DO NOT COME HERE!! Worst food I've ever had. I ordered the Birria Mac & Cheese, it came with maybe a tablespoon of birria at most. The Buffalo Fries were even worse, a few burnt pieces of chicken drenched in oily sauce. Nothing like what they advertise. Save your money and go somewhere else pleases

The carne asada fries were so delicious! The fries were crunchy and overall have a very good combination of flavors along with the melted cheese on top. The pastrami grilled cheese sandwich was better than the lobster grilled cheese sandwich. The pastrami had the right amount of mustard and cheese for every bite. The service was efficient and fast. You can order to go or sit inside the small seating area. Parking is just right in front, if it's full there's plenty more parking spots around the lot but it can get busy.

Staff was super busy but the cashier was nice. Establishment was very simple with a handful of tables. Nice vibe overall. Tried to call in an order for a grilled chicken salad and was told it would cost $33. I told the lady taking my order, that's incorrect and she had me "wait a moment" while she fixed it. I waited 3 minutes for her to"fix it" just to be hung up on. My boyfriend and I both tried calling back since we thought the call may have just dropped and no one would pick up after 2 more attempts on my phone and 1 attempt from his phone. read more

I've seen ppl use to hype this place up in Irvine a lot before and stubble across this location I never knew about! Let me say the staff here is very nice. This is probably the only thing I liked was the service. The food was mid to us. We order a lobster grill cheese and birria. We couldn't really taste a flavor to it. Ordered my daughter a Mac and cheese and it tasted like mayonnaise instead. The walls here are kinda dirty as well since we sat instead and ate. The truffle fries were good. read more

Food was great the smash burger was awesome the onions and sauce they put on the burger was great. Fries were awesome. They have crème soda root beer and blackberry soda in addition to the Pepsi products. I was there with my son the two people working there were also great. They brought the food to the table. I ordered a grilled sausage breakfast melt the server fixed my sandwich and didn't tell me they didn't have any eggs she wrote on the box. I didn't see it until I got home and opened the bag. Okay, update because I had to give this place another try... The birria sandwhich was NOT it, BUT their burgers and that chicken pesto set off fireworks in my mouth. It started with the Mushroom Truffle grilled cheese. 5 kinds of cheese on Parmesan crusted sour dough with grilled mushrooms and Truffle "essence" which I smell but honestly can't taste. Then I added a burger patty. It was so good! On the expensive side for fast food, but what isn't these days? At least it was a lot of food and very filling. Not only did the drive-thru take a long time, but they forgot to put my chicken on the side. On top of that, I had ordered chips as my side but they gave me a baguette. At the window, I asked for the chips I ordered. The lady tried to charge me for them despite it being my original order. The manager then came to the window, demanded I give back the baguette that I had already touched as I checked my order initially when they handed it to me. For an establishment to mess up my order not once, but twice, I had hope for them to correct their mistake by giving me the correct side order without charging me extra for it. Leilani, the manager, was harsh and rude, and had no desire to correct a mistake they had made. I felt disrespected and awkward as a customer just trying to get the item I had originally asked for without having to pay an "extra fee" when it already comes with the meal I paid in full for. I have never had an issue with Panera Bread or their customer service for the last 11 years until today. Extremely disappointed.

We ordered the Meats Pizza, spaghetti, a mushroom calzone, and a salad, and every single dish was outstanding. The pizza crust was absolutely delicious, the calzone was perfectly made, and the spaghetti sauce was one of the best I've had in a very long time. You can truly taste the quality and care that goes into the food. What made our visit truly unforgettable, though, was the customer service. A young man, only 14 years old, helped us, and I was genuinely amazed by his professionalism. His warm personality, calm demeanor, and the way he spoke to us reflected a level of hospitality you would expect at a first-class restaurant. Even though the restaurant was very busy, he never made us feel rushed. Since it was our first visit, he patiently answered every question, explained the menu, described the portions, and helped us choose exactly what we wanted. His confidence, kindness, and genuine desire to help made our experience truly exceptional. Despite those options, I ordered a basic grilled cheese, the Texas grilled cheese, an order of onion rings, and a cup of tomato soup to dip my sandwich. The Texas grilled cheese definitely was tasty. The bread was crispy on the outside and the cheese was nice and gooey on the inside. The onion rings were also really good. I think only 5 come in an order, but they are pretty big and worth trying. I ended up with a basic 5 cheese and the Lobster Grilled Cheese... I mean you can't pass up lobster in grilled cheese.
