Frozen rubber burgers. Terrible Fries. GF warned me about the place but I had to learn the hard way. Two thumbs down.

Believe me I wasn't going to write any review but I feel this may end up helping them improve their burgers. The bacon burger I had was perfectly cooked-about 1/3 of a pound. However it was so tough it was inedible. It was lean hard and tasteless just as described by most others on this site. Had to throw half out. Fries were awesome as was the seasonal salad bowl. This is not your typical sit down restaurant with servers but more like a Five guys or Burger King. In order to survive here they are going to have to change their burgers from lean, tough, hard and tasteless to a juice tender cut or cuts of beef. And I notice I'm not the only one who wants them to succeed but feels the same way about the burgers. read more

I like this place... 100% grass fed ground beef. The fries aren't too bad either. Make sure you get the buttermilk dressing with your burger #yum. Last but not least the milkshakes which are amazing! Not to mention the creativity used in location given it was previously a gas station! read more

Did a great job with place. Great concept. The good: the crispy chicken sandwich was fantastic. Crispy, moist and the herb aioli was delicious. The fries and truffle truffle fries were good. The graze dipping sauce was spectacular. The dipping sauces were excellent The bad: The burger. The flavor was okay but the texture was not very appetizing. They desperately need to increase the fat content. 85/15 is best for burgers in my opinion. This tasted way too lean. The place is great and I want it to succeed. I hope they see this and consider upping the fat content in their ground beef and perhaps playing with different combinations of cuts of meat for the ground beef. Good luck. Will try again. Hopefully with a juicier burger Also, I thought the prices were more than fair. I don't understand people who complain about prices when they are clearly listed. I was really looking forward to a healthier burger option for quick dinners around westerly and i gotta be honest i was pretty disappointed. I understand that having better quality beef and ingredients means higher cost but the burger they advertise conpred what you actually get is not worth the price . The patty is MUCH too small for the bun. Every bite is pretty much 80% bread and the patty itself is very dry and has very little flavor. Their graze sauce is pretty good tasting but they barely put any in the burger at all and we asked for an extra side of sauce for our fries and it was barley bigger than a table spoonful. The fries taste good but are very soggy and not crispy at all...not to mention 7$ for a small order of fries is just rediculous , unfortunately i don't think this place will last very long with prices like that. I don't think I'd bother spending that much on it again. read more

The crispy chicken sandwich is to die for. The parmesan truffle fries with graze sauce is also incredible. Not only is the food phenomenal, but the customer service is also great! Everyone is friendly and accommodating. Oh, and online ordering for the win. read more

Stopped here on a sunny Monday night. Fast friendly counter service, bit of a wait for the food but all good things take time. We had two huge chicken sandwiches; crispy, cooked through but not over cooked, fresh lettuce and tomato, delicate herb sauce, lovely bun. The french fries were amazing- as good as Al's in Burlington (the "best fries in NE"). Sodas here are from Maine (no HFCS), the vanilla milkshake was very rich and delicious as was the cinnamon toast crunch custard. As for the $, remember the adage "you get what you pay for" & fresh quality ingredients do cost more. Super clean, air conditioned inside or a little patio if you prefer outside. I was really looking forward to the opening of Graze. Unfortunately, it was a big (and expensive) disappointment! The burger was dry and lacked seasoning. The $7 fries were swimming in grease and ended up being thrown away. There is no kids menu so we had to order an adult burger and fries. I expected some service delays as they're new but that was the one thing they excelled at. I admire the idea of bringing healthy fast(ish) food to Westerly as well. Burgers lacked salt... very tasteless and mushy. Fries were good but overpriced. Spent $40 for a two person lunch of burgers and fries... a little ridiculous. "Premium milkshakes" tasted like any other milkshake you could get. Never asked for a burger temp, mine came out medium rare and my boyfriends came out well done. Heard bad things about Graze when it first opened, but figured I would give them some time to get their act together, and then see for myself. Guess what? Its still bad, and expensive to the point of being a ripoff. $21 for a burger, fries , and a shake in an oversized dixi cup. What good is local grass-fed beef if it has no flavor? My fries were cold and even if they were hot, I don't think they would be great. I don't see this place being around long unless they make some serious changes. read more

Good burgers (and grass fed to boot), excellent Beyond burgers, and STELLAR customer service! We ordered through doordash, waited 84 minutes past the expected delivery time before cancelling. We then called Graze to see if we could place our order with them after the cutoff time had passed for online orders. Sierra (hoping the spelling is correct) answered the phone, and helped us get our burgers. She was very kind to place the order for us anyway! We will continue to order from Graze, and just wanted to shout out Sierra for her help tonight. read more

We drove past Graze on our way home from the store. My husband asked me if I heard how it was so I looked them up on social media. By the time I was done reading the menu to him, the car was turned around in Graze's direction. We each ordered a single burger and we split the bacon cheese fries and a vanilla shake. We placed the order online and the food was ready within 10 minutes. The servers were very friendly and helpful. The burgers were pretty good. There was a lot of sauce on them but I liked it. The bacon cheese fries were very good. I tend to like a softer fry so if you like crispy fries then you may not enjoy them as much but when you add toppings to them, softer fries should be expected. The custard shake was outstanding. All in all, we enjoyed our food here and felt the cost was in line with the quality of the food. We will definitely be back. read more

We love this place! Delicious and "healthy" burgers in a lovely setting. There is both indoor and outdoor seating available. We especially appreciate that gluten-free buns are available. Love the concept of this. Burger was good just wish they could temp the burgers then I'd give it 5 stars. Hand cut fries were great. The best thing about my experience was your cashier Sierra. She is a great asset for your business. I'm in the restaurant industry and Sierra was not only very pleasant and she was great at upselling your product. Of course I had to add the bacon to my burger after talking with her. On her down time she was cleaning and making sure the restaurant was ready for more customers. She walked around and asked other customers how they were doing. I could tell she really cares about the whole customer experience. Overall great experience I will be back. read more

So glad we tried this place. Burgers were fresh and flavorful topped with quality lettuce and tomato. Bun was just right and the Graze special sauce is perfect. Shakes are SO good! Fries are hot, crispy and tasty. Prices are very reasonable for such nicely crafted food. They have a cute little outdoor area which will be nice in the summer. Had a double burger with fries. Way overpriced. The burger or bun had a funky smell and I was only able to eat a few bites and threw rest in garbage. The fries were cold and over cooked. I will not be going back to this place. There's another burger place next door with better quality and prices. They need a definite improvement if they expect to stay in business. read more
