I really wish I could give Graze a higher rating because the ingredients are always very fresh and I have had delicious food in the past, however I was disappointed with my most recent meal. In the past the portabello mushroom panini and the asparagus panini have been very tasty, but these items are seasonal and were not available during my recent visit. I tried the veggie torta instead, which was listed as a "hot" sandwich of avocado, black beans, jalapeños, tomato, cilantro, chipotle mayo, and provolone cheese. To my disappointment the sandwich I received was cold and had sprouts, lettuce, and about a half-pound of soggy shredded carrots on it in addition to the listed ingredients. The carrots made the bread a soggy mess. Overall, the sandwich was not what I was expecting based on the description nor was it enjoyable. I'll definitely be back because they staff is always very friendly and the food is fresh, but I will stick to the featured vegetarian paninis! read more

I LOVE Graze, it's one of my fav spots for a fresh, big salad. I always get the lemongrass salad with tofu and add a few other things - it's so yummy and I'm thankful they don't limit add ins bc I like a massively full salad- Graze delivers every time! Out-of-towner, but I visit Richland a couple of times per year. Got into town, needed lunch, and gave Graze a try. Interesting menu, helpful friendly staff, and the food was great. I had the Sexy Time with side salad. Delicious, fresh, and well prepared. Would come back next time in town, highly recommended. First time here and I'm not impressed with the service. Employees are not interested in giving recommendations or asking if it's your first time here. No smiles or thank you's either.For me food is more about the taste and I'm just not down with their millennial attitude. Menu was priced average and a decent adult selection. I say adult because there are no options for kids except for maybe grilled cheese. I had the sexy time sandwich which was pretty tasty. Comes with chips or salad and I went with the chips. There are no fountain drinks but looks like they have specialty drinks in the fridge. There's complimentary water which is nice because I'm not big on flavored drinks. Atmosphere is light and bright. Trash system is pretty cumbersome. You throw the trash off your plate and stack em. There were a ton of stack plates at the trash which made it sort of difficult. Panera is the same way but their system is a little better.My kids are not in high chairs anymore but I did notice they at least have them which is nice. decent place that I would revisit for a lunch with a friend but not again with my kids. This place is the BOMB-DIGGITY! The restaurant is well kept, clean and organized. The staff is friendly and genuine. The food is quality, healthy, fresh and delicious! If you want a place in Tri Cities with the best tasting sandwiches then go here, you won't regret it. I always get the Flank Steak Torta (my mouth is watering as I think about it LoL). Love this place! My office is close by and I eat here often. Always fresh and filling. Ordering via the app makes it so (too?) convenient! Some consider it spendy, but it's great value for your money. My one gripe: please, please, give your employees permission to throw out the tomato butts... my last couple sandwiches had inedible slices that were mostly white core. read more

Good food, friendly staff and hot soup and sandwiches for cold days. They offer salads, hot and cold sandwiches as well as paninis. You can order food ahead of time which is pretty convenient especially because the line for lunch can get pretty long. If you plan on eating in, it could take a minute to get your food. But the ambience is pretty nice and for as packed as it can get, it doesn't get super noisy in there. If you like to head to the parkway for food, definitely add this place to your rotation! read more

Great place for lunch! Sometimes the paninis are too salty but very good! I had the sexy time time Panini and was delicious just over salted. They add salt in the end after they toast them so I would recommend asking for no salt. I also had the lemon grass salad which was a very large portion to go with my Panini. Every time I go into this Graze it takes double time to have a sandwich made. Walked in today ordered two sandwiches at 10:55 just left at 11:29 three people behind me walked out of the restaurant five minutes before us with at least three sandwiches..very unhappy!!!! read more

I love to order from Graze for lunch. I can order, customize,and pay online, and by the time I get there, my order is ready for pickup. No line, no waiting. Fantastic. My favorite thing so far is the veggie avocado sandwich. The only criticism I have is that the bread doesn't hold up to the delicious fillings. A multi-grain bread would be even better. Recently had Graze for a luncheon meeting. We preordered our lunch and I had ordered the Turkey panini and tomato soup. The sandwich was excellent but the tomato soup was absolutely awful. The food is prepared fresh and they have creative items on their menu. However the staff is not attentive to what you order. I have been there twice and both times my order was wrong. I am allergic to cucumbers and specifically told them to not put any on my salad, but it not only had slices on top but pieces mixed into the salad. The second time I asked for a side salad with my sandwich and they gave me chips. Tables aren't very clean either. read more

Graze is my go to weekend lunch place. Grab a steak sandwich and head down to Howard Amon park on the river. You won't regret it. With salads, hot and cold sandwiches, vegetarian, and vegan options there should be something on the menu you will enjoy and feel good about eating. I went in with a gift certificate from the owners due to a mistake on my last order. Yet again one of my orders was wrong and we had to wait a decent amount of time for them to fix it!
