Decided to return to this establishment since we had a great experience last time…read more Didn't count all the tables but I can say this place can accommodate about 90 people. It has a full bar but we didn't take advantage of that due to the driving we had planned and 98 can get busy. We were greeted by the person that was our server, apparently it is a family business and he may be one of the owners because he did a great job like it was his own business AND with a smile We opted for the Pad Thai and the Pad Kee Mao that comes with a salad and one crispy vegetable Spring Roll that is 2die4 The salad dressing is just out of this world and is very light but it hits the spot like a thunder and wakes up your taste buds for the duration of the indulgence, I left no dressing on my plate, I didn't want any of it to go to waste We ordered an appetizer, you guessed, pork Spring Rolls that came out piping hot and beautifully decorated like every dish that comes out of that kitchen, reminds me of a Peruvian restaurant in Raleigh. Flavor was on point and matched the size. The entrees were absolutely delicious, it is a slightly different flavor than the traditional Thai but still very good. Will be my go to place every year that we vacation in this part of Paradise Star Star Star Star Star

Recommendations: Crab Cake…read moreChinese Barbecue Duck We visited Basmati's Asian Cuisine on a Thursday night with a group of six to celebrate Chinese New Year. The atmosphere felt welcoming from the moment we arrived, and the staff made the evening special. We started with the Basmati's Pu-Pu Platter, which is a sampling of dumplings, spring rolls, and crab cake. The standout item was definitely the crab cake. It was full of seafood flavoured, while the dumplings and spring rolls were more standard. If you want to try something special, I would recommend ordering the crab cake on its own instead. Next, we had the Firecracker Grouper, a tempura-fried grouper served with a spicy sweet and sour sauce. The fish itself was fresh and nicely fried, but the sauce did not quite work for me. It lacked sweetness and did not enhance the flavor of the fish. Compared to the crab cake, this dish did not have a wow factor. The Chinese Barbecue Duck was a highlight. The duck breast was served on top of a scallion tempura pancake, which made the dish feel creative and innovative. Both the duck and the pancake tasted great. The plating of all the dishes was top notch, and our waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu. The restaurant also offers outdoor seating, but since it was a bit chilly at night, we decided to dine inside.

Best P.F. Chang's I've ever set foot in, and it's not even close…read more I know reviewing a second P.F. Chang's is a little ridiculous. But there are levels to this, and this place is the pinnacle. I was blown away by how nice it is. The room is beautifully designed and clean top to bottom, run like a fine-tuned machine. And the kitchen? Incredible. The food was perfect. Every single bite. The cocktails were excellent, and everything came out piping hot. The whole family was in heaven. The P.F. Chang's back home is fine. Just okay, a typical chain. This is a different animal. If you're anywhere near Destin, make the trip for this one specifically. It's Shangri-La. Stop reading and go.
