Wow. Just wow. So impressed. Driving out of Miramar we needed a quick lunch place. Wanted something authentic and not overpriced. Felt like something Asian since we haven't had any around Miramar. Saw there was a Thai place. Was originally looking for boba but that place next to it was closed ;/ Felt like Thai anyways. Hoped it was good. And ventured in. We went in to order and did some grocery shopping next door while we waited. Ordered our usual pad Thai, pad se ew, fried rice and Penang curry. We try these basics everywhere we go. And if they mess those up idk lol We got our food and had to drive on so we split it and ate in the car. The food came piping hot and it was all so tasty. Good sized amount for each plate. Feeds more than it looks. We shared it with 7 of us lol and it was perfect. Every dish was tasty. Definitely recommend and wish it wasn't a bit out for next time. Good to note there is a good Thai place near Miramar! Happy we found it and experienced it. The curry was so good. Y Noodles too. Rice full of flavor. Happy tummies! Hitting the road! read more

Wow wow wow. Found this gem while on vacation, next to the Publix grocery store. I have to say I pleasantly surprised by how good everything was. The day we went they weren't seating inside, it was take out only which was not a problem. We ordered Chicken Pad Thai, Chicken Garlic Stir Fry, Chicken Spicy Fried Rice, Chicken Satay, Crab Rangoon, and Spring Rolls. For spice level we went with level 3 medium hot. I'm not sure what my favorite part of the meal was. The flavors were wonderful and honestly it was some of the best Thai food I've had. The portions were just right, and we ended up with leftovers (they were just as good second day). The spice level was just right for us but I would definitely suggest to be cautious if you are sensitive to spicy food. read more

Check in offer not valid. So know before you go. Not a big deal that we couldn't use the small discount but the front counter help was short and flippant about it. Young man at front was curt in his explanation of why they will not honor check in... due to a new owner. I Also listened to the same young man be curt to the next customer who walked in to place a possible take out order. She walked out and as far as we could tell did not come back. She had asked about wait time - 30 minutes on a Monday. He replied well "it's dinner time so - it's 30 minutes" his tone of voice was short and rude. It's sad that good help is hard to find these days. But more important than the curt help - the food was hot and freshly made but due to the service, we will try somewhere else on our next trip to the area. read more

Piping hot and delicious food. Ambience looked ok when we picked up our order at closing time(8 pm). Only complaint is no consistency in spice levels, still worth trying out. Green curry fried rice was delicious but at spice level 2 quite spicy. Drunken noodles at spice level 2 was good, thanks to tofu counteracting the heat. Food is tasty, but my shrimp pad Thai was missing bean sprouts. Not sure if they were just out or if it's not offered anymore. II's still listed on their menu as including bean sprouts so next time I'll definitely ask because it just wasn't the same without it. We ordered the garlic chicken, yellow curry with tofu, and vegetable massaman curry. The garlic chicken tasted like sugar (could not taste any garlic) and was messier/drippier than a melted popsicle in, well, Florida (it was like oily and watery). My two-year-old seemed to like it though. The yellow curry did not look or taste like yellow curry, but it was edible. The massaman curry, on the other hand, was disgusting. My husband is a garbage disposal who hates to waste food. He literally eats anything. He took one bite and said "yuck." We actually put it down the garbage disposal because it was that gross. We did not make a special order-just ordered it straight off the menu. We normally love yellow curry and massaman curry. We have had both in several countries and states, and before now, we hadn't met a yellow or massaman curry we didn't like. Maybe their other menu items are better, but I definitely don't recommend these three items! Also, the sticky rice tasted off and was kind of burnt. read more

Firstly, the take out service is fantastic. We called in our order and we were told 30 mins. Unfortunately, we were sitting out front in the car and mentioned that we hadn't anticipated such a long wait...told them "no problem". The order taker called us 15 minutes later to say there had been a food cancellation and our food was being packed up, and they wanted us to know it was ready! How awesome was that? I can only speak from the delivery experience (Grubhub) but I have been eating Thai for YEARS and their fresh spring rolls were by far the absolute best I've ever eaten! Loaded with fresh veggies including purple cabbage and cucumbers, shrimp and lettuce. The peanut sauce was also so fresh and definitely homemade. I also ordered pad see ewe with pork that was a tad dry but amazingly flavorful and on point with the spice level. I am definitely going to order from here again and next time I'll make sure to save some spring rolls for my husband, lol, because these were too good to share today! read more

Absolutely not. This was the first meal we ordered when we got into town. Quick easy Thai. Thai should be simple and consistent. We got two pad thais one with veggie and one with shrimp. Also two pad see ew one with veggie and one with chicken. The noodles in all the dishes were over cooked and somewhat mushy. The pad thai had some flavor but was still pretty bland. The pad see ew had no flavor. The weirdest part was that all of the dishes were super watery. Not saucy, but watery. Soupy looking. It was just an overall weird Thai experience and I would never go back. A waste of $50. read more

Horrible service & food I'd given this place several tries, since it's close to my house, yet the food is like a public school lunch compared to all of the other Thai restaurants in our area. Just kept hoping it would be better, but the service is completely HORRIBLE and the "management" is even worse. Everything came out wrong. Santa Rosa Beach is fortunate Siam Thai moved here from Panama City in November of 2018. This family owned sit down restaurant is located in the shopping center with Publix on 98. Siam Thai Was a cafeteria style restaurant in Panama City but was destroyed by hurricane Michael. Authentic, fresh, prepared to order Thai. The spice level is to order so you can have any dish from American mild to Thai spicy. Reasonably priced for the exceptional quality. Nice atmosphere and comfortable seating. The husband runs the front of house and is friendly and accommodating. The wife does the cooking exceptionally well. Liquor license is pending (Hint:Publix Liquors is right next door.) read more

The fried rice unfortunately was not good as the veggies were burned and rice texture was off and flavoring was not great. Will definitely be back for noodles though and to try other dishes. I got the Yum salad or Thai beef salad and it didn't have tomatoes! I checked the menu and apparently they don't use tomatoes on theirs?! Weird. My in laws are Thai and they definitely use them as well as any other place I've ordered from. It was ok I guess but I won't be ordering Yum salad again from them. Let me just say this. I'm completely blown away by the pork Pad Thai served here at a mall. Some places have Pad Thai too sweet. Not this place. Perfect blend of spice and flavor. The deco looked dingy but don't let that discourage you. I passed up the place when I first walked by. I was ready to settle for the mall teriyaki when I suddenly decided to look at Yelp. This is why Yelp is so helpful! The reviews convinced me to try the place. No regrets! Too bad I discovered this place on my last night in Panama City. I'll be sure to come back. Excellent Thai food, great price, and perfect portions. We got the Thai beef noodle soup, grilled chicken wings and papaya salad, and rice soup with tofu, sticky rice and mango dessert. Everywhere we went it is packed, so it was nice to get some takeout. Authentic! If you have kids like mine who can't eat spicy food, get your spices on the side! My kids loved it.
