cheap and seems corner cutting. When you ask for items that should already be in the room they act like it's so inconvenient. There's no real room service which is so strange for a casino resort. Also, the front desk is rarely responsive to your needs. The only way to order food to your room is their app or website and they have been down on 50% of our stay. It seems like should be spending money in these issues instead of expanding. read more

Easy booking online. I received an email before hand about self check in at the kiosk. Just needed to scan my ID card for room keys. They valet and free parking. We got in about 7 PM and parking lot was pretty packed. States in the Sierra, 15th floor. We had a view of the pool. Room was clean and well updated. Quartz bathroom counter tops and flooring in the bathroom. There was a mini fridge but no microwave. I asked about one and they charge $30/day plus tax. It is not worth it to warm up my food at that point. The door to the cabinet where the fridge was, was a bit off as it would get stuck a bit. I was surprised to learn that they don't offer daily cleaning. We left early for house cleaning to come by but we got back in the evening and it was not cleaned. We needed fresh towels. The resort is very family friendly. The pool was great to hang around at. They have a few hot tubs which get pretty full quick. There's also an Infiniti pool for adults only. The resort offers an arcade with prizes, jumping castles, axe throwing, bowling alley, restaurants and a buffet. read more

We booked this hotel on a whim during Thanksgiving break. It was super crowded and there was a long line during check in because only 3 counters were open. We got higher floor room facing the golf area. The room was very spacious and we loved the big windows. However, the carpet felt dingy. When we were there, it was their opening day for the ice skating rink. There were pro skater performance for the opening celebration and free hot chocolate. Unfortunately, the skating rental was sold out that day. So, we decided to head to the swimming pool. The kids pool was crowded but we still had fun there. The resort was quite big with lots of attractions inside it. There was arcade game, escape game, and other fun family things. Some nicely renovated rooms here provide a clean and updated feel. The queen mattress felt a little lumpy for my taste. Families come here for the ground floor amenities including video arcade, theater (playing old releases), shops and a couple fast food options. A golf driving range is on site as well. Standard hotel size gym open 24h. A modestly size spa is available for a fee. Casino floor is open fairly lively. A good mix of locals and tourists. All the standard tables games with minimums starting around $15 for most card games. Poker room had some action too. Machine games include a vast selection of slots and no dealer craps, roulette and card games. Huge parking lot and an RV park. One downside is the distance from other casinos and restaurants are beyond walking distance. There is a Walmart nearby but that means sketchy tweakers nearby too. read more

We have been coming here for a few years after leaving the Peppermill. Our first experience with Luke the valet was one of the high notes. The front desk was very friendly and took care of business. Dining at the Rim Asian restaurant was very nice. The biggest problem was the room, which was an upgrade, wasn't very clean and smelled like smoke. The hallway wasn't any better and everything seemed dingy. The casino floor was really smoky and the machines weren't paying anything. It wasn't inviting at all and was really boring. I saw one person in two days hitting a decent payoff. Probably the last time for us. read more

I used to frequent Boomtown many many years ago because I love the inclusivity of being able to game, play with the kids, eat, and do a bunch of other things without having to leave the casino/resort. Well, for the past 5+ years, GSR has been that place for us. An arcade, pizza place, theatre, spa, Johnny Rockets, escape room, sensology, etc., I mean there is sooo much to do here. Winter offers an ice skating rink. Summer is great for swimming. There are other amenities and offerings, a 24-hour poker room for NL hold 'em, and free offers and complementary stays for Infinity Rewards members. The rooms are clean and updated. Definitely a fan favorite whenever we visit Reno. read more

They host excessively loud events at the pool on weekends until very late at night (until 2am sat), preventing you from being able to relax or sleep in your room if you want to. (90 db inside a 16th floor room). Front desk acknowledged they had received multiple noise complaints, yet would not change my room for the night, and would not have the event turn the volume down. We stay at GSR whenever we go snowboarding in Tahoe as it's much more affordable and it's not that far from most popular resorts in the vicinity. Also since my husband (and I sometimes) gamble enough, they're always sending us deals to welcome us back. We took a break for a few years when we had 2 kids, but they're finally old enough to start doing snow activities. Two years ago, we stayed during winter break (over New Year's) and it was literally THE WORST time to visit as the hotel was SO booked and there were a million people there. This past winter we went during Ski Week (February) instead and had a MUCH more pleasant experience. Overall, an adequate hotel in Reno. The airport shuttle was prompt, clean, and has regular hours to and from the airport. Upon arrival, the check in process took a while but the staff were kind. For the room itself, it was ok - the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. However, the walls are paper thin and I could hear every word uttered by the individuals in the adjacent room, despite them talking at a normal volume. Additionally, there were lights burnt out in the bathroom and a vent cover that was missing. For a casino in Reno, seems par for the course but certainly room for improvement. read more

Stayed here for 3 nights over Memorial Day weekend for the big AAU basketball tourny. Place was rockin. Especiallly liked the lounge act, who had everyone dancing fri and sat night. Pool was fun. Caught the Ron White show which was hilarious. Stayed in a nice suite overlooking the pool, which was great. Only wish they had more late night dining options besides pizza and gift shop chips/candy. 24hr room service would make this place perfect. read more

First timers and it was such a great experience. I booked a king bed room for my family and I through Expedia and upon arrival I was told that my room was no longer available and they offered me a two twin bed room which wasn't ideal. They kindly upgraded us to a room in the vista tower which was spacious, clean and gorgeous. So many amenities, restaurants, stores and machines to play from. Really enjoyed the bowling alley and love that they don't close until 1 am. The gentleman at the grand sierra bowl let us bowl for an hour even though we had only booked for 30 min. There was so much to do. My family and I enjoyed the trip very much and will be back. Oh and almost forgot to mention the complimentary valet service! It was a life saver didn't have to bother with parking and their system is very secure. read more

OK, so it is Sunday night I'll technically Monday morning about 1:30 AM. I'm over at GSR with a friend and I was hungry. I went to the little 2nd St., Café and I asked the cashier to run my players card to tell me exactly how much I had available for something to eat. Now mind you not only one told me this a second cashier verified the information because the first one was fairly new. I was told that I had 699 points which equals $6.99 in comp plus another $.69 or something like that I don't remember exactly already showed it in the picture. So between that was my 20% local discount I've decided to get a bowl of chili which was eight dollars. I got back in line ordered my chili, handed him my card. This was a new cashier. He didn't informed me that I only had around two dollars in total even though I informed him with the other two cashier just told me, that he was at his register and saw me ask them and get that answer, he still said no that was incorrect. I asked to talk to the second cashier that apparently had more seniority thing there originally helping me and he said no she was unavailable. He calls over his supervisor or manager whatever you wanna call him and he tells me that I was given the wrong information. Sorry you've only got two dollars basically go away. Maybe this is just my opinion, but if the one cashier heard which he did what I was told by the first two don't you think it would be good customer service to let me have a damn bowl of chili? I mean nothing special it was just a plain old little bowl of chili. So by this point I was very embarrassed because I was given the wrong information, the third cashier that was helping me with. He explained it to his manager use the word." supposedly." which he heard them tell me this so it was not a supposedly situation. But yet I must be a glutton for punishment, or I'm hoping one of these days they will get their crap together. and not get out information all willy-nilly that is not what I've been told. This has happened with reservations, this is happened with the hotel stay and this has happened in the restaurant in cafe. It seems even though I asked very specific questions numerous times just to clarify only to find out that's not the truth. read more

I cannot for the life of me see why the average reviews are 2.9? This hotel is beautiful! My request for digital check-in never came thru so I had to do it the old fashioned but at 11:30, long before the 3:00 check-in, they had plenty of clerks available. We were early so I did go ahead & pay the $30 early check in because we were in a large group from AZ & I didn't want to deal with our bags since we had already unloaded. We somehow lucked out in the newer tower with the "secure" elevator that you had to actually use your card for. The room was beautiful, large & clean with a little coffee bar & two free waters, nice touch as the prior hotel downtown charged $5/bottle for the water that was in our room, ridiculous! We had a view of the pool, mountains & a partial airport view as well. This hotel has it all! Lots of restaurants, Starbucks, deli that had quick & easy food, a bit pricey but our croissant turkey sandwich was excellent! Several sports bars & restaurants & their theater, which is why we were there, to see YES in concert, what really nice! The casino is huge, none of us won big but unlucky me got to play for 3 hours without spending a ton of money...no big wins but they kept me up enough that I just got to keep playing & I enjoy that. All in all, we would most definitely come back here if ever in Reno again! read more
